Here the process is divided into 2 types:

On the global map, clans are counters, where commanders move them, attack and defend provinces, perform reconnaissance, robberies, and much more. As soon as the counters turn into a combat clash, a battle will take place between the clans at a certain time.

The time is set by the province itself and for each it is different, the battle will take place in the game client, namely in the "Special battle" tab. The battles are no different from ordinary company ones. There is only one "but", the clans will not be able to see the compositions of each other until the equipment is discovered during the battle.

What's on this moment happening at the GC

Today, all provinces belong to the most best TOP clans, and it is practically impossible to knock them out of there. Since these are very strong and experienced players, it takes a lot of training to fight them.

In addition, if you decide to create a clan and try to attack, to capture, a province, then you will not succeed.

Because, you need to spend a huge number of hours on training clans, select the necessary compositions of equipment for certain maps of the area, as well as watch videos of the battles of TOP clans, only then you will have a small chance of winning. For beginners and intermediate clans, there is only one opportunity to fight on " Global map"- this is only for building up experience in such battles.

Global Map is a browser-based multiplayer game for World of Tanks. Clans land on it and fight for territories. For each captured territory of the clans, I receive the so-called gold (gold).

How does the fight go?

It's simple, this is a regular card, as in standard battle, there is only one difference. This is what fairly experienced players in the clan play on the GC. The winning team either gains territory or keeps it. How to get to the GC?

Of course, not necessarily the number of battles, you can simply find the so-called "Nubo-clans", which recruit people just and not participate in the landings.

How do you make gold?

It's not so simple here. You need to find a clan that lands and has enough good composition... To do this, you must have excellent statistics, from 1000+ efficiency (), 50% + wins and about 10 thousand battles, well, of course, 1-2 top (Tanks of the 10th level), tk. they land on the main ships only on vehicles of the 10th level. Next, you need to win the battle and only after that the commander will pay you gold (gold). Single players cannot take part in the mode, however, the developers plan to give them this opportunity in the role of Mercenaries. Clans conduct their own diplomacy: they make alliances, create alliances and, most importantly, fight each other.

Why do you need all this?

In addition to sports interests, clans pursue material goals: each province brings its owner a certain amount of gold every day. It can vary from several tens to several thousand gold coins, depending on geographic location and the historical value of the province. For example, a European capital will bring more income to its owner than a dozen African holdings.

How do battles take place?

The whole process can be divided into two levels: global (what happens directly on the Global Map) and tactical (what happens in the game client). Globally, clan commanders move tokens ( symbol clan players), attack and defend provinces, carry out reconnaissance, robbery and much more. If the chips entered a combat clash with the enemy, then at a certain time (for each province it has its own) a battle will take place between the members of the opposing clans. The only difference is that players do not see each other's lineups until the tanks are found in battle.

Small secrets of battles on the main battleground

  • If your province and the province you want to attack are in different time zones, then you need to set the attack before the prime time of your opponents.
  • If you have lost the battle for the province in which your headquarters is located, then you have time until the start of the next turn in order to move the headquarters to an adjacent province, thereby saving it on the map.
  • If a province is attacked by several clans at once, then first a mini-tournament takes place between them, for the right to fight with the owner of the province. And if there is a draw in this tournament, then the team that previously put the attack on the province goes further.
  • If you won the battle with the owner and landed on the main battalion, then you still have time before updating the turn in order to place new landings the next day.
  • If there is a counter battle, then the map for it is selected at random from the maps of those provinces from which your troops and enemy troops came out.
  • On the global map, the attacking team always plays from the second base, and the defending team from the first.
  • If you have created a clan and think that you can immediately capture provinces, etc. - it's a delusion. To do this, you need to train a lot with the clan, play the compositions of equipment under different cards, watch the battles of the top clans and only then, after a while, you will have a chance to win. At the moment, for beginners (and for intermediate levels) clans, fighting on the main battleground is possible only to gain experience in such battles. More provinces - more space
Now the number of clans playing in landing tournaments significantly exceeds the number of available provinces, which makes the competition incredibly strong.

New map has a flexible architecture, and if necessary, we can expand it to an almost unlimited number of provinces: two, five, ten times more!

All will land
On the current map, in order to capture a province, a clan needs to go through a landing tournament without room for error, spend a lot of time on battles, but ultimately there is no guarantee of success.

On the updated Global Map, in addition to a larger number of provinces, a new method of entering the map will be introduced, while it will be possible, as before, to capture territories in landing tournaments.

Choose your vehicle tier
The recent introduction of additional regions for Tier VIII vehicles has shown great interest from players in participating in battles in this format.

Next Generation Global Map will have regions with vehicle tiers similar to battles in sorties: VI, VIII, X. Profitability and opportunities will differ accordingly.

Except for campaigns and others game events, which are held less frequently and regularly due to the current architectural features, the map does not set an ultimate goal for the clans.

Global Map 2.0 has a completely new architecture that will allow it to operate in a seasonal fashion. Each season, clans will have an opportunity to compete for victory and special prizes.

Other innovations
Chips are no longer needed, they will be replaced by divisions

A division is a combat unit fully equipped with the required number of tanks, regardless of the number of soldiers in a clan. Now there will be no need to keep inactive players in the clan, there is no longer the need to move one chip to the full composition, and you can be sure: if the battle is scheduled, it will take place.

Dividing the map into fronts

Regions will give way to fronts, each of which will have customizable boundaries, province composition, battle rules, available vehicle tiers, or even a set of specific vehicles. Each clan will be able to choose a front that suits them best.

New game currency for the Global Map - influence

To lead fighting and to perform other operations on the Global Map, clans will need influence.

What is it for:

  • Landing on the map without participating in landing tournaments.
  • Purchase and maintenance of divisions, as well as additional modules to them.
  • Investment in a province to increase its profitability.
  • Protecting your province under certain conditions.
Influence can be obtained in two ways:
  1. Combat actions on the map: when an enemy division is destroyed, the winner receives part of its cost.
  2. Participation in Fortified sorties: In addition to industrial resources, sorties will also bring influence, the amount of which will depend on the division.

Influence will allow clans not to depend on a limited number of chips and their "freezing", independently regulating their activity on the map. Influence can also be accumulated in unlimited quantity, which will make it possible to plan long-term operations.

It should also be noted that influence cannot be acquired for game gold, exchange for industrial resources or loans.

New interface and visual component

In addition to technical changes and innovations in mechanics, the map will be radically redesigned both visually and in terms of usability. Navigation will become more convenient, a lot of new information, flexible filters, and a system of tooltips will be added.
