Skyrim maximum character level. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Character Development, Attributes, Skills and Perks. Dual weapon build

The Skyrim game was released back in 2011 and since then has acquired a large number of add-ons and mods. V latest version the difficulty of the "legendary" level was added to the game and for some players it became a real challenge. But what separates the new difficulty from the rest, and how do you play Skyrim on Legendary difficulty?

Difficulty levels

There are 6 difficulty levels in the game. The default is the middle level - "Adept". If some stage of the game seems too difficult, then the difficulty can be switched to an easier one and continue the passage. You can also do the opposite: complicate the game if it seems too simple.

What is the difference between the difficulty levels in Skyrim? With each subsequent level, the damage received by the player increases and the amount of damage dealt decreases. In other words, the higher the difficulty level, the harder the opponents hit and the more more hero it takes time to kill them.

Newbie

The lowest difficulty level in Skyrim. It is not popular with players, because the game becomes simply uninteresting. You can switch to "newbie" if you can't win a battle on a higher difficulty and don't want to return to it later with a stronger character. Also, low difficulty is suitable for those who do not like battles and just want to explore the world.

Student

At this level of difficulty in Skyrim things get a little more difficult, but still not interesting enough. Enemies on the "student" are too easy to kill, the character, in turn, receives too little damage from them. On this difficulty, you can quickly go through tasks and just get acquainted with the plot and the universe of the game.

Adept

The average level of difficulty in "Skyrim", which is the default in the game. It is with him that it is best to start getting acquainted with the game. However, experienced players find the "adept" too simple. It is quite comfortable to play at this level of difficulty, and it does not require the player to think over tactics for each battle. Nevertheless, the character may already well die, and therefore sometimes you will have to use healing potions.

Expert

If the game on the "adept" seems too easy, you can try your hand at the "expert". This level of complexity of "Skyrim" is not the most difficult, but it will not completely relax. Some opponents will begin to do more and more damage compared to previous difficulty levels, their health will increase, and the character will need more healing potions to cope with them.

Master

Master was originally the hardest level in Skyrim. At this level, the enemies become quite strong, their defense increases even more, and the damage that the character inflicts becomes noticeably less. Now the player needs to think over their actions before entering the battle and stock up on potions.

Legendary

The maximum level of difficulty in the game. The peculiarity of the legendary difficulty level in "Skyrim" is that now opponents can kill the player with almost one blow. Without the right approach to character development, a fair amount of potions and patience, the "legendary" difficulty is almost impossible to pass.

Comparison of difficulty in "Skyrim": differences between the difficulty levels "Adept" and "Legendary"

As already mentioned, the choice of difficulty affects how much damage opponents will inflict on the character and how hard the hero himself will hit. With increasing difficulty, there may be more powerful types of monsters, but they do not have any additional skills. And of course, the passage of "Skyrim" on the "legendary" difficulty level takes much longer than on the "adept".

How is the fight at maximum and medium difficulty different? For example, having attacked a wolf at the "adept" difficulty, the player will easily cope with it, having inflicted a couple of blows, and will continue on his way. On the "legendary" difficulty, at the very first meeting with a wolf in close combat, you will have to try to kill him. You can even have time to improve several skills.

If an ice troll is encountered on the "adept" at the beginning of the game, then it is quite possible to cope with it. At the "legendary" level, when meeting with such a monster, it is better to immediately run away and return only when the character improves his abilities.

In general, the game on the "adept" at first seems easy enough, and only with the growth of the character's level everything starts to become a little more complicated. With "legendary" difficulty, the opposite is true. The first levels are difficult, but with the development of the character, the enemies cease to seem invincible.

Another difference between the maximum difficulty level and the medium one is that in order to successfully use the skills, they must be well pumped. For example, the "stealth" skill on the "adept" works well after the first six levels, while on the "legendary" difficulty, this skill must be improved to at least 45th level.

"Adept" is more suitable for those who do not want to unnecessarily bother when completing the game. The "legendary" difficulty will appeal to those who like to constantly test their character for strength.

