You start in your home village, on a cliff face. A village elder approaches you and speaks of your high mission, then leaves. Go right, go down the bridge; there you will see the first hut. Go back, but do not climb up the rope, but enter the door under it. To your right is a sorceress who will tell you about the purpose of special artifacts. A chest will appear containing five droplets.
Now go to the far left door, go down the bridge and open the chest. In it lies crystal ball - the key to the next world. Take it, leave the hut and go right.
Then there is one more hut, which you do not have to enter. Go further, the locals will see you off. Reaching old man in a blue robe, save the game. In the future, you will meet with old man often.
Now your cloudless existence will be overshadowed by the appearance of the first enemies. Collect all the coins and bags of money that they leave behind - the money will be very useful to you. After going forward a few screens, you will come to the eared idol. Sacrifice to him crystal ball... A palace will rise from the ground, in which your adventures will continue.
Make an appointment with the elder and enter all the doors one by one (except for a door with a lock - you need a key for it), climbing the ropes and platforms. As a result, you will find a chest that contains the key... Return to the place where the old man stands and apply key by the door. After entering the door, go further: you need to go into all the doors and kill everyone who is there. After that, passages and platforms will appear. Take in one of the chests key to another locked door. Behind this door, climb the tightrope and beware of the thorns appearing and disappearing. Climbing the platforms even higher, do not enter the door that is above: you will fall into the middle of the level and you will have to go through the already passed section of the game again. Go immediately to the left. In the first room, after you kill the goblin with the mace, a chest will appear with gold bar.
After entering the second door, climb the rope, waiting for the spikes to disappear, and then go through the spiked corridors. If you, leaving the door, jump down through the platform (there you will old man), you will have to go through the area with spikes again. Better to go to the right and jump down. There is a heart vending machine next to the playgrounds. Having fully restored your energy, go up the platforms upstairs to the door leading to the first to the boss games. In the palace go upstairs and go into the door that is above your head. After entering this door, go upstairs (left or right along the stairs leading up). Walk back to the door and exit. Go down and, after reaching the next door, under which there is a ladder, go down this ladder, enter the door on the left and go to the door with the guard. Then go to the temple and, approaching the second door, apply pentagram key... You will find yourself in the second world at the edge of a forest with palm trees.
After a few screens, you will be taken to the shore of the pond. into the mysterious thickets. You fall down into a room with an entrance to another room. The entrance at this level is a hole in the wall (hereinafter, for convenience, it will be called a door). Enter it and safely fall into the stream of water. The water will carry you into the first tunnel. Then, when you emerge from the first tunnel, you must jump onto opposite bank, otherwise the stream of water will carry you down into the second tunnel, which is located under the shore you need. Once on the shore, double jump to the opposite shore with your kitten, stand under the burning torch and blow it out with the help of your friend (every time you complete the task correctly or find the desired item, a characteristic bell will sound). Then boldly jump into the stream and rush into the second tunnel. Go to the edge of the bank and jump over the abyss to the opposite bank, where there is a chest with ingot of gold... Jump down into the rushing stream of water to the left. If you did not blow out (or could not blow out) the first torch, then go to the right and do the same operation as described above.
If you did everything right, go left and jump into the pipe leading down. After getting into the water, be very careful. Next, to continue your journey, jump back into the water. The water will bring you to the entrance to the following rooms. Blow out the torch to clear a passage. If you were sucked into the tunnel and you didn’t take bucket, go back and take it. Further with bucket jump into the water, swim calmly until you are pushed out by a geyser of water. Enter the doors and finally you will reach the fountain that you already had. Apply bucket near the fountain and fill it with water. Then jump down and rush through the water until you are pushed out by a geyser. Get to the fire next to the sign and extinguish it (use bucket with water), then jump down. There are four doors at the bottom: go to the far right. After passing through the tunnel, jump to the door on the right, enter it, blow out the torch and return.
Jump into the water and swim into the next tunnel. Then, when you emerge from this tunnel, jump to the opposite bank without touching the shocking object. After that, using a double jump with your friend- kitten, jump to the next bank to the fountain.
Refill again bucket with water and jump back. Enter the only door on this bank - you will find yourself in a room with a torch. Put out the torch. After that, jump down and go to the left to the end, enter this door (do not enter other doors - just waste time and, possibly, lose energy). After falling, you can enter another door.
Once you fell from above, go right and put out the fire. Open the chest and you will purchase several droplets... Enter the door below, reach the fountain and refill bucket water. Return to the place where the fire was last extinguished. Put out the fire below and enter the door in front of you. When you see the first of the three ropes, immediately cling to it, and so, jumping from rope to rope, you can get to the shore. Continue right, jumping over obstacles in the water. After passing a series of such obstacles, you must jump into the water, the flow of which will carry you into another tunnel. As soon as you jump out of this tunnel, jump along the vertical streams of water to the left, and you will get out to the exit from this waterfall. Walk left and enter the first door. There you will see machine with hearts and an old man.
After the necessary actions, exit from here and go left to the abyss. Jump into it and you will fight giant ostrich... To defeat this ostrich, you must catch up with it and try to beat it with a sword more often, otherwise you will have to additionally fight with small malicious birds that reproduce quite quickly. When you're done with ostrich, a passage will open on the right. After going there, you will see five torches. Blow out the second and fourth, and a door will open on the left. Enter it and go left to a large room filled with water. Platforms will fly over the surface of the water: jumping on them and collecting coins make your way into the following rooms. Then jump into the water, and a stream of air will blow you through the pipes. Jump out when you have the opportunity (from the left edge), and again jump into the water. When you are carried out into the left tunnel and pulled down, press Up and call kitten (A).
Jump to the left and put out the torch. Jump back, put out another torch and the air from the new pipe will take you to the exit. First, go left to the first door, enter it, go right to the abyss, jump over the abyss and open the chest that contains stone lion idol... Jump into the abyss, go all the way to the left and enter the door. You need to either press "yes" or "no" at random (then you can do it ad infinitum), or try to visually remember which hieroglyphs to answer "yes" and which "no". In the end, you will answer all the questions sphinx, and he mercifully will allow you to pass into the third world of ice pyramids.
In this world stone idols you need to arrange like this: owl, angel, turtle, dove, lion. Focusing on the map, go into all the doors and kill all enemies (some chests appear only after that). The areas in front of each door are covered with ice. When you slide on the ice, don't press jump, just slide. If you pressed the jump and fell, then call to you cat and release it, then you are back on your feet.
If you cannot linger in front of the door, use cat. cat It will also help you melt ice slabs to clear passageways in some rooms.
Having procured five idols and putting them in order, you will meet with the main boss of the pyramid - an ice robot, which is not difficult for anyone to defeat. After defeating him genie takes you back to town.
Go to the far right building. Go to the right to the end and use the springs in the wall and in the floor to get to old man from which you can save the game. This stage requires special care and attention, since you need to accurately calculate the time to press the button and have time to slip into the opened passage. Move on, opening doors with spikes and using moving platforms, to a darkened room where seven little people are standing. Entering the curly door, you will meet the same people again. Talk to the person in the middle and a hole will appear in the floor that will lead you to monster that looks like a giant fly agaric hat. You should not beat him, but the little monsters that he releases. The monster will gradually move and open the passage to the boss - its miniature copy. This monster can and should be destroyed. After defeating the boss, on the right in the wall, take various useful items in several chests.
Go through a series of rooms with moving platforms and blowers (this will also take some skill) and you will come to to the main boss level - thundercloud.
By killing the boss, go back to town. Having replenished the energy of the idol, go to Castle To princess... To enter the door, answer "no" to the guard's question. Fight with princess, however, you will not be able to kill her. As soon as you are defeated, the wall will break through ... your kitten, but huge sizes - almost half the screen (after talking with princess press the button A to call the kitten). He will free princess from witchcraft, and the whole world will become pure and flourishing. But the main evil lurked in the bowels of the earth, under lock and key. Fall there - and last level in front of you! Here you will be asked to go through the corridors filled with all the monsters from the game and bosses.

