Minecraft world templates. How to make a flat world in Minecraft: the fastest and most reliable way. Creating a flat world

Additional Information

Good day!
Updated ( August 9, 2016) - most of the information comes from GamePedia.
It contains a survival guide, various recommendations and various examples of how it is easiest to survive here.
Of course, you yourself can survive according to your own rules, in your own way, but here is the whole description of this type of world generation.

Be sure to turn on structure generation and superflat world.

Additionally:

  1. If you play badly, and it will be very difficult for you, and you want a little easier - turn on "Enable cheats".
Then in the game open the chat on E [English] or on / (Located to the right of the Y button), and write (/ give player_name sapling 10) - no brackets, [If it doesn't work, press Tab at the end of the command you wrote] This way you can endlessly get wood and apples.
  2. If it's still difficult with cheats enabled, write (/ gamemode 1), take what you need, and write the same thing, but put zero instead of one.

general information

The main features of the super-flat world are absolutely flat terrain, the complete absence of some resources (red stone, sand) and a very large shortage of many others (iron, coal and diamonds). An abnormally large number of slugs and NPS villages were also noticed. The End and the Underworld are generated normally, however, the End cannot be entered legally, since fortresses cannot be generated in the flat world, and together with them, End portals.

List of items and blocks that can be obtained:

  • Blocks that can be found when the generation of natural structures is disabled: earth, grass, bedrock, wool (Drops out of the sheep ).
  • Blocks that can only be found in villages: b slicker wood, planks, gravel, water, lavage grates, glass panels, fence, torch, wooden ladder, stone slab, wool (black), bookcase, carrots, potatoes, wooden door, pressure plate, wheat, oven, chest, workbench ...
  • Items that can be found in the forge chest: sapling, obsidian, iron pickaxe, apple, diamond, iron ingot, gold ingot, iron sword, bread, iron armor.

    As well as :

  • All the resources of the Nether.
  • Everything that can be obtained from mobs.
  • Everything that can be crafted from the above resources.
  • All resources generated in chests in a forge and a bonus chest, as well as when the generation of structures is turned on - in hell in hellish castles.

Development strategy

Step 1.

Create a new flat world. Look around carefully. If you spot a village, head towards it. If you saw nothing but mobs, run in the same direction until you see a village ( it is not recommended to fight with slugs, as there are too many of them ). When you get to the village, search all the chests in the forges. Take everything that is there, it will be very useful to you later. Collect wheat from the fields and get some wood from buildings. Craft a wooden pickaxe, get 3 blocks of cobblestone from the foundation of the building, and craft a stone pickaxe. Collect some cobblestone and craft stone tools ( at least 2 axes, a second pickaxe, a shovel and 2 swords ). Keep collecting resources. You must get as much as possible:

  • Wood and planks
  • Cobblestone
  • Wheat
  • Torches
  • Wool

If you wish, you can "disassemble" the whole village. There is no point in attacking the villagers, because nothing falls out of them.

Step 2

Next, you should decide how you will live on: roaming from village to village, taking everything valuable from there, or settling in this village. The nomadic lifestyle will give you a large amount of rare materials ( such as diamonds), but a sedentary lifestyle allows you to purchase a large number food, wheat, wood and cobblestone.

Nomadic lifestyle

Nomads concentrate on the extraction of rare and valuable items. Already in the early stages of the game, you can get a lot more obsidian, diamonds and possibly gold than in the regular game, but it will be difficult for you to get wood and cobblestone in large quantities. Take away from each village all wood, cobblestone, wheat, torches, wool and other valuable items. It is not recommended to attack the villagers, as you may be attacked by a golem that you are unlikely to be able to cope with. Spend the night in one of the remaining houses, after which take all your belongings and head to another village. It is best to go in the same direction: you will not bump into villages where you have already been. If you see a golem, try to kill it in order to get valuable iron. It is better to make a trap for him or shoot him with a bow, since a golem in melee is a very formidable opponent.