Leveling up some skills

Since the character level in "Skyrim" increases with the level of skills, it will be useful to know how to quickly pump some of them:

  • Stealth. The easiest way to improve this skill is to push the character against a wall, press the Ctrl key to crouch, Capslock to disable running and "C" to automatically move forward. After this, the character can be left for a while until the skill is pumped. Another way is to constantly move around the world in stealth mode without using fast travel.
  • Eloquence. The skill is easily improved by talking to the bartender in the tavern in the city of Riften. One has only to ask him to tell about the "Black Heather" family and choose "Persuasion" all the time. You can also give any poor man a few coins or go to the temple of Dibella for a blessing.
  • Pickpocketing. The easiest way to improve this skill is by constantly saving before stealing and loading in case of failure (hotkeys F5-F9). The amount of experience gained depends on the value of the item that you decide to steal.
  • Blacksmith craft. To get the maximum benefit from this skill, you should download it after pumping your eloquence. All you need to improve your blacksmithing is a lot of iron ingots and leather strips. You can either buy them or get them yourself, by smelting ore and cutting the leather into strips. From the extracted ingredients, daggers are made, which can be sold immediately, but it is better to leave them for pumping enchantments.
  • Enchantment. To improve this skill, you will need a large number of soul gems and several learned enchantments. You can get stones in two ways: by enchanting some kind of weapon to capture souls and finishing off monsters with it, or using a spell, if you decide to play as a magician. After receiving the stones, you can start enchanting the daggers made earlier. If there are no daggers, then you should go to Solitude and visit the Shining Clothes store. There you can buy a lot of cheap things, which, after enchanting, are easy to resell for a higher price.
  • Alchemy. This skill requires many different ingredients that can be mined and purchased throughout Skyrim. It is most beneficial to make invisibility potions, as well as paralysis poison that deals health damage.
  • Weapon possession. This skill can be easily pumped at the beginning of the game. Just go to the place with the bear in the prologue of the game, take a dagger or other weapon and start hitting Hadvor or Ralof, depending on your choice. Since these characters are training and according to the plot must be on the player's side at least before leaving the cave, they will not start attacking, no matter how many blows you inflict on them. It is best to choose the "legendary" difficulty level when leveling the skill in this way, so that the health indicator of Ralof or Hadvor decreases more slowly.

In "Skyrim" there are quite a lot of all sorts of nuances and tricks that can help in the passage of the game. Here are some of them:

  • Squeezing Alt key, the character starts to run or ride a horse faster, spending stamina. But it is best not to use it up completely, because when it ends, it will begin to recover only after a few seconds.
  • Do not ignore the books that you find as you progress through the game. They can increase some ability or start a quest.
  • By shooting a bow in stealth mode, you will be able to inflict additional damage.
  • Removing the torches from the walls makes it easier to sneak.
  • With the help of the standby mode (by default, the "T" key), you can quickly restore health, mana and stamina.
  • You can exchange things with your companions, but remember that their carrying capacity is limited. Also, the satellites have one more interesting feature: If you give them one arrow for archery, then it will never end, no matter how much the companion shoots. You can, for example, give a mercenary an ebony arrow and collect a hundred of the same arrows for him.
  • Things left wherever they are will soon disappear. To avoid this, you should buy yourself a house and put things in a chest.
  • If you do not like the difficulty settings of the game itself, then you can put mods of difficulty levels in Skyrim. Some of them equalize the damage taken and dealt, which can make life a little easier at the legendary level. Others improve certain skills, which makes playing at maximum difficulty more comfortable, but playing at lower difficulties becomes uninteresting. There are some that further increase the difficulty of the game.

Hello GamesLog readers!

Let's talk today about such a part of the game as skills and their pumping. There are a total of 18 skills in the game, each of which can be upgraded with special actions. Sometimes players don't know how to get enough experience to upgrade the desired branch. Let's take a closer look at this issue.

Pumping methods

You can increase your level in different ways, some of them are "legal" others are not. Let's start with the standard ones:

  • Books. You can find or buy special books around the world, after reading which, the character increases a certain skill.
  • Education. Some types of constellations can be upset after talking with NPCs, who will teach you the necessary skills for a fee.
  • Action. Leveling almost all skills is based on repetition of the same action, in short, on insanity. You will have to break 1000 lockpicks, get 100 hits or forge 500 daggers in order to finally get the desired branch.

