Mod for skyrim the magic of necromancy. Secrets of Necromancy. Necromancer in the college

Dead Thrall

The temporary spell cannot be compared, because some time after the resurrection, your loyal corpses will forever turn into ash, but the thralls will not. The right choice of one or two thralls can be a great help for long hours of your wanderings around the most different parts of the province.

P receiving a spell

First you need to improve your skill Afflictions up to level 90 ... To do this, visit the ancient Nordic and Dwemer reserves as often as possible and focus on the school of Witchcraft. Free advice for the lazy: the spell Capturing souls your horse also pumps this skill.

Then find a professional sorcerer Finis Gestor at the College of Winterhold and complete his task of finding a volume with ritual spell , which he will give you as soon as you cope with the previous point of the program. In this task, the marker does not turn off, unlike the task with the search for spells of a similar level in the school of Destruction, so it is not so difficult to complete it. As a result, the sorcerer will have a volume on sale Dead Thrall, and you will become the lucky owner of this spell.

Outcasts

The numerous camps of the warlike natives of the Reach are an indispensable source of strong and sturdy warriors for many necromancers. Ordinary outcasts have the following level gradation:

  • Level 1 = Outcast, Outcast shaman
  • Level 6 = Outcast hunter
  • Level 14 = Outcast miner
  • Level 24 = Rogue robber
  • Level 34 = Rogue Reaver
  • Level 46 = Rogue Warlord (Necromage perk needed)
  • Level 7-51 = Rogue Heather Heart (a level 51 outcast cannot be resurrected, but can be obtained from a similar level 38 outcast, see the example of the wolkihara master vampire in helpful tips)

Rogue Warriors always use two swords in an attack, while inflicting great damage and not blocking enemy attacks.

Rogue Mages summon ice atronachs to help and throw ice spears at the enemy.

Rogue Archers use a bow for shooting, which can be improved almost twice on a sharpener if you have learned the perk Steel armor in skill Blacksmith .

All Rogues can be equipped with any other Rogue Armor. They can be improved at the forge without using any perks. If you are picking up two rogue types, you can easily distinguish one from the other with the help of tattoos on the face or hairstyles.

Vampires

Another vast source for your dark necromantic experiments are vampires. They do not shine with a variety of combat tactics, and are also very vulnerable to fire, but their strength is great. Vampires have the following level gradation:

  • Level 1 = Apprentice vampire
  • Level 6 = Vampire
  • Level 12 = Bloody vampire
  • Level 20 = Vampire Shadow Carrier
  • Level 28 = Vampire Night Hunter
  • Level 38 = Ancient vampire
  • Level 48 = Volkihar Vampire (Necromage perk needed)
  • Level 14-42 = Master vampire ( Necromage perk is needed if the vampire's level is over 40)
  • Level 53 = Volkihar Master Vampire (cannot be resurrected, but can be obtained, about this in useful tips)

Have nycal thralls

Ulfric Petrel

Ulfric Petrel - Jarl Windhelm and the leader of the uprising, being a Thrall, can use shouts.
You can get the coveted corpse at the end of the Civil War storyline for the Imperial Legion.

Orchendor

Orchendor- a powerful magician, leading the possessed in the Dwemer fortress Batadamz, will be able to teleport.
He is the main target in the quest of the Daedric Plague Prince Peryite.

Cicero

Cicero- the guardian of the Mother of the Night in the Dark Brotherhood and a skilled assassin in the form of a jester, will sometimes dance.
Cicero can be killed during the passage of the Dark Brotherhood storyline.

Unfortunately, many important opponents by default have the same level as the player, so after level 50 they cannot be resurrected.

Companions

If your companion (alive) dies and his level is less than 50, then you can resurrect him as a thrall, but after moving to a new territory, he will change his equipment to the one that he had by default.

