Assassin's creed full walkthrough. Walkthrough Assassin's Creed I. Quest: "Crocodile Scales"

MEMORY 4
Old-old bay

The task: Edward surveys his new hideout on Great Inagua... and discovers something strange there. Secondary task: Missing. Follow James Kidd and solve one of the mysteries from the lost Maya civilization. Climb up the stele and use your eagle vision to position the selected objects correctly. As you find the hidden treasure, all the steles will appear on the world map. Next, follow Kidd towards the homestead (if you bought a figurine of Blackbeard or Edward that comes with the DLC, here you will find a couple of chests with a suit, sail and weapons). Approaching the table, we watch a video in which we get a reprimand and open access to all assassin contracts on our map.

Nothing is true...

The task: Among those who do not rejoice in his presence, Edward stealthily makes his way through the Assassin village and finds Master James Kidd. Secondary task: Knock out three assassins. Loot 4 chests. There are not many chests on the island, so before you talk to Kidd, be sure to fulfill the condition for 100% synchronization. After descending from the ship, immediately change weapons to hand-to-hand combat and do not change throughout the mission - you can not kill the assassins. We run to the left to the nearest point for synchronization in order to open the map and see all the treasures available in our radius. Assassins will block our path - everyone can be easily eliminated from hiding. Don't forget to use the whistle. One of the closest chests is on the south coast. Before you run to the green marker, be sure to loot this chest. Take left. The Assassin, who patrols the beach and walks near the wall of ship planks, can be bypassed from the sea. Next, jump into the water and go around the rock on the other side. As soon as you take the chest, do not break headlong, but watch the assassin who walks back and forth. Guess the right moment and steal the contents. Only then can you safely run to the green marker in this area. Along the way, we will come across several assassins - you can go around the top. Now the task will be a little more difficult, because this next chest will be guarded by more eyes, but you can still go unnoticed without much strain. As soon as you enter the clearing with a bunch of assassins, pay attention to the patrol routes and where the treasured chest is located - we need to climb higher. Hide in the vegetation and as soon as everyone disperses, run to the stairs on the left, then climb the wall and hide in the bushes.

There will be four assassins wandering around - all can be stunned from cover. Here we find our chest.

We run further up. Before jumping into the tree, pay attention to the sniper who can burn us, so wait until he turns away and jump over.

Ahead you will see three assassins, one of which wanders. Dive into the bushes and run out of them under the tree on the right. This way you can easily bypass this mini-guard post. Immediately you will see Kidd next to the temple, but do not go to him until you loot the chest, which is located near the Mayan stella. Once you're done, go back and talk to James.

The terrible secret of the Sage

The task: Edward and James search the Mayan temple to find out who the Sage is. Secondary task: Missing. The mission is simple, the puzzle at the end is easy. Run all the time for James from time to time listening to his advice along the way. As soon as you get to the temple, you will need to place the pieces in their places. Focus on the colors: the red figure, on the red zone of the circle, blue - on the blue, green - on the green. The lever in the center allows you to rotate the central field, and the colorless pieces on the edges allow you to pick up the pieces from the colored circle. As soon as you put everything in its place, the gate will open. Watch the video, complete the mission.

Numerical superiority

The task: Edward must save his team and several assassins who have been captured by slave traders who have arrived in Tulum. Secondary task: Put 8 guards to sleep with darts. Use Berserker Poison on Guard twice Coming out of the cave, we learn that both the Assassins and our team were in trouble. We get a new weapon - wind pipe. It is a very effective weapon, hitting the enemy from a distance. Along with it, darts with sleeping pills or berserk poison are available to you. You can buy darts from shops or craft them from existing items. The Sleep Dart puts the enemy to sleep for a few seconds. Using the mouse wheel or button "6" select it, aim by holding "PKM" and shoot "LKM". The "offhand shooting" mode also works - by pressing a button F to quickly hit the target enemy. There are enough opponents, so the condition will not be difficult to fulfill. I'll give you just a few tips:
1. In order not to lose the hostages, go through the mission in stealth mode.
2. First of all, eliminate the gunners - only they can shoot the hostages.
3. Has anyone been euthanized? Be sure to then come up and finish off with your foot so that it does not rise.
4. Use berserk venom darts on strong opponents so that they can cripple their fellow tribesmen.
5. After the effect of the berserker's poison, the victim dies.
6. Do not release the last hostages until you have met all the conditions for 100% synchronization.
After that, we watch the final video, open all the contracts for murder on the map and complete this interesting memory.
7. By freeing the assassins, you replenish the stocks of darts.