You can also get the desired level using simpler ways:

  • Bugs. Some types of bugs and certain features allow you to quickly pump, but also require the repetition of certain actions.
  • Cheats. Upnut the desired level in just a couple of clicks.
  • Fashion. Alternatively, they can also speed up the pumping process.

Today I will tell you how to level up using certain actions and bugs that are in the game. You don't have to download additional content or enter cheats. If you want to quickly get a level, read on.

One-handed, two-handed weapons and stealth

These three skills can be quickly pumped in from the very beginning of the game. As soon as we managed to get rid of the dragon, a bear will attack us. At this moment, your companion will be bugging and will just stand, for which he can be mercilessly beaten and gain experience. The Conduit will not take damage, so this action can be repeated until you reach the desired level of weapon proficiency and stealth.

Light, heavy armor, blocks

We swing our defense, getting in the face. The fact is, the more damage you take, the faster you wake up. The formula is simple, we find a giant or other monster that can hit harder and get damage.

Important! Choose your enemy carefully so as not to fall off one plop.

Stealth

The skill is pumped every time you sneak near NPCs, even allies. We select a guard or another standing unit, approach him from the back and hold down the forward movement button, resting against any object. Thus, the hero moves, remains unnoticed, the skill is pumped. You can generally hold down the button and go off to drink tea. The main thing is to remember, the more people do not see you, the faster the pumping goes.

Change, restoration

How to pump two magic skills at once? It's very simple, we take "Equilibrium" in one hand, and the spell of restoration in the other. Equilibrium will translate HP into mana, and healing vice versa. Thus, you can pump both directions using only 2 buttons.

blacksmith craft

Apart from cheats, I haven't found an illegal way, so I'll have to do it the old fashioned way. We find the most convenient and simple recipe for ourselves and repeat the creation of things until we reach the right level... Quality does not affect pumping, only quantity.

Breaking into

Here you need to accumulate sooooo many master keys, preferably about 1000. This amount can be bought at the Thieves Guild's hideout, but you need to constantly re-enter the game so that the seller's assortment is replenished.

We find any chest or door and just break these master keys by holding one button. The character thus gains a little less experience than with a successful autopsy, but this significantly saves time on finding new objects for autopsy.

Enchantment

As with blacksmithing, enchanting any weapon is the best way. We buy the cheapest things, buy filled soul stones from mages in Whiterun and enchant as many items as possible.

Alchemy

A similar scheme with enchantment. We stock up with ingredients in Whiterun, prepare different potions and repeat this in a circle.

Eloquence

Nothing boosts eloquence like a deal with a merchant. Remember, it doesn't matter how many items you sell to him at a time, it matters how many times you do it. The best way is to craft and sell items like potions, armor or weapons. Choose a skill that you want to pump and create things forward, and then by selling we increase eloquence and earn money.

Pickpocketing

It is pumped over to eerily simple. We find Vipir in the Cistern and learn to steal from him, after which we steal our money and learn again. This method allows you to quickly and easily get the desired skill.

Archery

To improve our ranged combat skill, we need to shoot a lot at targets. Ideally, the Windmer horse, which is issued as a reward for completing quests from the Dark Brotherhood, is suitable for this task. This horse has extreme regeneration and easily absorbs arrow damage.

Now decide what you want more, pump up archery or keep the horse intact.

Illusion

We buy "Muting steps" and use it until the mana runs out. Now, we replenish the supply of magic and use it again. Repeat this scheme several times and the skill will significantly improve.

Witchcraft

We choose the cheapest spell from the branch and start using it constantly. For this purpose, a soul trap is well suited, on which you can quickly pump witchcraft, without unnecessary problems.

Destruction

Works on the same principle as other spell skills. We choose the target fatter and inflict as much damage as possible on it with skills.

Yes, unfortunately, almost all skills are pumped through the usual nerdiness. It is better to play calmly and gradually, enjoying the world of Skyrim, and if you want to quickly get a level or skill in order to pump a skill or put on a thing, use cheats and you will be happy.

That's all, dear friends. Write in the comments your ways fast pumping and don't forget to subscribe to the blog. See you soon!

Initially, you need to navigate correctly and choose the degree of difficulty. One should proceed not only from the types of RPGs, but also from the skill of the user himself.