Useful Tips

  • The maximum humanoid level that can be resurrected with the Dead Thrall spell is 40 by default. Necromage in the school of restoration, which gives 25% effectiveness to all spells against undead, this level rises to 50.
  • Dead Thralls progress in level growth with the player. This means that after a certain level, you can only resurrect level-limited humanoids.
  • Thralls do not turn to ash after death. Do not pick them up again with the usual undead resurrection spell, if you do not want to see a pile of bluish ash in the place of the thralls in a couple of minutes.
  • You can use dead thralls as unlimited storage for your belongings, but you only have access to their inventory when they are, pardon the pun, dead. But, after exchanging equipment, you can resurrect them again.
  • To send Thrall to rest without any problems, use spells of elemental cloaks, for example, Fire cloak .
  • Resurrect two frost mages, give your companion Rose Sanguine, and you will become the happy owner of a whole small army: you + your ally + dremora + two thralls + two ice atronach + your horse (if you have one, of course).
  • Dead thralls are armed with the equipment that you put into their bodies before resurrection (this requires a transition to a new territory). Unfortunately, with the exception of shields and weapons, this equipment must be exactly the one in which they died. That is, you can remove the armor worn on a corpse, improve it in the forge and put it back on, but you cannot wear any other armor of the same or a different type. Rogue Thralls can wear any Rogue armor, not just the one in which they found their death the first time.
  • If you have level 53, then you can upgrade your level 42 thrall vampire to a level 53 Volkihar vampire. To do this, you need to surrender to the authorities for illegal entry into someone else's home. When you move to another location, your thrall will raise in the level. But you will not be able to resurrect the Volkihara vampire after his death.
  • Use places like Ragged Flask and Archmage's quarters to store inactive corpses. In the course of the main plot, your house will be attacked one day and all the corpses stored there will disappear.

Necromancy in Tamriel

Necromancy is a science closely related to the anatomy and magic of the school of witchcraft. Necromancy is despised and feared by most of the inhabitants of Tamriel. This art is often illegal, and necromancers are ostracized.

Glyph of the Necromancers of the Order of the Black Worm

Necromancers are magicians engaged in raising undead, they constantly conduct terrible experiments on their victims, many of them want to achieve immortality by means of magic, some succeed, but not in the sense in which they apparently would like to, because they "live" in the guise of terrible liches. Necromancers use spells to manipulate dead bodies and relics. They play with life and death, although one can hardly call their ugly walking corpses alive, which are completely subordinate to their master. It is not known what happens to the souls of the departed, but, as a rule, if the body was not buried, the soul cannot rest in peace.

What is the main inventory of a necromancer? These are the Necromancer's mantle, the Necromancer's hood, staff, Summoning spells and black soul stones.

Necromantic obscuration

As already mentioned, necromancers use more than magic for their work with corpses. They know anatomy very well and use various means to ensure that the bones and corpses revived by them serve as long as possible:

Although the magic used in lifting a skeleton folds all the bones in the correct order, skeletons can be greatly improved by strengthening the joints. Most often, strips of skin are used to provide additional support to the joints. Some practitioners also use metal pins to secure their joints, which is more expensive and time-consuming, but the weakest points of their servants are protected. The details are not very important, because even a beginner can significantly strengthen the skeleton. Only in practice can you find the most suitable method for bandaging and strengthening the skeletal servant. Beginners often make the mistake of tying joints too tightly, which limits the skeleton's mobility and makes it useless.

From book

Different provinces have different feelings for necromancers. In Skyrim, necromancy is not illegal, but the Nords are suspicious and wary of them, like any other mage. Cyrodiil's necromancers have always been persecuted, but the few who served the empire before the arrival of Hanibal Traven were free to experiment without being overexposed:

In Cyrodiil, the few necromancers who serve the Empire obtain the bodies of criminals and vagabonds for legal use. Thus, those who seek an appointment to such a post, provide themselves with a constant influx of bodies, most of these bodies are young, strong and whole.