“In our family, we don’t beat people to solve problems.

Certainly! In our family, we kill them.

x / f "Justified cruelty"

We bring to your attention passage of the game Assassin's Creed 2, courtesy of Best Computer Games magazine.

When native Florence suddenly finds itself in the hands of mysterious conspirators and fate strikes a cruel blow - who will punish the insidious traitors and those who stand behind them? Just yesterday, young Ezio Auditore di Firenze, a rake and a ladies' man, carelessly climbed rooftops and girlish balconies. Now he wants blood. But, even having become a master of covert assassination, Ezio will not immediately believe that the legendary assassin Altair ibn La-Ahad was the founder of his family.

Altair, as we remember, jumped on the roofs of the eastern cities, sneaked in the crowd and secretly arranged bloodletting of the leaders of the era of the Crusades. Three hundred years later, Ezio Auditore did the same. And five hundred years ahead, in 2012, our old friend Desmond Miles is being held captive by the Templars and playing with his newly acquired paranormal abilities. They didn’t let the poor guy rest: some two hours after the Assassin’s Creed final, Lucy bursts into the camera and steals our hero from the clutches of the Abstergo company. Now Desmond will no longer dive into the bowels of his genetic memory to look for the Templars mighty artefacts.

The laboratory in which Desmond is exploring the life of his next ancestor, according to the plot, we will see only a couple of times, and even then briefly. She's just here for framing. So we can say that further - only the Renaissance, the fifteenth century, Italy; noisy cities and mountain roads, killers and victims, crowds of onlookers and vigilant guards, chases and fights.

Our Ezio will make a fair rustle in those places.

Insidious crime on the roof

It's good when the continuation of the game series surpasses the original. It is doubly good when something clearly swan-shaped emerges from a cute, but with all this, a rather ugly duckling.

When Assassin's Creed came out two years ago, the feelings of the players were mixed. Yes, Altair broke off his knees, the world was beautiful and convincing, and the plot ideas of the scriptwriters turned out to be at least original. But, if you think about it, decent missions could be counted on the fingers - and the rest of the game was filled with boring, vague and repetitive tasks.

Now we know for sure that the developers at Ubisoft Montreal know how to fix their own mistakes. 450 people worked on the second part, of which three-quarters worked on the original. But how the game has changed! When they say that, compared to Assassin's Creed 2, the first part looks like a technical demo, this is not an exaggeration. The game universe has spread out in breadth and depth, and it literally shows how carefully the developers tried to strengthen the successful elements of the first part and eliminate the unsuccessful ones.

In some ways it has reached a little bit to the point of absurdity. Remember, for example, boring story dialogues? In the second part, many conversations were added to the action. Talking with Leonardo da Vinci while walking through the squares of Venice is good and good for health. But starting a dialogue during a fight, not even a particularly serious one, will inevitably find you in a dilemma: hit the tinsel without listening to the plot information, or hang your ears, skipping blows from the left and right.

Hidden in the crowd

By correcting the "plot issue", the developers have chosen the path that Rockstar has already successfully traveled. Borrowing successful ideas went to the benefit of the assassins. Even in the first part of Assassin's Creed, "ears" were visible grand theft Auto. The new game, without much exaggeration, can be called "GTA in the Renaissance." Is that branded satire is not enough. Everything else is.

A huge world opens in parts. Mission icons on the map and mini-map are generously scattered here and there: rooftop racing, mail delivery, assassination orders - and side missions can be distinguished at a glance from those that move the plot.