Sedentary lifestyle

The first step is to build a wall around the village to protect yourself from slugs during the day and hostile mobs at night. On the very first day, or rather night, lock the residents in their houses so that they will not be killed until the wall is completed. Later, they can be released. Focus on trading with villagers ( for 12w21a) and the extraction of renewable resources. The four most important resources are wood, cobblestone, wheat, and iron. The first three can be easily mined using farms and generators. Iron mining requires more detailed explanation.
There are 3 ways to get iron in the flat world: search chests in other villages ( which is not suitable for sedentary people), farming iron with zombies ( which is time consuming and extremely inefficient) and killing golems. Golems will spawn in villages with at least 20 houses ( the game determines the number of houses by the number of doors in the village) and at least 15 residents. Use your stocks of cobblestone and wood to build new houses ( residents will then settle in them themselves). Increase the number of inhabitants to increase the number of golems that can be in the village at the same time (1 golem will spawn for every 15 inhabitants). Golems can be killed either in a trap (traps associated with drowning or falling from a height do not affect golems, since golems cannot suffocate and do not take damage from falling), or manually ( NEVER don't fight the golem with swords! He can kill you with two hits, so use a bow)

Tips for reducing difficulty and different new ways to survive in a super-flat world, not too expensive for resources, as well as getting food [No way without it :)]

  • (above 1.3.1) Always remember that many rare or nonexistent resources can be bought from villagers (e.g. glass, redstone, diamond tools)
  • (above 1.3.1) Create a wool farm. Wool grows faster on sheep than wheat grows, and wool can also be sold
  • Charcoal can be easily obtained by burning wood.
  • Try to create a pig / cow / chicken farm. Meat is much more nutritious than bread, carrots and potatoes, and raising animals is usually much cheaper than producing bread (3 wheat for one bread versus 2 units of wheat, carrots and potatoes for feeding parent animals and the resulting meat)
  • If you were unable to find animals and / or create a wheat farm, dig a hole 2X2X2, fill it with water, craft a fishing rod and fish in this "pond"
  • Fence your village and / or dig a moat 3 blocks wide and deep and fill it with water. The wall will help hold back the onset of slugs, and the moat with water will be death for them (they cannot swim and sink to the bottom, where they suffocate)
  • Do not disassemble the house, as residents, if there are holes in the walls or the absence of doors, cease to consider it a home. Instead, you can remove corners and unnecessary roof structures.
  • (Above 1.7.5) Lure the golems into the water and kill them there, they do not attack in the water (when they are completely hidden).
  • [Recommended]- (The difficulty level will become from - [ Above average ] becomes [ Easy ] } -
Customize the generator template so that you can get more resources (you may become uninterested in playing, because the very essence of survival in the superplane is a constant lack, and sometimes a complete lack of resources). Layers of stone at levels 2-16 and the parameter " decoration"in the template will allow you to get resources such as coal, iron, gold, diamonds, red stone, lapis lazuli, gravel. Emeralds in the stone will appear only if the biome is set in the template Extreme hills(ID = 3), but villages are not generated in this biome, you have to build them yourself and populate them with cured zombie residents.
  • {Only on October 31 ) - Pumpkins can also be obtained in the superplane: for Halloween ( October 31 ) can spawn zombies and skeletons with pumpkins on their heads. Pumpkins have a 2% chance to drop.
  • [Village building view -> Bunker], - {Difficulty decreases by 15% - 30% ) - Make a roof on all the streets so that - "looks up, and there is a roof :)" Arrange the lighting inside this bunker, make the walls so that you don't get into your bunker, then make a hole in the roof at the top, and put a ladder to her in order to climb it and leave the bunker, - this way the inhabitants will not disappear anywhere, and your village will be safe from monsters (if you have placed lighting inside the bunker), then in your personal house opposite your door (which- there would be a wall opposite your door "and there is an exit from the village", but it is not necessary to make a hole in the wall opposite the door, you can in any other place, so that there would be a second exit, and what else would you know when day or night, in general where the hole is, make a door " Wooden " - {Less resource-intensive) or " Iron"(It is recommended that monsters will not be able to break your door, but put a button or a lever near the door, the button is better because it closes the door behind itself, or make a hole in 1 block, and put a lever there, you can easily close the door behind you, " Don't worry, no one will open it except you."), and in this way you can easily survive in a super-flat world, for example, you can go hunting during the day and fish in the bunker at night.