From book

In Morrowind, necromancy was persecuted by the Temple, although some Dunmer rituals are themselves necromantic in nature. For example, the creation of the Phantom Reach by means of magic associated with the use of the bones of the holy heroes of the Dunmer. Some even during their lifetime bequeathed their body parts to be laid to the ghostly limit, in order to put a particle of power into it. Even in the Mages Guild in Balmora there is an orc-necromancer ... In addition, using the souls and bodies of the dead, with the blessing of the Temple of the Tribunal, the righteous Dunmer can call their ancestors back to Nirn to guard the ancestral tombs.

The service to the ancestors, performed out of love for the Hearth and Family, is quite cruel. But a spirit or a guardian, a walking corpse or a bone lord, summoned by the ritual of the profane and bound to the body by force, how can such a wretched man find peace? How will he find his way back to his blood and clan?

Only a righteous Dunmer, bound by blood to the hearth and clan, who swore an oath to the Temple, can summon the spirits of the dead Dunmer. These alien sorcerers of other races, who have flooded our shores, will they really be allowed to plunder our graves, and enslave the spirits of our kind in order to steal lives from the dead, as they steal land from the living? No, I say, no, no, and a thousand times no. These necromancers must die, and their vile magic must die with them.

From book

Necromancy is ubiquitous, and the dark arts are practiced in all corners of the province:

It is almost impossible to find suitable bodies in Black Marsh because they deteriorate very quickly. Then there are the diseases, the Argonians, and other complications to deal with. I know of only a few necromancers working in Black Marsh, and they stay off the coast.

Although the forests of Elsweyr have problems similar to those of Black Marsh, bodies in the desert have been stored for hundreds of years and require little preparation. The Khajiit from the desert tribes often cover the buried person with a cairn of stones that are very easy to find. The Khajiit are very calm about our work with graves. They say that in the port of Senchal you can find everything you want. It is absolutely true if you are looking for a fresh body.

While some Bosmer prefer the rituals of Arkay, the more primitive wood elves tend to eat their enemies, dramatically reducing the number of bodies available. As one would expect from such backward people, they are completely intolerant of all manifestations of necromancy. Many necromancers who practice our art in Wallenwood become "the ones with the trees" themselves.

Summerset Isle is even worse in some respects. Some Altmer, born to the noblest and most educated of families, openly study the dead. However, during these studies, they are rather looking for a way to extend their own lives than they are engaged in the development of our art. A necromancer of any other race caught on Summerset Isle can expect the worst of punishment.

In Hammerfell, where most of the population worships Arkay, the dead are buried according to his law. The exceptions are battles in remote areas, when people are killed far from the priests. Fortunately, the dangerous terrain and the many monsters in the mountains and deserts of Hammerfell make it possible to obtain bodies, although they are often in poor condition and require special training.

The newly formed Orsinium offers unique opportunities. As you know, orcs' bodies are highly prized for the strength of their skin and bones. If King Gortwog listens to reason, we can offer him the services of our art to defend the young state in exchange for using the fallen orcs. This is certainly a mutually beneficial agreement, and I have no doubt the orcs will see how wise it is. At the moment, a delegation has already been sent to Orsinium, although we have not yet received information on how the negotiations are going.

In my native High Rock, traditions dating back to witch kings and nomadic equestrians require ritual burning of the dead. In the north, it is almost universally practiced, while imperial burial in a tomb or city cemetery is more common in the south. Many bodies to this day remain on the battlefields of the Betona War and the unlawful times that followed. It is even rumored that King Gothrid of Daggerfall is going to donate the bodies of criminals to necromancers to intimidate the bandits and pirates who still threaten the Iliac Bay.

In Skyrim, the cold weather and isolated territory allows few necromancers to act freely. Alas, the bodies available are limited to those nordlings who die on the battlefields or on campaigns. Although the bodies are well preserved due to the cold, they are difficult to find due to the snow. Research into the magical discovery of bodies can prove invaluable to necromancers in Skyrim.