The game is quite easy to control and does not require much effort. The controls are similar to Oblivion, but instead, Skyrim is more based on a skill-related experience system. There are two types of varieties: stat and skill rank. Every time a player's enchantment increases lvl, they are given the opportunity to make key decisions regarding their abilities. This means that the player can increase his health, mana and stamina by 10 points, and also one new privilege invest points in one of 18 different abilities.

The question is: how to increase the level of the hero in the game Skyrim? It's pretty simple. Each time a player increases a certain mastery rank, he gets closer to strengthening Dovahkiin. This increases the overall effectiveness of that skill and a particular skill, usually a prerequisite for the availability of new opportunities. After all, the game is quite rationally calculated for the uniform acquisition of skills. It is simply impossible to make a mistake in choosing the difficulty of pumping, since it will be rational with the tasks set and vice versa.

Using a level cheat in the game, you can quickly achieve the maximum development of Dovahkiin, but is it worth it? As soon as a skill is used, the hero automatically gains a small amount of mastery experience (which we call "XP skill"), with which you can level up in Skyrim. It can also be quickly acquired by studying or reading books. Each time it goes up, you can get a bonus to the character's experience (which is simply called "XP"). The amount of XP Mastery comes from using abilities, and in a sense is constant. However, as soon as there is an increase in qualifications, the number of skills required to transfer XP to a new lvl also increases. That is why blocking several attacks can give the character knowledge in the block at the beginning of the game, when the skill skill is still low, but when the Block skill is very high, this character's attack will be lvl higher. Keep in mind that some skills are much easier to align than others. For example, successfully picking a lock gives you more XP than using a lockpick.

In addition, increasing the proficiency of abilities is the only way to increase the characteristics of XP. In order to raise the level of a spell, you need to pump the branch to which the spell belongs and in parallel with this, acquire the necessary spells of the elements. The hero can be developed up to level 50, but this does not mean that the game is over. Just after receiving, the process of gaining experience will noticeably decrease, the character's health will increase, skills can be developed as before. Then what maximum level in Skyrim? The hero will be pumped up to level 70. It is so laid down by the program.

Are you proud that your character has reached the max level in Skyrim? Then you will definitely want to read the list of 5 hidden forces in the game. They can be obtained after completing not the most famous quests of the game. Most of them provide inventory items that provide buffs that last throughout the game.

If you do not have Skyrim and you are reading this article just to get ready for a walkthrough in which you turn everything you can, then the game can be downloaded here:

Everything described below is available in base game(however, for one of the cases, you need the Dragonborn DLC). All this is in both Skyrim and Skyrim: Limited Edition.

This is a passive ability that allows you to deal 10% more damage to enemies of the opposite gender. This talent is more useful female characters as there are more men in Skyrim. First you need to talk to the tramp Degain in Markarth. The player will receive a quest in which they need to steal a statue from the nearby temple of Dibella.

The reason this ability is often overlooked is because it needs to be caught during the quest. Only in this case, the linked quest is launched, which gives the "Chosen of Dibella". It is highly illogical: to be deliberately caught in a quest that requires stealth! If one of the priestesses catches the player, he will be taken to Hamal, the head of the temple in Markarth. She will say, "You have committed an offense" and "You must be punished." As you probably thought, this means that you will have to go on another quest ...

The quest is called "Heart of Dibella". The family from Kartwasten must be helped in it. A man named Enmon reveals that his daughter Fiotra was kidnapped by the Outcasts. As always, you will have to play the role of the hero and save her from the Broken Tower.

After defeating Heather Heart, you need to free Fiotra from the cage. Then you should return to the temple of Dibella in Markarth and pray in front of the altar. Enjoy the new damage bonus!

After you have received this ability, do not forget to choose “Lover's Intuition” as a reward for completing the quest “Black Book: Winds of Change”. This will increase the damage done to characters of the opposite sex by 20% in total.

Sinderion's Surprise gives the player a 25% chance to craft 2 of the same potion. This is especially useful if the character is specialized in Alchemy. Please note that if you have a high level in Alchemy and you have the corresponding abilities, strong potions can be sold for great amount money. Make a whole bunch of elixirs, and in the end you can even get twice as many potions.