There are many possibilities in Minecraft, especially when it comes to world generation. You can create various locations with huge mountains, biomes, and so on. But there is the possibility of creating a very steep and interesting place where there is not a single mountain. That is, you can create a flat world in the game. Almost every player knows how to make a flat world in Minecraft, but still let's try to figure it out, because there are several ways to do it.

Features of the flat world

In this world there is not a single mountain, not a single mine or cave. It is great for building beautiful houses, because now you don't have to dig for hours. The depth of the world cannot be determined. That is, the first layer in it is earth with grass, and the second layer is the thigh, which cannot be broken.

Huge basements cannot be built - this is the only drawback. There are a huge number of monsters in the flat world. The most common slugs are large and small. Also, here you can easily find different villages, use the forges in them, and so on.

Unfortunately, a flat world is not suitable for survival, because there are no materials there. Trees can be obtained by breaking the houses of residents, and the rest of the resources cannot be obtained at all. So this mode should be played with creativity to compete with friends, or just build a beautiful building.

Creating a flat world

A flat world is very easy to create, it can be done in two ways. How to make a flat world in Minecraft:

  1. Download the required version of the game and go to it (in different versions the button can be moved).
  2. Click on the "Single player" button, and then on "Create a new world".
  3. A new window opens where you need to select the parameters of the world. It is there that you can search and find the necessary ones.
  4. First, select the game mode (creative mode is recommended), and then click on "World settings ...".
  5. In this section, you can customize the world to every little detail. Choose whether buildings will be generated and so on. You can "build" your own world, but we are now interested in the "Type of the world" section.
  6. In this section, select the "Superplane" mode, as well as the necessary materials that will be generated (earth, earth with grass, bedrock and others).
  7. Click "Create a new world".
  8. You can play and build in peace.

We figured out how to make a super flat world in Minecraft, but for various reasons this function may not work, so there is an additional option. It is enough to download a flat map for Minecraft on the Internet.

Outcome

With such easy actions, you can install absolutely any map in a minute, including with a flat world: with and without mobs, various buildings, and so on.

All of the above methods work fine, so it will be in future versions. If you look in the settings, you can find many interesting possibilities, because in the Minecraft game the world can be completely customized, specify the necessary resources, the frequency of their appearance, and so on.

Good day Crafters!

Let's set up our game world in Minecraft correctly so that mines, villages, castles on a super flat world are generated. Let's get started.

We turn on Minecraft, after that we create a new world and go to additional settings, go through the modes, and find super flat, a new window "Configure" will appear just below, click.

Let's try to change the completely super flat world in Minecraft.

World changes:

1. The two numbers that are indicated in the figure do not change anything, so we do not do anything with them.

2. Number 7 is the Admin, that is, you can change it to any block, you just need to know in Minecraft.

3. Number two, this is already the top layer of the world, it can also be replaced with any block.

4. Number two, this is the height of your world, change to a larger number, your world becomes higher, and vice versa.

5. Number 3, this is the ID of the land, we can also change it to diamonds.

This seems to be sorted out ...

Now let's see what is written at the end of the world generation in Minecraft.

Village- if you have it written at the end, it will be generated randomly on the map of the village of mobs.

Decoration- appears on the super flat world "grass", trees, flowers, well, in general, decoration

Mineshaft- mines appear.

You add it yourself, you are the creators of your life in Minecraft ...

Hello, in this guide I will explain and show you how to set up the flat world you would like!

We go to the "Additional settings of the world"

Select "Super-flat world" and click "Configure"

And we see the default arrangement of blocks, go to "Templates"

Here is a strip where we can edit our world.

1. These two numbers will not change anything, but you do not need to change them either

2. This seven ID of the Administration can be changed to any block by entering the ID of another block instead of the seven.

3. This two is the same as the seven, but only this is the ID of the block of the Earth covered with grass, it can also be changed to any other block.

4. This is the number of blocks of land between the top and bottom layers, you can change to any other number, this will change the height of your world.
5. This triple ID of the block of land, can also be changed.

Now let's move on to the rest of the labels.
Village, as you understand, this inscription adds the generation of villages to your world, you can also remove it and villages with residents will not be generated.
Decoration, generates grass, flowers, trees, or cacti and shrubs.
Mineshaft, generates abandoned mines.
