  • Hjerim, or Hjerim. The location of the house is Windhelm. The initial cost is 12,000 septims, but can be purchased on sale for 8,000. Another 9,000 will be required for all modifications, and as a result the house will cost between 17 and 21 thousand. To purchase a house, you need to complete some tasks and get the title of Thane of Eastmarsh.
  • The High Spire, or Proudspire Manor, is located in Solitude. This is the most expensive dwelling in Skyrim, it costs 25,000 septims, and that's just for the house. Improvements to the home will cost an additional $ 11,000. This is a three-story estate where you will find everything you need. Geographically, the house is located far enough from the city center. Thane Whiterun's house is definitely a pleasant place. But it is not very functional and there is not enough comfort in it. Let me introduce you five small plugins designed to maximize this house.

Firstly, a superstructure on the roof of the house, jokingly called "Penthouse" and equipped with everything you need for parties, except, perhaps, the walls.

Secondly, a spacious basement with four mannequins and many cabinets, fixtures and display cases. True, one dummy is distinguished by increased mobility, which, however, does not interfere with storing things on it. Hopefully the bug will be fixed soon.

Thirdly, instead of a room with one alchemical table, you can make a secret closet, in which there will also be an enchanting table and a couple of safes. True, you have to break the lock from the room.

Fourthly, you can make normal windows in the house through which light passes and the wind blows. Unfortunately, they cannot be closed, and the view from the outside is rather strange.

And finally, the fifth expansion, which will be especially appreciated by members of the Thieves Guild. It will add a very wide basement, with several spacious rooms, including a forge, decorated with nightingale paraphernalia and two Nocturnal statues in the bedroom.

These five add-ons do not conflict with each other and are packed into one small archive. choose what you like and extract to the Data folder.