The quest to complete to get this ability is confusing, but following a few tips, you can simplify it. First you need to go straight to the Black Reach. If you've never been there, it's best to follow the main quest. There you need to explore the laboratory of Sinderion, which is not so difficult to find if you enter the Black Reach through Alftand (where the main quest is directed). You need the first small building that you see when you enter.

Read the diary of Sinderion (he lies on his corpse) and learn that he hoped to study the scarlet root of Nirn. After that, "Return to the Roots" will start - a quest in which you need to get 30 scarlet roots of Nirn. Given that Black Reach is difficult to move quickly and the map provides no clues, this can sound extremely difficult. As stated earlier, the following tips will help speed up the process of completing the assignment:

1. Play with SFX and / or headphones on

This plant species is generally similar to the common Nirn root. When the player comes close to the root, he starts to whistle or buzz. Keep your ears open. Chances are good that you will hear the plant first, rather than see it.

2. Stay on the trail

It is easy to get lost while exploring the Black Reach, especially if you are in search of the scarlet root of Nirn. It is best not to leave the path, or at least make it so that it is always in your field of vision. Thanks to this, you do not have to walk in circles. Although the map in this area is not very useful, it will show where you have been, so check the map in case of anything.

While we complain about the difficulty of navigating the Black Reach terrain, it is one of the most beautiful locations in Skyrim. Glittering waterfalls pour into iridescent lakes; around the luminescent mushrooms - an eerie, mysterious glow that reflects off the walls and ceilings.

This aesthetic will play into our hands. In dark terrain, it is easier to notice the glow of the scarlet root. Remember, it usually grows near water. Maybe you should still step off the path and plunge into the water. Swim to the lake shore and you will surely find 1-2 roots.
After collecting all 30 roots (great job!), Head to Sareti Farm near Ivarstead. There you will meet Sinderion's colleague - Avruza. Give her the roots, and she will reward you with the desired ability.

This talent is useful for any characters that rely on healing spells and potions. With it, such spells restore 10% more health. It is especially good to use this power in conjunction with the Escape from Death ability, thanks to which it will restore 10% more.

This ability is very often overlooked, since the quest for the completion of which it is given must be stumbled upon. Traverse the mountains between Dawnstar and Winterhold and you will find the Frost Lighthouse that rises on a snowy mountain.

As soon as you go to the central room of the Frost Lighthouse, the quest "Frost Abyss" will appear. Explore a surprisingly frightening location to discover the corpses of the family that lived here. You will have to go to the cave network, which is teeming with Falmer and Corus. As a result, you will have to fight the terrible Corus reaper. If your character is of low level, then this battle will not be up to you.

To defeat this monster, it is worth using a weapon that deals fire damage. Ranged weapons are best, as you don't have to approach the creature. This is also one of the rare battles in which you should wear armor that is resistant to poison. The Reaper's spit attack is deadly.

After killing Corus the Reaper, pick up the remains of the Hubd. Climb back up and open the door to the top of the lighthouse. Place the remains of the Hubd on the bonfire. For this you will receive "Rest of the Sailor".

Dragon Bones and Scales ranks so high on the list only because of how common dragons are in Skyrim. Thanks to this effect, dragons do 25% less melee damage, helping them deal with tail bites and blows. This will help a lot if you are going to fight with legendary dragons... By the way, this power also makes it less likely that the dragon will eat your character. This can happen if the armor rating is relatively low.

The reason that such a small number of users are aware of such a useful effect is due to the series of quests tied to it. It starts with “Kill Paarthurnax”. Yes, you heard right: in order to get the effect, you will have to destroy your beloved ancient dragon. And that's not all - just the beginning. After Paarthurnax has been killed, travel to the Temple heavenly harbor to become one of the Blades.

Now you need to complete the "Rebirth of the Blades" quest. These are brilliant (repeatable) missions where you have to recruit new followers of the Blades and slay dragons. At some point, Delphine will tell you to talk to Esbern about Dragon Hunt. This is a simple quest in which, along with the other Blades, you will need to fight a random dragon. Esbern will ask you to take bone and scales from the creature's corpse. When you return, talk to Esbern about Studying Dragons.