Monster Hunter: World is a diverse game in which you can improve your character in several ways. different kinds activities, kill large and small monsters and even catch them, receiving an additional reward for this. In the beta, everything was confusing and ambiguous. The good news is that the complete edition gradually brings you up to speed, implementing system after system one by one, allowing you to figure things out. However, even this approach does not make Monster Hunter: World an intuitive game.

First, choose a weapon

It's easy to explain the principle of Monster Hunter in a nutshell - go hunting, kill small critters, equip yourself better and go to destroy more formidable opponents. However, if you divide the game into parts, then it turns out to be much more difficult. The first thing to do is choose a weapon. There are 14 types of weapons to choose from, all of which were in previous games in the series. Each weapon has its own star rating, which indicates how easy it will be for a beginner to handle it.

In addition, weapons are divided according to their severity - there are larger exhibits, such as large Oolsk swords and axes, but there are also more sophisticated options, including a two-handed glaive. There is also a ranged weapon for attacking monsters from a distance. Good weapon for beginners, there will be long swords, a bundle of sword and shield, paired swords, and a light crossbow.

You can go to your room to access training ground... This will allow you to try out weapons, as well as explore all the available combos, tips with which will appear on the screen. This should definitely be done at least once.

Find the best weapons and armor

As soon as you start killing monsters, you will want to visit the workshop where you can make best outfit from their remains. Of course, the weapon upgrade tree is much more complex, but first you need to remember one thing - there are no useless upgrades! You do not need to devote a lot of time to choosing the more important upgrade, since each of them will bring its own benefits.

