But, we have some tips on how to improve our speed of processing petitions:

    Please submit your petition to the correct category... It's not good to move a petition from the wrong category to the right one if it's in the wrong place. This, of course, is okay, but it could save both your time and ours by simply directing the letter to the correct category.

    Please do not submit multiple petitions on the same issue in different categories... If you already have such petitions, then take the time to cancel everything except the one that is directed to the correct category.

    Please cancel any open petitions on issues that we have already resolved... Many problems have already been resolved with the release of patches, and it will be more beneficial for everyone if open petitions on these topics are canceled.

No separate Premium Lite EVE Online client to download

We were often contacted with questions about this client and where it can be downloaded, so we want to clarify this issue. Several earlier phrases and devblogs from our side could represent the expression Premium Lite as a separate entity. Premium Lite, actually a working term for certain settings Premium client... There is no separate version, you download a regular client, and then just click on the button Optimize Settings in the menu accessible by pressing the key ... In the window that opens, you select the item Optimize for Perfomance and you get what can be called as Premium Lite... Then, you can experiment more with the settings, and you end up with something that suits you and your system. We suggest calling your client after that as Premium Midi but we do not impose this name. It just sounds great.

You can help us too if you follow these instructions:

  • Please always submit petitions to the appropriate categories.... There is no point in submitting a petition to a higher priority category if the problem described in the petition does not fall into that category. In this case, we will simply have to spend additional time to move your petition to the appropriate section.
  • Please do not submit multiple petitions at once on the same issue in different categories... And if you have already done so, then take the time and cancel all unnecessary petitions except for one that remains in the correct category. The benefits of a heap of identical petitions are highly questionable, but the harm is obvious: extra work and additional burden on our employees.
  • Please cancel any pending petitions regarding issues that have already been resolved... Many bugs have already been fixed by hotfixes, and canceling all petitions that have lost their relevance would only benefit everyone.

There is no separate version of the EVE client "Premium Lite", so you cannot download it !!!

No, no and NO! Don't even ask! We will not give you a link to download the Premium Lite client! Premium Lite is not a standalone version of the EVE client, but just a working term for describing a number of Premium client settings. To get Premium Lite, you need to download the Premium client, go to the ESC menu, click the "Optimize Settings" button and select "Optimize for Performance" in the menu that appears.