Give him the bones and scales and you will be awarded with Esbern's potion. Drinking it will grant you the permanent Dragon Bones and Scales effect.

These forces occupy the 1st place on the list, since there are 5 hidden abilities at once. One of the main quests in the Dragonborn DLC is The Fate of the Skaals. During it, Storn reveals that a new Word of Power can be learned at Syring's Outpost. The cry is called "Word of Power." It can be used to break stones corrupted by Mirak's influence in Solstheim. The quest "The Fate of the Skaals" ends when the Shout is used on the Windstone, which is located near the Skaal village to the north. The Lurker you have to fight with after that can distract your attention so much that you don't notice one cool property.

Having cleared the stone, you should go to it and activate it. If you touch the Wind Stone, you will receive the ability - "North Wind". In the quest "Cleansing Stones", you can clear 4 more stones, each of which will give the player a new talent when activated.

All powers are listed below.

  • North wind”(Wind Stone): You can summon a cold wind that deals 20 damage per second. Since it is a cold spell, it also affects the opponent's stamina. It is especially useful in close combat only if you are not fighting against the Nords. If this reminds you of the spell of the school of Destruction "Buran", then in fact it is the same thing. This talent does not consume mana, and there is no long animation when using it! Suitable for any build.
  • Bones of the earth”(Earth Stone): This talent allows the caster to ignore 80% of the damage. Please note that this is not armor, so nothing will be added to its characteristics. However, it can work in conjunction with armor: you ignore 80% of physical damage, and then the strength of the armor comes into play. True, this power does not apply to magic damage. It is better to use it when you are attacked with weapons, sharp fangs or terrible claws. Does it remind you of the "Dragonhide" spell of the School of Change? This is the same. And again: the talent does not spend mana, and there is no long animation.
  • The waters of life”(Stone of Water): This talent is wonderful: it heals you and all nearby players for 200 health. It will come in handy if you are working with other characters or participating in a major battle. Strength will also help if you have a shortage of healing potions.
  • The roots of power”(Wood Stone): This is another very useful power. All spells cost 75% less mana for a full minute. This means that you can use more powerful spells than usual without relying on additional equipment. If you have, for example, the Robe of the Archmage, all spells will now consume 90% less mana! Put on a ring or amulet - and your power is not limited for 60 seconds. This is enough to turn the tide of the battle.
  • Summon werewolf bear”(Beast Stone): This is my favorite effect. It allows you to summon a werewolf bear for 60 seconds. It works in the same way as any other summoning spell: you need to select a place nearby, cast a spell, and the summoned creature will appear nearby. Again: this is an effect, not a spell, so no mana is wasted! Did I mention that this is a real werewolf bear ??? This creature is easily capable of sending enemies flying and tearing them to pieces. Summon him when opponents outnumber you, and watch the battle turn to your side, laughing like a maniac. Good times.
  • Solar flare”(Stone of the Sun): This talent creates a fiery explosion around you. It deals 100 damage to enemies. Those opponents who are closest to you will suffer the most. Yes, this is the same as the Firestorm School of Destruction spell. We like this power anyway.

It is worth noting that all these forces work not only in Solstheim, but throughout Skyrim. This means that the Werewolf Bear can be summoned either in the Thieves Guild or in High Hrothgar. If you do, please submit a video.

And the last thing about these forces. These are not ordinary abilities that weaken every day. All stone effects are one-time use. After use, they will disappear. Fortunately, not forever: you can get them again by reactivating the stone. True, for this you need to go through the whole of Solstheim again.

We hope that from this list you learned about quests and content that you did not know about before. Now you know what to prioritize in your next game!

The character will gain experience for each application of any of the 18 skills in practice, thereby increasing a certain total value required to switch to new level(Skills can also be improved through training with teachers and reading instructional books). In Skyrim, there is no division of skills into major and minor - the use of any skill moves the character to level-up, however, it has been noticed that an increase in a pumped skill has a stronger effect than an undeveloped one. After reaching level 50, pumping slows down significantly, but your character will still grow in level until all skills reach 100.

Having received a new level, you can go to the skills menu (you do not need to go to bed) and increase by 10 units. one of three attributes(magic, health or stamina), and choose one perk(the choice of perk can be left for later).