From book

And although necromancy was perfectly legal in Tamriel, until Archmage Hannibal Traven banned it in 433 3E, this art was highly suspicious. After such a ban, the Mages Guild lost many of its members. In addition, the Mages Guild imposed a ban on black soul stones, which were intended to anger the capture of the souls of intelligent races. Not all necromancers are fanatics of Mannimarco, some are engaged in it solely in their own interests. In 201 4E, for example, a group of necromancers tried to subdue the soul of Potema Septim. However, many necromancers are still adherents of the cult of the Black Worm.

Order of the Black Worm

They are a secret group of wizards who obey and worship Mannimarco, the King of Hearts. In addition to calling the dead and working with the bodies of the departed, they also practice destruction magic, some do not shy away from calling the Daedra.

The orders of the black worm are afraid and despised, but this fear does not grow out of fear of being killed, but out of fear of losing your soul in battles with them and becoming one of the slaves of their army in a dead body. There is no reliable information about joining the order, however, thanks to one of the members of the Mages Guild, the structure of the cult is known:

A typical Chapter cell, informally referred to as the "Nest of the Worm", is headed by a necromancer with the title "Anchorite of the Worm". Anchorite reports directly to Mannimarco, but how they communicate with each other is still unknown to us. Under the command of Anchorite are adept necromancers, Warriors of the Worm, and servants called the Slaves of the Worm. New cultists are lured with promises of great power as a reward for loyal service, and they all have vowed to keep the secrets of the order under pain of undead.

Regional offices receive orders through the cell.

From book:

Some necromancers make deals with Ideal Overlords - the mysterious rulers of the Cairn of Souls, a Daedric prison plan for captive souls. These deals usually end badly for the necromancers themselves. Also known is the Dragon-necromancer - Durvenir, engaged in secret arts and forever imprisoned in the Cairn of Souls for a deal with the Ideal Lords. The rest of the dragons nicknamed him "Alok Dilon", which in dragon language means "Necromancer"

Not far from Winterhold there is an island with the city of Olenveld, which Tiber Septim used as his personal cemetery. The city has long been abandoned by everyone and is not marked on any map older than 2E. The only living place is the building of the Mages Guild, where the necromancers settled, after the ban on the dark arts by Hanibal Traven.

Among the spray, raised by the waves beating against the shore, two dilapidated statues were seen at the entrance to the harbor, depicting some long-forgotten gods or heroes. The ships in the harbor were half submerged, eaten away by salt and covered in shells. Munten moored his ship, and they went to inspect the abandoned city.

Taverns with broken windows, a square with a dry well, ruined palaces and burned down houses, empty shops and stables ... Everything was abandoned, quiet, and nothing disturbed the evening calm, except the ocean wind howling in the wastelands. And there were gravestones everywhere. There were gravestones on every road, on every street.

From book:

Even before the Warp of the West, vampires were spotted near the necromancers of the Order of the Black Worm. It is not known whether they were part of their ranks, were simple mercenaries or servants of the order. But a certain connection still took place, and maybe it still takes place to this day.

Powerful necromancers can live after death in the guise of dire lichs. Lychee are powerful undead with powerful magic. Necromancers become lichs after performing special rituals.

One of these liches was Lorgren Benirus, who gained some kind of power with the help of the Tome of Unlife. The Benirus estate was ravaged by the inhabitants and the guild of mages of Anvil, Benirus himself was buried in the basement of his house. The estate was cursed for many years, until in 433 3E Chapion of Cyrodiil destroyed the lich, freeing the house from the ghosts that inhabited it.

Another famous lich is the king of Miskarkand. The Ayleid capital of Miskarkand fell in 1E 242, the city's king was slain by Pelinal Weistrake and reborn as a lich. Once again, the Champion of Cyrodiil intervened. During the Oblivion Crisis, the king of Miskarkand was killed, this time in the form of a lich.

The most famous lich is, of course, the Underground King. It is not clear whether he is that lich, in the usual sense, or is it just a name for Woolhart, raised from the dead. After the events with Numidium during the ascent to the imperial throne of Tiber Septim, his former battle mage - Tsurin Arctus, who was subsequently killed by Numidium, became the Under King.