Instead of police there are guards. For petty hooliganism, they will hit a couple of times in the face, and for serious misconduct they are ready to drive the disturber of the peace both through the streets and over the roofs - they just won’t climb into the water (and this is very handy, since Ezio, unlike Altair, still swims learned). The yellow "wanted area" circle on the minimap is a direct borrowing from GTA IV. If you break out of it for a few seconds and at the same time not be in the direct line of sight of the "cops", they lose track. True, there are no “stars of wanted”, but there is a “fame” parameter - the higher it is, the farther it is necessary to go around the guard so that it does not suspect something was amiss. You can reduce fame in different ways: bribe heralds, kill the right officials. The easiest way, however, is to rip the posters "Wanted by the guards" from the walls. They appear automatically - and for some reason not at the height of human growth, but often at the very top, where only pigeons can read them.

All tasks are preceded by scenes on the engine, and it's hard to find fault with them. The actors demonstrate a convincing accent and sprinkle English speech with Italian words and expressions. The characters themselves are also pleasing: it is easy to recognize not only historical figures like Lorenzo Medici, Machiavelli or Savonarola, illuminated in portraits, but even Leonardo da Vinci, whom Ubisoft artists “rejuvenated” by copying from a famous self-portrait. And Leonardo's embarrassment and fussiness in the presence of the handsome Ezio look much more natural than the cutesy antics of Bernie Crane from GTA IV.

I'll get off the bridge of Venice - waist-deep water

I remember that the mayor of New York spoke disapprovingly about the same GTA IV: they say they are doing anti-advertising to the city. Of course, he was wrong: Rockstar copied their Liberty City from the city in a patriotic way, with love and attention to detail. The mayors of Venice and Florence (who do they have there now - isn't it the Medici?) For some reason they are silent. Do they still not know that there is a game in the world that has done more for tourism in their cities than all the brochures put together?

Assassin's Creed 2 is a real hymn to Florence, all of Tuscany and Venice. I won’t say anything about the realistic reproduction of the life of Italian Renaissance cities, but their architecture is copied at the highest level. Ubisoft developers’ visits to these cities were not in vain: narrow streets, bridges and the canals create an amazing atmosphere of presence, and the sights are completely recognizable at first sight. The Florence Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Ponte Vecchio bridge, the Pitti Palace, the Piazetta San Marco in Venice - now you don’t need to be a “spiderman”, to freely climb the walls and roofs of famous palaces.

And as Ezio clambers from ledge to ledge, onlookers below stare and talk in a mixture of English and Italian. "Is he crazy?" - “Is the path on foot ordered for him, the path of a worthy person?” - “Is it even allowed to climb walls like that?”

The townspeople often get confused under the feet of the hero, but without them virtual cities, fortresses, estates, monasteries and small villages would be deserted and dead. With the realism of their behavior, everything is in order. Merchants, nobles, peasants, monks, beggars, thieves, street girls - they wander about their business, sit on benches or talk, gathering in groups. The guards patrol the streets in groups or are on duty guarding the streets and entrances.

The developers have carefully considered the behavior of the inhabitants of the city in case of violation of public order. The townspeople are shy, but curious - they try to keep their distance from the fight, but they are not in a hurry to run away at all, and they begin to call the guards only in cases of obviously criminal cases. They rarely rush into a fight with the main character, but city thieves are always ready to steal a wallet from a gaping Ezio, so if someone is running towards the hero, clearly intending to push him, “hit first, Freddy.”

Making your way through the crowd in an attempt to escape or catch up with someone is a thankless task. Mouse control, however, allows you to maneuver on the run, bypassing any crowds. But the city loaders clearly have some kind of conspiracy: with identical boxes in their hands, they walk in such a way as to be in the way of Ezio, to drop the box at the slightest collision and raise a scandal. However, bards are the worst. At the most crucial moments, they impudently stand in the way of the hero and, jangling on their lutes, sing mocking verses, counting on a handful of coins. This is how a bard lives, lives - and gets it in the forehead.

