Now in GTA 5 you can play with three characters.

Switching is very simple - you just need to scroll the mouse wheel (the way you change weapons). During the execution of missions and the hunt for you by the police, switching is impossible.

Open the menu press: 5 (the number on the keyboard is a normal button)

Close the menu: Enter (Main Enter on the keyboard)

Select Sweet (in this mod I replaced Trevor with Sweet) press: RIGHT ARROW (just press the right arrow on your keyboard)
