Start the game through "Launcher.exe". -> Select language and confirm.
Launch and network play:
Start Tunngle and go to the room where this game is played.
Run "game_launcher.exe" in the root folder of the game. -> Select the version of the game to run (DX9 or DX10 / 11).
Server creation:
Co-op campaign -> Play by local network-> New game / Load game -> Wait for the second player and start the game.
Connection:

A couple of tips on this issue, taken from my own experience.
In the game folder there is a display.ini file, to increase performance, without much loss of quality, you can do the following in it, having previously opened it with notepad:
String ShadowDetail = default 1024, you can put 512 (shadow resolution)
Line MotionBlur = true by default, set false, will remove barely noticeable blur, while increasing FPS
The line RefreshRate = 60 by default, set 30. On consoles, 30, one might say, is considered the standard, so everything is ok.
At the same time, in the display.ini properties, set the read-only checkbox, otherwise, when entering the options in the game itself, everything will be reset to default.
Some have slightly improved performance when running with vista sp2 compatibility.
For those who have problems with performance on processors higher than 2 cores, try setting only core 0 and core 1 in the manager after starting the game