"... The poison did not work"

With the combat system and management, things are strange. It is, of course, console, but in many ways familiar: whoever played GTA IV will get used to it. Many will find the separate keys for right-handed, left-handed, kicked, and head attacks to be mysterious, and in addition to them - a "high profile" modifier. It's pretty easy to remember that "forward" and "high profile" is running. It's harder to grasp that the "head" is the interaction with the NPCs, and the "left hand" is the interaction with the mechanisms. Then more and more insane combinations of “wings, legs and tails” begin for different actions, strikes and fighting techniques.

The keys can be reassigned, but here, as they say, there is a nuance: if you hang them around the keyboard to taste, you will need to break your fingers to press some combinations. The developers guess about the existence of a second button and a wheel on the mouse, but do not attach any importance to this fact.

Such an original control system does not interfere with the movement along the streets and roofs. Ezio is an independent guy, with his head on his shoulders. If you hold down the three-key combination "free running" ("forward" + "high profile" + "leg"), our hero will choose his own path along the cornices, beams and roofs. The player can only lazily choose an approximate direction. "Free run" to drop Ezio from the roof onto the pavement is possible, but rather difficult. In this regard, the developers even went a little overboard: even from a height of one meter, our free runner does not want to jump right away, he wrinkles for a long time and wants to hang on his hands first.

True, if, out of habit, with the “free run” combination pressed into the crowd, Ezio automatically starts poking change into the pockets of the townsfolk. This is fraught with trouble, but not very big.

The basic skills of a climber are also known to our hero, and here the player also only sets the general direction. Only very advanced techniques require separate key combinations, but they are also easy to learn if desired. Set the heat in the spirit of Prince of Persia: Sands of Time except perhaps the last three of the six puzzles with which Ezio gets himself an old suit of Altair. They are insanely complex by the standards of the game: they not only have to quickly, in a limited time, jump on the platforms, at the risk of falling over, but also somehow cope with the quirks of the camera, which changes the entire coordinate system on the go. In one of these puzzles, you even have to learn a new key combination on the go - and this is definitely not the best place to practice.

To complete the game, climbing into these six dungeons is not necessary, so theoretically it can be assumed that in such a strange way the developers deliberately made the valuable reward hard to reach. However, this is precisely the imbalance, since there are similar problems with the little-thought-out-of-the-box complexity of seemingly ordinary tasks in the plot - especially in the thirteenth "Savonarol" chapter, which was not originally in console version games.

Sword to the eye

If the main principles of rooftop running are easy to remember on the go, then combat is more difficult to master - but only because it is redundant. In general, of course, it’s not appropriate for an assassin to play d’Artagnan. He must sneak up, deliver a fatal blow and wash off. And he does it. the landscape of the guard, and then throws him from a height.Hiding in a haystack, strikes a passing guard with a blade, and then drags the body into the same haystack.

If, for example, you need to rob a guarded chest or go through a checkpoint, it is best to hire street girls (distracted by conversation), thieves (enraged and lured out) or fighters (distracted with a sword in the eye) for a modest reward. Well, if the guards go into conflict, it’s more profitable to run away than to fight. Health, tea, is not state-owned - and it is not restored now by itself, forcing Ezio to run to the pharmacists for medicines and potions, listening to friendly advice about weekly bloodletting.

Nevertheless, there are enough situations in the game when you need to put a lot of people in battle. And this is where redundancy begins. The developers wanted the battles in the game to be beautiful, spectacular, cinematic. The idea was quite successful for them. Ezio doesn't drop chandeliers on enemies. Dodges, parries and deathblows with a timeless camera angle - it's all there. But there is much more. Our hero can fight with dual arcane blades, swords, daggers, hammers, fists, brass knuckles - even brooms, fishing rods and lutes! In his arsenal - slow-acting poison, smoke bombs, throwing knives and even coins to scatter on the streets, attracting the attention of passers-by and thereby slowing down the guard. He can grab the enemy and slam him with his hand, foot or head, throw him into the counter or into the enemy. He can throw dust and debris from the ground into the enemy's eyes, dodge a blow, try to go behind his back - and even take away a weapon.