Attributes

In Skyrim, a character has three main attributes - magic, health and stamina, and one secondary - carrying capacity (or carried weight).

Health- reflects the amount of damage that your character can receive until he dies. It is displayed as a red bar in the middle of the bottom of the screen. The amount of health depends on the level of your character (the initial value is 100 units, then 10 units can be added to it with each level-up) and the effect of active magical effects. Health is slowly restored over time - 0.7% of the total health per second (regeneration occurs faster for Argonians), in addition, it can be restored (and sometimes even needed) with potions, spells, scrolls and food.

Magic (Magicka)- This is magical energy that is used to cast spells. It is displayed as a blue bar at the bottom left of the screen. The amount of magic depends on the level of your character (the initial value is 100 units, then 10 units can be added to it with each level-up) and the effect of active magical effects. Magic is slowly restored over time - 3.0% of the total amount of magic per second; in addition, it can be restored (and sometimes even needed) with potions, spells and scrolls.

Stamina- a measure of the character's physical energy, the effectiveness of such actions as a power attack and blocking depends on him, in addition, the power reserve determines the weight of the load carried by the character. It is displayed as a green bar at the bottom right of the screen. The amount of stamina depends on the level of your character (the initial value is 100 units, then 10 units can be added to it with each level-up) and the effect of active magical effects. The reserve of stamina is slowly restored over time - 5.0% of the total value of the reserve of stamina per second, in addition to this, it can be restored (and sometimes even needed) with potions, spells, scrolls and food.

Carry Weight is the total weight of items that the character can carry, it is determined by the formula:

(250 + (Stock_str / 2))

Thus, the carrying capacity of all characters is initially the same (300 units), later, with an increase in the reserve of forces, it also grows (by 5 units for each level with the selected increase in the reserve of forces).

Note: An overloaded character cannot run and travel fast.

Skills and Perks

There are only 18 skills in the game, divided into three groups (by choosing the blessing of one of the guardian stones - Warrior, Mage or Thief - you will receive a 20% bonus to the growth rate of six skills from the corresponding group):

  • Military:
    • Shooting (Archery),
    • One-handed,
    • Two-handed,
    • Heavy Armor,
    • Blocking (Block),
  • Magical:

    • Conjuration,
    • Destruction
    • Illusion
    • Restoration,
    • Enchanting;
  • Thieves:
    • Sneak,
    • Lockpicking,
    • Pickpocket,

    • Speech.

Skills increase as they are used, also after reading educational books (5 for each skill) or learning from teachers (it is allowed to take no more than 5 lessons for each level), sometimes an increase is given for completing quests.

The initial values of the skills are 15 (plus racial bonuses), the maximum is 100. You can reach a hundred in all skills (although this will not help to get all possible perks), however, keep in mind that the more skill, the more time and effort will be spent on increasing it until the next steps.

Perks

Each skill has its own constellation (or tree) of perks, with their various numbers and practical value, there are more than 250 perks in the game. Since only one perk point is given for each new level, it is impossible to take all perks with one character. Therefore, the choice of perks must be approached carefully, because ultimately it will depend on who your character will become - a professional in some business or a dropout in everything.

To take a perk, you should select all previous perks in this branch at least once (some perks can be selected repeatedly, improving your skill), meet the requirements for the amount of skill and have a free perk point.

Skill trainers

Trainers can help improve your character's skills for a fee (up to five lessons per level, unused training opportunities do not carry over to the next level).

Teaching is light, but in Skyrim it is very expensive, especially with high skill values. How much gold septims will cost one lesson for your character can be calculated in advance using the formulas (where L is the current skill value):

for skills 15 to 50: Gold = (10 x L) + 50
for skills 51 to 75: Gold = (30 x L) + 50
for skills 76 to 90: Gold = (50 x L) + 50

For those mentors who are at the same time the character's partners, it is possible to learn literally for nothing: they will charge you a tuition fee, but you will be able to get your gold back by looking in their inventory. Examples include Fendal of Riverwood and the associates of Jorrvaskr.

Trainers-traders add the amount received for the lessons taught with their main capital, so the gold spent on studies can be immediately bargained back by selling them a couple of expensive gizmos.