As we already understood, necromancy took root in all provinces, in every state, but it remains a mystery, where did the art of necromancy come from? Who could have thought of the very idea of "living" in a dead body, who is immoral enough for such actions? There is no exact answer to this question, but most likely they were sloads.

Tras' Sloads

Sload

Sloads are the most famous necromancers, but little is known about their hometown. In Tamriel, the Sloads practice necromancy only on other races. No one knows if the same thing happens in Tras. If so, this would explain the number of slaves supplied to Thras by the Sload merchants, and rumors that Sloyad airships are removing bodies from the Senshal.

From book

Sloads are the slug-like, obese inhabitants of Thras. Disgusting in appearance, they have high intelligence and excellent knowledge of the school of witchcraft, which makes them excellent necromancers. Confirmation of their incredible power is the Thrassian Plague, sent to Tamriel in 2200 1E. This attack mowed down almost half of the continent's inhabitants.

N "Gasta is one of the famous second-era necromancers and the author of the book.

Despite their strength, these creatures cannot oppose anything to the people and measures of Tamriel due to their physiology. Barely able to move, the Sloads may have been permanently stuck in the Tras.

According to rumors, after the "warp of the west", the Sloads began to worship Mannimarco as a god, which may be evidence of the unprecedented power of the King of Hearts. Can he create something stronger than the Thrassian Plague?

Biography of Mannimarco

Mannimarco

The exact date of his birth is not known. He lived on the island of Artaeum and studied with Vanus Galerion, the founder of the Mages Guild. It was on the island of Psijics that he began to practice the art of necromancy, and was one of the best students along with Vanus Galerion, with whom they had a strong friendship.

The discord with Galerion began precisely because of his addiction to the dark arts. After training, the Psijics sent Mannimarco to the mainland, most likely because they themselves did not like their student's infatuation, and they did not want to have anything to do with the consequences of his experiments. Following Mannimarco, his friend went to the mainland, pursuing his own noble goal - to make magic available to all the inhabitants of Tamriel. This is how the Mages Guild was born.

After arriving in Tamriel, Mannimarco gains a certain amount of influence and followers of necromancers. He made a deal with Molag Bal and gained great influence over the family of the self-proclaimed Emperors of Tamriel. Close to one of the candidates for the Emperor - Count Varen of Cheydinhal, Mannimarco conspired until the day of his coronation. By deception, he perverts the magic of the Amulet of Kings, thereby making a Soul Explosion in the Imperial City. After that, Oblivion's fire began to blaze in the lands of Tamriel, and hooks began to appear from Coldharbour, pulling Nirn into Oblivion.

Only when the coronation ritual took place in the temple of the One, as in ancient times, did we see the scale of the Mannimarco conspiracy. His magic, superimposed on the seals of the temple, corrupted the magic of the Amulet and caused the calamities known as Soul Blast. I remember little of what happened, but I can say one thing: the chaos was monstrous.<…>

<…>The disaster foretold by the Prophet happened a few days later: vast swaths of the Empire were consumed by Daedric fire, and the first Dark Anchor fell to the ground.

Molag Bal's invasion has begun. And it became possible thanks to the betrayal of Mannimarco.

From book:

After this event, the Necromancers and the Order of the Worm became the legitimate force of Cyrodiil, and those who disagree with this state of affairs were actively "persuaded". Mannimarco becomes a lich, that is, essentially acquires immortality. Galerion, unable to stay idle any longer, confronts his former friend, who has turned into a terrible monster. In this battle, Galerion and Mannimarco are killed.

There was a disgusting cry, and the toothless mouth opened.

And with each exhalation, vomiting curses,
And the air is filled with excrement, with a stench,
He extinguished the moon and stars, plunged the world into darkness -
He fought sparing no effort, but still fell in battle:
The King of Hearts left the world, he was cast down into oblivion forever.