And for each technique - its own combination of keys, if you wish, you can make a real ballet out of the battle. Moreover, the enemies, no matter how many there are, always attack one at a time - at most someone else will try to strike from behind.

Or you can practically not fool around with anything and not think about tricks, since the good old faceroll, also known as “rolling your face on the keyboard”, works great in battle. Ezio, as I mentioned above, is quick-witted and independent, and the player only needs to remember two tricks: a counterattack block for normal enemies and a disarming move for hammer wielders. Simple and angry.

Own amusement park

You can only take weapons from enemies in battle temporarily - collecting them in this way will not work. For blades, armor, as well as enlarged pouches for knives and poison, you need to go to shops, where a modest assortment improves slightly as the game progresses.

Ezio can earn money for purchases in different ways. Complete story quests. Do side quests. Open unused chests. Catch thieves and enemy messengers (one blow to the neck is enough for them to give everything they have). Finally, you can go to the people and practice the craft of a pickpocket!

But it is not necessary to do all this. The money, which by the end of the game will have nowhere to go, will be given by our family rural estate Monteriggioni. A magnificent estate with fortified walls, a small town inside and a two-story palazzo. At first, the estate is in a state of disrepair - walls overgrown with vines, deserted streets, primitive shops. But it is worth investing several tens of thousands in the estate, rebuilding the infrastructure - from a bank to a brothel - as Monteriggioni not only begins to make a profit from tourism, but generally becomes a crowded and very nice place.

Only the palace is an exception. It is luxurious, but uncomfortable and too gloomy. And the attic, where portraits of each character we killed appear on the walls, seemed to come out of some Silent Hill. On the second floor, where Ezio's mother, who is non-contact after mental trauma, prays quietly, I also don’t want to appear once again. But on the ground floor, you can choose the weapon you bought, and pick up the accumulated money from the chest. The more invested in Monteriggioni, the faster the chest fills up. Very soon, any sense to raise money in some other way disappears.

And in the next room, on the wall, found pieces of the Assassins' code, written three hundred years ago by Altair, are hung. To complete the story, you will have to find and steal all thirty parchments.

Yesterday the Templars were strangled, strangled...

Back in the first part of Assassin's Creed, the developers successfully applied the trouble-free recipe for designing conspiracy theories: take equal parts of real historical characters and really happened events - and come up with a conspiracy for them. Both the notorious Dan Brown and Umberto Eco (not only Italian) dabbled in this method , but also a professor at the universities of Florence).

The fifteenth century is rich in interesting historical characters: the Medici, Borgia, Machiavelli, Leonardo, Pazzi, Savonarola. We take the pretty ones as assassins (the spectacle of Nicolo Machiavelli diving like a swallow from a tower into a haystack - this, I tell you, is worth a lot), we declare the unsympathetic evil Templars. The developers even managed to bring the real events of those times under the theory of the eternal confrontation between these two secret organizations. The conspiracy of Francesco Pazzi and the attempt on the Medici, the sermons, the rise and death of Girolamo Savonarola, the "papal" career and the poisoning of Rodrigo Borgia - all this is presented through the prism of the conspiracy and magical action of the powerful artifacts of the "Shards of Eden".

Unless Leonardo Da Vinci is not a member of secret organizations, but deciphers Altair's records for Ezio solely out of sympathy for the young killer. The vague but convincing prophecies of Altair are the merit of the screenwriters, and the drawings stylized as a medieval canon are the merit of the artists. But that's not all. As the story progresses, Ezio accumulates great amount letters, in which you can also learn a lot about the life and involvement in the conspiracies of other figures of the Renaissance, who do not appear in the game. In order not to get confused in the characters, places and other realities, you can explore the game encyclopedia, which is updated on the go. In it, even the conspiracy of the Templars is presented clearly - it is clear which of them is in charge, and who is in the wings, whose identity has been clarified and whom Ezio has already managed to kill.

