Resident evil 7 biohazard system requirements are minimum. Minimum system requirements

If the developers do not change anything in the requirements, Resident evil 7 is sure to turn out to be one of the most technically unassuming big-budget games of the coming year. To many modern games 8 GB is not enough random access memory(for example, for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Quantum Break, Mirror's Edge Catalyst, Battlefield 1 and even ReCore, which is far from perfect in terms of graphics, 16 GB are needed), however, the seventh Resident Evil may be able to work at high settings with this amount of RAM. Recommended requirements include NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 and AMD Radeon R9 280X graphics cards. In terms of GPU requirements, the game is less demanding than Doom and Dark Souls III.

Minimum system requirements:

  • OS: 64-bit version of Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10;
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 with a clock speed of 2.7 GHz or AMD FX-6300 (or better);
  • RAM: 8 GB;
  • graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 or AMD Radeon R7 260x;
  • DirectX: Version 11;
  • additional remarks: This configuration will allow the game to run in 1080p at 30 fps. To improve performance, players will either have to lower the quality of textures or turn off texture streaming (textures streaming is a technology that creates versions of textures at different resolutions and loads first low-quality versions, and then, as needed, high-resolution versions).
  • OS: 64-bit Windows 7, 8, 8.1, or 10;
  • CPU: Intel Core i7 3770 @ 3.4 GHz or AMD equivalent (or better)
  • RAM: 8 GB;
  • graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 or AMD Radeon R9 280X (or better);
  • DirectX: Version 11;
  • additional remarks : This configuration will allow the game to run in 1080p at 60 fps.

During the Tokyo Game Show 2016 last week, Capcom revealed a new trailer for Resident Evil 7 and posted a dozen screenshots. At the same time, the demo version of The Beginning Hour received the Twilight update, which brought new mansion rooms, items and secrets. In addition, the demo, now over 3 million downloads, is now available to all PlayStation 4 users, not just PlayStation Plus subscribers. Although the final version of the game will differ in everything from the demo (it will have a different the main character, other locations and new gameplay features), in the future it will receive several more such updates.

The release of Resident Evil 7 will take place on January 24, 2017 in versions for PC, Xbox one and PlayStation 4. On a Sony console, the game will support a helmet virtual reality PlayStation VR. Horror is also included in the list of games that will be adapted for the PlayStation 4 Pro, on which it can be played in HDR mode in 4K resolution.

Already very little is left before the release of the 7th part of "Resident Evil", one of the most famous and age game series... A lot of information has appeared, including the system requirements for Resident Evil 7 on the official page in the online store Steam. What can I say, a game of this level demanded, as is customary, serious parameters from PC players.

As a result, the minimum system requirements to run Resident Evil 7

  • System: Win 7 64 bit or higher;
  • Percent: Intel i5-4460 or AMD FX 6300;
  • RAM: 8 GB;
  • Video: GeForce GTX 760 or from Radeons R7 260x with 2 GB of video memory;
  • Installation space: still unknown, but no less than 30 GB.

As you can see, the minimum "systems" are high enough, usually this means that they, firstly, are too high or there will be problems with optimization for a PC (at least at the start). Although judging by the recently released demo version, the game runs on noticeably weaker configurations (4 cores and 4 RAMs are quite good, see the video launching on such a config below, there was also an attempt to run on 2 cores and 2 RAM, but in the process the game crashes). Plus, on the declared minimum configuration, the demo showed almost 60 fps without ultra anti-aliasing and shadows.

  • System: Win 7 64-bit or higher (standard as always);
  • Processor: Intel i7 3770 or AMD FX-8350 or better
  • RAM: 8 GB or higher;
  • Graphics card: exact models not listed yet, but recommended game cards with 4 or more gigabytes of video memory.

In general, nothing new or sensational, for the maximum settings a completely standard configuration is required, as in other AAA-class games. On the other hand, some of the latter major games at least somehow justified such requests for "hardware", good graphics, but in Resident Evil 7 so far there is no cool "grafona".

Before buying Resident Evil 7 biohazard for PC don't forget to compare system requirements, provided by game developers, with your system configuration. Remember that minimum requirements often mean that with this configuration, the game will start and run stably at minimum quality settings. If your PC meets the recommended requirements, you can expect stable gameplay at high graphics settings. If you want to play with quality set to "ultra", the hardware in your PC must be even better than the developers indicate in the recommended requirements.

Below are the system requirements for Resident Evil 7 biohazard, officially provided by the developers of the project. If you think there was a mistake, please let us know by clicking the exclamation mark on the right side of the screen and briefly describing the error.

Minimum configuration:

  • Processor: Intel Core i5-4460 2.70 GHz / AMD FX-6300
  • Memory: 8 GB
  • Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 / AMD Radeon R7 260x
  • DirectX: 11
  • OS: Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10 (64-bit)
  • Processor: Intel Core i7 3770 3.4 GHz / AMD equivalent
  • Memory: 8 GB
  • Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 / AMD Radeon R9 280X
  • DirectX: 11

Aside from comparing your PC configuration with Resident Evil 7 biohazard system requirements don't forget to always have updated video drivers. It is important to remember that you should only download the final versions of video cards - try not to use beta versions, as they may contain a large number of not found and not fixed errors.