The world was freed from the vile filth, and the necromancers fled away,
Forgetting to take the damned creations into the darkness with the worm,
That from then on they found peace under the sorcerers' strict supervision.
Since then, the bright light that was ignited by magic has not faded:
Although many years have passed, Galerion died,
But the memory of his deeds is kept by the history of the tablet.

And yet on dark nights when the whole city falls asleep
When the moon in the sky sleeps in silent silence
And only in the cemetery the lights sway in the darkness,
My friends, at that hour of the night, cherish only one thought
That there will be peace after death. Pray and Hope
That no mortal will ever know the power of the King of Hearts!

From book

By the time Tiber Septim arrived, the chaos had already been stopped, but in 405 3E, as a result of the "Warp of the West," Mannimarco reappeared and received divine power from Mantella, and many began to worship him. Mannimarco disappeared for almost thirty years and Tamriel, people said that Mannimarco went to Thras, where the Sloads worship him as their god.

Mannimarco returned again in 433 3E. His cult began to gain strength again. Many cultists of the Order of the Black Worm pray to their patron.

The ghost, the Necromancer Moon, is watching us. The form of Him, having acquired Divinity, took its rightful place in the sky and closed us from the enemy, Arkay, so that we could serve Him. When the heavenly light comes down on us, look for signs, hurry to His altars and make sacrifices so that He will give you at least a fraction of His true power.

From book:

Be that as it may, with the help of a soul stone in which the soul of Archmage Traven was imprisoned, the Champion of Cyrodiil received protection from the magic of the Black Worm and defeated Mannimarco, it is not known whether he was defeated forever, or will appear again, centuries later.

Chronological summary of events related to necromancy

Necromancy, commonly known as the Black Art, dates back to a time before written sources existed. All ancient laws strictly prohibit it on pain of death, but adherents of the magical art continued to study it anyway.

The Psijic Order of the Isle of Artaeum, the forerunner of the modern guild of mages, also banned its use, not so much because of its danger, but because of the belief in the saints and unclean spirits of ancestors, which declared necromancy heresy. But again, contrary to this prohibition, we often hear stories of disciples and masters who allowed themselves to challenge this judgment. When Vanus Galerion left Artaeum, he did not agree with the Psijics in many ways, but he also forbade the training of necromancy within the guild.

Almost 1,100 years have passed since the time of Vanus Galerion, and since then many archmages have changed in the guild. The problem of learning necromancy came up over and over again. The guild's condemnation of this occupation has never lost its relevance, but the actual attitude towards this prohibition has changed over time. Some archmages were inclined to strictly monitor the implementation of this code, some actively fought with it, and it was said about some archmages that they themselves were necromancers.

From book:

Perhaps the original inhabitants of Summerset were the Thras Sloyads, and their attempts to reclaim the islands might have been sympathetic had it not been for their methods. Physically unable to fight due to their massive physique, the Sloads attacked the Altmer with necromancy and diabolical mechanisms. Though they were never able to recapture Summerset, if that was their goal at all, the Sloyads sowed nightmares that are not forgotten to this day.

1E 1301

Plundering Skywatch by the Slows in Summerset.

1E 2200

The Thrassian Plague has wiped out more than half the population of Tamriel. The Blight was sent by the Slood tribes from the coral kingdom of Thras. Bendu Olo, the Colovian king of Anvil, opposes Thras at the head of his mighty fleet and destroys the Sloods (though not entirely).

1E 2260

The Thrassian Plague nearly wipes out the Khajiit race. Of the 16 tribes, two remain, Pellitine and Anequina.

1E 2911-2917

Thras's Sloads launch a new attack on the Summerset Isles, dubbed the Uvichil War.

Start 2E

Audren of the Black Worm is formed, an order of necromancers led by Mannimarco.
Mannimarco was one of the Psijics and a friend of Galerion, the founder of the Mages Guild.
During the existence of the Order of the Black Worm, Mannimarco was able to create such famous artifacts as the Necromancer's Amulet, the Earthworm Helmet and the Staff of Worms.