If this is not enough, you can connect the “eagle eye” to the case, which Altair once dabbled in. But in those days, a special mode of vision was useful only for reconnaissance, in order to immediately understand who is friend and who is enemy. Here, with his help, Ezio finds on the walls of houses twenty symbols left by his less fortunate predecessor. Having discovered each of these symbols and listened to the voice recording left by "subject 16", the player must solve one or more simple, but quite Danbrown in spirit puzzles - find a common element in famous paintings, put together a picture from pieces, discover a hidden element in a photograph. Having found and “decoded” all twenty hidden symbols, the player is rewarded piece by piece with a short video in which the legend of the fall appears from an unexpected angle.

For the fact that the developers were not too lazy to put so many hints, allegories and secrets into the game, they can be forgiven a lot - even an extremely stupid final battle with the main villain. What happens next is more important: Ezio, and with him Desmond Miles and the Assassins, will finally find out the secret of the origin of the "Eden's Wreckage", which the Templars of all eras are chasing. What secrets remain for the last part of the trilogy? What time and place of action awaits us in it?

If the impression of Assassin's Creed 2 had not been spoiled by vile copy protection, the game would have been an almost perfect example of what Ubisoft developers are capable of, seriously deciding to correct the mistakes of the turbulent past. The Renaissance, the beauty of Italian cities and the stormy political life of those times is revealed to us. Italian speech and magical, bewitching music by Jesper Kyd. But the main thing is, as usual, freedom. The freedom to run across rooftops and climb walls, leap into hay and loot chests, sneak up on prey in the night and strike. Ezio is the most agile and fastest of all, he cannot be stopped, for he is the new legendary assassin.

Ubisoft's decision looked wild from the start. Do you always need internet? So that the game is constantly in touch with the servers, constantly checking its authenticity? So that she would consider an honest buyer a pirate in case of any disconnection? It sounds crazier than anything that has come up before in the field of copy protection. DRM bogeymen of the past are nervously smoking on the sidelines: all those StarForce, limited installs, system bindings and weekly checks that Electronic Arts was going to introduce into Spore.

Even from a pragmatic market point of view, the idea was clearly a failure. What kind of buyer will like it if the game constantly demands proof that you are not a camel? After all, it is clear to everyone that such an insulting idea will push even the most honest players into open filibuster arms!

Didn't push. Camel-protected games proved to be a tough nut to crack. Now, when these lines are being written, the pirates have not yet coped with either Assassin's Creed or Silent Hunter 5. How is it? Ubisoft specialists showed a Jesuit cunning. The main principle of the new protection is almost ingenious: not the whole game goes on sale, but only the client a part that is incomplete without a server side.Cracking conventional protection can be extremely difficult, and history knows examples computer games, which persisted many days after release. But what about pirates if they don't even have full game? Become a developer yourself?

If Assassin's Creed is still hacked, then there will be few who want to sit on an Internet leash for their own sixty dollars. However, we safely assume that Ubisoft's new protection will last long enough - so much time that a drop in sales due to piracy can be do not take into account.

However, such protection still has a weak spot, and a very vulnerable one at that. Immediately after the launch of the publisher's authentication server, they began to be subjected to DoS attacks of varying intensity, due to which players sometimes could not get through to them for many hours. Reasons for hackers are quite Karandyshev: “So don’t get you to anyone!” Servers choke on requests, the game crashes and stops. The bumps for this, of course, fly to the publisher, and the bumps are well deserved: if Ubisoft continues to fail to protect its customers from hackers, such protection will be worthless. The publisher's reputation is already at serious risk.

Basic Concepts

Guard! Guard!

The relationship between secret killers and guards was not easy at all times. That is why let's immediately try to find out what our Ezio Auditore can expect from the guards and how to avoid it.

So, let's imagine a common situation: the city guard catches our hero in a compromising activity (for example, poking anyone with a knife) or sees a character who is very similar in description to the orientation received. What is happening?