Bigben Interactive and studio Kylotonn shared today the system requirements for the upcoming WRC 8. The novelty, as it turned out, will not require anything colossal at its level ...

A restart that the series has long needed. Very successful, competent, and well-developed. A very simple and old-school mechanic is used, which resembles the first part, but nevertheless does not make the game obsolete - on the contrary, well-chosen components in the form of exploring the environment, hide and seek, shooting and riddles make the game very exciting. From the very first minutes, she does not let go until the very end, only detailed locations connected to each other in style dark souls are worth a lot. The game came out very atmospheric and moderately difficult (played on the normal)

After playing, I realized that the gameplay is tailored for fucking VR, especially the construction of corridors and rooms. The keyboard mouse and gamepad are secondary. About the horror and fear experienced. As if in a couple of moments they were, but only because of the very dark room and fucking creeping atmospheric music. Most likely, all the power of horror can be experienced only in a VR helmet (otherwise why do we see the faces of bosses in a centimeter from the screen all the melee battles?). The gameplay itself is similar to the RE series: running around the rooms, searching for keys, protecting from monsters (more often you can just run away and hide from them, you still can't kill some), creating healers / cartridges, etc.
From the pros: no animation of opening doors as such, medication for "seeing" all things within a radius of 7 meters, partial optimization for PC hardware (on average 50FPS).
Of the minuses: as I did not change the settings, the frenzied lags with a drop to 5FPS when loading a new part of the level did not disappear.
They say that there are several endings in the game, I saw the one for which you need to choose to save Mia, not Zoe.
I don’t know why everyone fap on Zoya’s bra in the trailer, I like Mia’s face better (her dark hair is gorgeous, unlike Zoya’s short haircut).
In general, if CAPCOM completes the above mentioned flaws, then the toy is very good, AAA class after all.

I liked the notice. Attention to the details of the interior, the general picture (although they unreasonably demand. To the system resources, "Alien" is not worse, but at times less gluttonous). An interesting and not rejecting quest component: exploring leisurely in a good way is interesting and atmospheric. The 1st person view is beneficial - the immersion effect is enhanced. The plot, unfortunately, does not catch on, it is interesting to play for the sake of suspense itself - well done. It is immediately apparent that the authors drew inspiration from "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" - not a fan of manic-cannibalistic themes. As for me, the game lacks the overall duration (with a couple of pseudo-endings, when just about ... but, no - play further, it's not over yet!), A variety of monsters and weapons, more free movement between locations (all -so the game came out corridor-oriented). I also did not like any "system" of shelters (compared to the same "Alien"), it simply does not exist: it is impossible to hide from "dad" Baker ... you just have to run away and dodge like a hare ... and then in the first couples (according to ignorance of the mansion), in 80-90%, getting into the clutches, churn out! Fires from 4-5 times. Solutions to situations are not logically obvious, you have to try, try and try, or successfully reach the dubious and (once again ..) not obvious script.

In general, immediately after the passage, I wrote a scream and put my own, expert, 8.5 ... But then I sat, thought, calmed down, had a snack with an excellent shaverma ... And I decided to stick a nine! Well, in the end, after all, are we on the canobka or where at all ?! Say thank you for not a dozen! (All the same, this is not an overwatch) Well, we will assume that I threw these half points as a sign of respect for Capcom. Just think, but I have already put them on a par with the distraught Konami ...

An excellent continuation of the series and the canon first part with a first-person view, where the developers and writers clearly make clear parallels in the locations of Spencer's mansion with the Baker's house. In certain places, you plunge into nostalgia headlong. But, not having time to enjoy, you are instantly pulled by the hair of the realities of the modern gamedev, clearly reminding that now is not the 96th year, put on the rails, shove a machine gun in your teeth, wave your hand with a sonorous "let's go" and now you have credits in front of you. And, if with the first trilogy you didn’t realize that before you was a Japanese product (and there was no time to understand it), then, according to the hackneyed and beloved, already at the genetic level among the Japanese, a story about a little girl with paranormal abilities, (hackneyed Japanese record for as long as 10 years in a row) begins to specifically strain after 1/3 of the game. Well, it was already, we saw, FEAR passed 10 times, well, how long can that !!! ??? And nevertheless fit, canon and respect. Z. Yes, and a minus for saving on music.

The specifics of PC gaming is such that before proceeding with the passage, you must first familiarize yourself with its system requirements and correlate with the existing configuration.

To do this simple action, you do not need to know the exact technical characteristics of each model of processors, video cards, motherboards and other components of any personal computer. The usual comparison of the main lines of components will be enough.

For example, if the minimum system requirements for a game include a processor of at least Intel Core i5, then you should not expect it to run on an i3. However, comparing processors from different manufacturers is more difficult, which is why developers often indicate names from two major companies - Intel and AMD (processors), Nvidia and AMD (video cards).

Above are system requirements. It is worth noting that the division into minimum and recommended configurations is done for a reason. It is believed that the execution minimum requirements enough to start the game and go through it from start to finish. However, to achieve the best performance, you usually need to lower the graphics settings.