With armor it is easier - it does not have an improvement system. You simply create the best armor possible, focusing on the collected parts of the monsters. On the other hand, armor has a large number of parameters that need to be gradually dealt with, but in the early stages, focus on the equipment that has the highest defense rating.

Eat before or during every hunt

Food that can be bought or crafted in the dining room under the direction of a one-eyed cat grants boosts to health, attack, defense, and more. As the game progresses, food will improve. Alternatively, you can have a campfire meal by organizing camping in the field. Items for crafting

During the journey, you will collect many plants, insects, mushrooms and other ingredients. All of this can be used to create useful items that will provide an advantage in battle - for example, a potion that improves strength, or an antidote that cures diseases. You can do this at any location through the appropriate menu or by standing near a box with items and using the crafting list. The latter is the easiest. There is also a function automatic creation which is active from the very beginning of the game. Whenever you pick up ingredients for a potion or other common item, the game will automatically create them (if the right amount is collected).

Use the map

The map in Monster Hunter: World is the most useful tool. When you explore a new location, it is filled with various markers that indicate where the gathering points, monsters, camps and everything else that may come in handy during the journey are located. Look at her as often as possible.

Take time to research

After the first hour or so of playing, you can go on expeditions. This is the free travel mode in Monster Hunter: World. There are no goals or time limits and you are free to explore the world, avoid or engage in battles with monsters. This should definitely take the time. The hunt begins with preparation

Difference between quests and expeditions

Usually, they are given 50 minutes to complete them, and after three deaths the task will be completely failed. There is story quests at the end of which you usually fight a large monster. There are side quests that you take from the characters in the base that allow you, for example, to unlock new ingredients for the dining room, gadgets, etc.

Expeditions are not limited in time - you just go to one of the available locations and explore it. You can do whatever you want - hunt for a large monster, search for new base camps, collect plants or fish.

Research is additional objectives for expeditions that offer better rewards. You pick them up at the resource center.

Farm monsters

Let's say you just killed Anjanath, but now you want to get his full set of armor. You cannot repeat story quests in the game! Take a look at additional missions and find those who will send you in search of just the same Anjanata. Browse through the available research in the resource center and you are sure to find one of them. Or, just go on an expedition and find the monster yourself - this is the worst option, since you will not receive any additional reward. Finally, you can fight any monster in the Arena. Continue until you have killed enough individuals. Jagras can in a certain moment hide in your cave - be careful here, because there they constantly spawn. After completing the conditions of the quest, you will have only one minute to collect the loot, after which you will automatically teleport to Astera.

Let's go on a mission again. This time it is necessary to kill three males and five females of the Kestodon. These are brown lizards with pronounced frontal bone growths. Females are smaller in size and less pronounced growths. Since their head is pretty well protected, try to inflict damage in unprotected areas. The most optimal moment is when the male makes a dash, jump back in time and attack the body from the side. You will find the first group in zone 1, on the plains nearest to the camp. The second group will be a little further by the water - follow the fireflies.

When you kill all the Kestodons required for the mission, a larger monster will appear - a large jagras. You can immediately go hunting for him, or return to Astera and take this task. Follow the trail - each collected trail gives points. The higher the level of research of a particular monster, the easier it is to find it. A fight with a large jagras, as with any other large monster, will consist of several stages, when the monster will run away to another location. Always follow the fireflies and do not forget to increase the level of research, finding traces of the monster.

The large jagras attacks with its claws, tail, and dashes. Dodge in time, and this opponent will not cause many problems. Of the vulnerable spots, he has a head, chest and front paw. Most susceptible to fire, immune to water. From negative statuses, he is susceptible to everything: poisoning, sleep, paralysis, explosion and stunning. This episode of Wonder Boy is a wonderful action adventure! The game begins in the Castle of Monsters, where Wonder Boy encounters a terrible Mecha dragon (this is where the previous episode of Wonder Boy in Monster Land ended). Wonder Boy defeated the dragon, but the curse turned him into a reptile! To take on human form, you need to get the Lizard Cross. On an uneasy quest, Wonder Boy will be transformed into a reptile, mouse, piranha, lion and falcon to reach his goal!

And in this adventure game you have to go around the entire Monster World. Each area will need to solve different problems. Somewhere you need to meet someone, and somewhere you will have to fight a monster in order to pick up a certain thing. 4 friendly creatures will help you on your way to Shion. Various artifacts will allow you to reach hard-to-reach places. In general, this is one of best games which I have played. Brightly detailed graphics (especially the villages), excellent music and cute gameplay will not leave anyone indifferent.

Wonderboy 6 - Monster World 4 (1994, Sega MegaDrive) - a sharp departure from the standard line of games (now you play as Wonder Boy's girlfriend, Asha. There is one city in the game from which you can go to 4 places of Monster World. Each portal opens with a medallion, which you need to find in the city. You are helped by a tame animal flying with the help of its ears (Pikachu). Graphics and sounds as in previous version games at altitude.