At first, the guards will have and begin to grow suspicious. The player will see this intense mental process as arrows above their heads filling up yellow. At the same time, the guards will begin to express their suspicions aloud, and even call out to Ezio.

Remember that when a guard thinks about such matters, it is contraindicated to run, jump and break the law, otherwise suspicion will quickly turn into certainty. The hero, on the other hand, should walk away at a leisurely or rapid pace, blend into the crowd, or otherwise be out of sight before he gets into trouble.

On a note: if, for example, the situation is unambiguous - for example, a guard sees Ezio running away from other guards or fighting with them, then the suspicion phase is skipped.

If the arrow above the heads of the guards has turned yellow entirely, they go to investigate, loudly calling out the intruder and drawing their weapons. In this case, it usually makes sense not to pretend to be a rag, but to urgently run and hide, because the arrow above the heads of the guards will begin to fill in red. As soon as it turns completely red, the guards will rush to the attack. At this point, the hero has to either accept the fight or try to escape.

In general, the guards, if they are not provoked, are peaceful people. If they didn't get an orientation on Ezio, he could sprint literally in front of their noses and walk quickly through a group of patrolmen, casually pushing them apart with his shoulder. You never know, a person is in a hurry. But as soon as he inadvertently drops some matron on the run, his fists itch.

However, one should not, in front of the guards, sit like an eagle on some beam, climb a wall, and generally be above ground level. They don't like it. A couple of times they will call out to the insolent person, and then they will take out the stones and begin to accurately shoot down the “crow”, refusing to land on their own.

It's good that the guards can't see very well what's going on above the second floor. Standing on the edge of the roof, Ezio, they simply do not notice. Yes, it's none of their business. Guarding the roofs is the prerogative of the archers.

Archers - that's the worst thing for the newly-minted Carlsons. They do not like it when someone else is walking on the roof, and they move from the stage of hailing to the stage of shooting very quickly. They suffer from this, since it is easier for the killer to poke an archer with a knife than to bypass him on the roofs.

However, it is worth jumping off the roof, hanging on the edge, or even hiding behind a pipe, as archers often lose interest in the intruder.

In addition to archers and guards patrolling the streets, there are also those that block the streets, guard valuables or entrances to apartments where money is. They do not like to be approached close to them, and carefully protect their personal area. Insolently, they expressively push away. If you try to go through the "checkpoint" or enter the protected area, they will immediately join the battle.

What should Ezio do if the guards are chasing him?

You can kill everyone and leave, whistling. However, this is a long and unhealthy business. To break away from the guard, you need to disappear from their sight for a few seconds. In this case, a yellow circle appears on the mini-map, marking the search area. Get out of it and the chase will stop.

Fail-safe option: play Chapaev. Our hero now swims perfectly, and the guards never climb into the water. Sail away - and it's done.

There are other ways to hide: for example, dive into a pile of straw, hay or leaves. At the same time, it is necessary that the guards at least a little behind. If you climb into the fragrant hay in front of their eyes, they will not appreciate this strange act.

Wells and linen shelters on the roofs of houses are also suitable for games of hide and seek. All shelters glow in the "eagle eye" mode.

Be careful, the criminal is armed

If Ezio does dirty tricks, sooner or later he will become a famous figure in the city. It's bad for the killer. The degree of fame grows with unseemly acts, painting the indicator red. If the indicator is filled to the end, our hero is wanted: armed, dangerous and known to every guard. Firefighters are looking for him, the police are looking for ... in general, an uncomfortable position.

Fortunately, there are three ways to return to anonymity - one is easier than the other, and the third is completely difficult. Three types of indicators appear on the map and mini-map as soon as the hero's fame begins to rise.

  • 75% fame films the murder of an official involved in our case. The problem is that the official is actively resisting, running away, calling the guards... However, if he has fallen under the arm, why not?
  • 50% fame removes the bribery of the herald. Approach him, put in 500 florins (huge, by the way, money), and now - just now he denounced a serial killer, and then he quickly switched to foreign policy problems. And although it is no longer necessary to catch heralds, the disadvantage of the method is obvious: a toad.
  • 25% fame Ezio loses when he rips a "Wanted Dead or Alive" poster pinned to the wall with an arrow. This is the easiest way, because there are a lot of posters around and it is not difficult to get to them.