Interregnum

Mannimarco has gathered a huge army of undead. While plotting among the ruling elite of Cyrodiil, Mannimarco set up a Soul Explosion in the Imperial City. He enlisted the support of the new empress Clivia Tharn, the order gained unprecedented power, and necromancy became legal on the territory of the empire. Mannimarco collected necromantic manuscripts and artifacts from all over Tamriel and made an agreement with the Daedric prince Molag Bal. The only one who dared to stop the King of Hearts was Vanuss Galerion. In a major battle, they both died.

3E 120-127

War of the Red Diamond. The Wolf Queen aka Potema Septim used necromancy to fight her family. Solitude towards the end of the war began to be called the "dead city" because of the undead walking around in it. The main forces of Potema are undead, whose army was led by Vampires.

3E 137

Queen Potema dies a month after the siege of her castle began.

V 3E 405

Morgia, daughter of Queen Barenziah, while in Wayrest, made a secret pact with the King of Hearts, who at the time was taking up residence in Calamity Barrow in Dragon Ridge. Using the influence of the King of Hearts, she was later able to become Queen of Festhold.

B 3E 417

As a result of the "Warp of the West", Mannimarco received divine power from Mantella, after which he left the Barrow of Calamity, traveling to the coral kingdom of Thras, whose inhabitants have long been known among the inhabitants of Tamriel as one of the most powerful necromancers. The Sloads began to worship Mannimarco as a god. The Sloads no longer show any interest in the waters of Tamriel.

V 3E 433

Hannibal Traven puts a ban on necromancy. Necromancers are persecuted. In Cyrodiil, Mannimarco appears and there is a confrontation between two opposing magical organizations, as a result of which Archmage Hannibal Traven and Mannimarco perished.

However, whether the famous King of Hearts really died, or an incident similar to the one that took place during the confrontation between the Order and Vanus Galerion is unknown, as well as the further fate of the Order.

4E 201

Serial murders take place in Windhelm. With the help of a necromancer's amulet, a local museum worker is trying to "bring back to life" his beloved.

In the same year, in the Wolf's Skull Cave near Solitude, an association of necromancers is trying to summon and subdue the spirit of Queen Potema. The necromancers were thwarted, the ritual was not completed, but the spirit of Potema still appeared in the dungeons of Solitude. The same unknown hero expels the spirit from Solitude forever, transferring her remains to the priest of Arkay to perform the necessary repose rituals.

This is one of the artifacts of the King of Hearts - Mannimarco.

The magic staff is completely made of bones, the top of the staff is a human skull. The staff has the power to resurrect the dead, but they will only be stupid zombies.

Volume of Unlife

The text on the first page is translated into English as follows:
"The first" "The last"

In Russian it will have the following translation:
"First" "Last"

The purpose of the book is not known for certain, but it most likely contains the secret of how to become a lich

Black disc

The two-volume book describes a mysterious black disc covered with runes, around the perimeter of which was a ring of red-orange stones, similar to bones.

The exact properties of the stone can only be guessed at. However, it is known that in the book "Palla" a student of the guild of magicians Mir Korrup was able to revive some ancient monster with his help. All it took was love and the name of the one you need to bring back to life.

Crimson Skull Book

It is not known what the book can teach or where it is located. It is only known that it is older than the magic schools. Shalidor - the great magician of antiquity, the founder of the College of Winterhold and the schools of magic, believed that the book was lost. However, according to rumors, during the interregnum, Mannimarco found this artifact.

Description.
In the original Skyrim, I was happy with the Ritual Stone ability and tried to use its power to storm the Thalmor prison with the help of the dead ... It turned out that necromancy is not that good in a vanilla game, so as soon as the Creation Kit came out, I started working on improving necromancy and other dark arts. This mod adds the following features to Skyrim:

All original spells and abilities of necromancy (including ritual stone) have received increased duration and amplification. They still cannot be used on summoned creatures and dragons, but you can use any other creatures as slaves all the time, without a time limit.
-New ingredients (soulstone powder, human fat, etc.) added to the game
-You will be able to crush bones into powder
-A powerful grimoire of necromancy (Necronomicon) added to the game *. If you find and study it, you will unlock the "additional" features of the game.
-All Daedric artifacts added by this mod are banned by the empire and most cities, so they will be confiscated by the guards if you get caught with them ... and Vigil won't like it if he finds them with you!
- (Advanced) You can dismember any NPC with a dagger to get ingredients and body parts (skulls, hearts, fat, etc.)
- (Advanced) You will be able to gain control over the dead (including your zombies and slaves) to gain control over them (if they are hostile), equip and improve them (using special Daedric artifacts), make them wait or follow, and even destroy them !
- (Advanced) You can learn how to create powerful Daedric artifacts to enhance your undead and turn them into killing machines.
- (Advanced) Resurrect a large army of the dead with the army of the dead spell
- (Advanced) Sell the souls of your enemies at the risk of losing your own to the Daedric Lords by gaining Daedric Coins with the Daedric Bargain spell
- (Advanced) Resurrect your enemies at the risk of your own vitality.
- (Advanced) Craft Akaviri Soul Vials and collect dragon souls in them ... and maybe you can turn them into powerful artifacts or black filled soul gems!
- (Advanced) Craft a distiller and pick it up if you want to create distilled blood or powerful potions and poisons.
- (Advanced) Create a Mimir, pick it up and use the knowledge of the dead to create magical artifacts with many different enchantments.

And, in addition to the above, I also made it so that some of the ingredients of the original game can be crafted. For those who could not get their hands on the original Necronomicon, I created a fake copy of it. This copy is supposed to be filled by the player with the help of the Daejoa lords and the souls of the departed necromancers.

The book can be crafted on a tanning machine and requires the player to:

Enchant 50+
summoning 50+
invoke the lord of the dremora - spell

The book itself requires 1 Corrupted Book, 1 Daedra Heart, and 13 filled Black Soul Gems.

* The Necronomist can be found in Helgen or in a location near Riverwood (where the witch is), but in general it is advisable if you start a new game to fully experience this mod.

Update:
2.0
Capture of Soul Essence is made more realistic by prohibiting its collection more than 1 time from one victim. A new magic called "extract soul essence" has been added that allows you to extract specific essences from non-NPS victims. Although the requirements of this spell are less strict, it can only be used once and only to obtain one type of essence. Added 9 elemental essences as ingredients and are associated with certain attributes or skills that they greatly enhance. Moreover, if you take the distiller and you have at least 1 spirit essence in your inventory, you will find a fair amount of parameters or skills that you can permanently increase by 1 point.

This magic will not work on dragon corpses for one simple reason: dragon corpses are not real corpses and are not related to the original creature, so the spell will not be able to recognize it as a corpse. Improving parameters through "catch soul" and "extract soul essence" is now more useful due to the change of setAV to ModAV, so that the change of parameters is now permanent and affects the base value. The Daedric Crate can now be used to trade one of the nine soul essences for any other, 1 to 1. I have solved the problem with the improvements of Sanguine and Namira. Now they will work as they should.

How to become a vampire lord in Skyrim

Being a vampire in Skyrim is both pros and cons. Of course, everyone will hate you, and going outside in the light of the sun is a serious health hazard. But the advantages will perfectly help you in the stealthy passage.

You must first become a vampire. You can contract a disease called Sanguinare Vampiris, be attacked by a vampire, or be exposed to vampiric weapons. If you are a werewolf, you will be immune. Hircine's Ring will also grant immunity.

Sanguinare Vampiris can be cured during the incubation period with a Cure Disease. Alternatively, you can pray at the altar or ask Vigilant Stendarr. But if you do not take any action for 72 hours in the game, the transformation into a vampire will be completed.

Get the Necromage Perks

First, get the Necromage perk in the Restoration tree. Then keep building with the perks we've outlined below.

Important! Do not take any of the perks below until you become a vampire. Otherwise, you will not receive associated bonuses.