This is interesting: science is still at a loss to solve the riddle: why are posters often hung under the roofs of houses, on balconies - where they cannot be seen from the ground?

In some plot points and dungeons, Ezio's fame automatically becomes one hundred percent, and nothing can be done with it until the mission is completed.

Eaglets learn to look

Eagle Eye is an amazing skill inherited by Ezio Auditore from Altair. With its help, you can easily find a victim among passers-by, detect disguised guards, assess the balance of power at a glance, see possible shelters, and even “smell” the trail of a fleeing enemy when chasing.

But besides this, Ezio also uses the “eagle eye” in order to discover twenty symbols laid down in the memory of the “Animus” by the mysterious “Subject 16”. IN normal mode they are also visible, but it is difficult to notice them. The fact that there is such a symbol in the district and it is worth looking for it on the walls of houses will be prompted by the eye icon next to the name of the area in which Ezio falls.

Each character gives a small voice recording, a few simple, but atmospheric puzzles that add to the game, and as a reward - an excerpt from a “memories” video that reveals the secret of the original events that gave rise to the legend of the fall of Adam and Eve.

"Coffee, coffee... What coffee?"

It is not difficult to put Ezio's financial affairs in order. Firstly, florins are poured into him in large quantities for completed missions. Secondly, very quickly the Auditore estate begins to bring in such income that it makes no sense not only to rob, but even to pursue the thieves who cut off the killer's wallet.

But let's understand in order and for the sake of order, in what ways Ezio receives money:

  • Marauding, collecting finance from fallen enemies. There is no need to engage in such dirty deeds, as already mentioned, and the guards will not look at looting through their fingers.
  • Pickpocketing. Wandering through the crowd, pushing them aside and cutting off wallets at the same time, is fun at first. The rich discover the loss quickly, the poor - a little slower. But there is absolutely no income from this occupation, and the fame of the "Baghdad thief" is growing in direct proportion to the number of thefts. In general, poking change in your pockets is unworthy of our hero.
  • Theft from chests. The chests stand either unattended on the balconies, or guarded by one or more guards. It seems that it’s not too lazy to search them, but in the second half of the game, the profit from tourism at the Villa Auditore will be ten times higher than the possible profit from robberies. However, if you already bought a treasure map in the store and the chests “appeared” on the map, you can clear them of valuables.
  • Earnings from completed tasks. Both story missions and all side missions count. The profit from them is very good, especially since we don’t have much choice if we still go through the game.
  • Robbery of thieves and couriers. Borgia couriers are easy to recognize. They rush down the street towards Ezio, recognize him, shout in horror in Italian something like “Your Madre!” and, after a cartoonish slip of their feet, take off running. If you catch up with them and hit them, they will share the money, and a lot of it. We do not recommend killing - fame will grow greatly. With thieves, it's about the same, only they also try to push Ezio on the run, facilitating his finances. Catching up with a thief is even easier than a courier. Having received on the neck and not having accomplished a feat, the thief will give the purse and all the florins that he has with him.

For your information: sometimes the guards rush after the thieves fleeing from Ezio. They do not mind if our hero runs alongside them, but aggression towards the thief will turn the attention of the guard to Ezio. And if, in the confusion, you inadvertently give a slap in the face to the guard himself ...

While chasing elements of urban obstacles, you need to be careful when jumping from rooftop to rooftop. If, for example, you jumped onto the ledge, and at that moment the pursued climbs up it, then Ezio will not be able to stay on the edge and simply fall down onto the pavement in a bag.

It is important: if thieves are easy to control with a fist, then in a couple of places in the plot it will be impossible to do without the ability to knock a character down in a jump.

  • The easiest way to make money - investment in Monteriggioni estate. The profit will go very quickly - Ezio will only have to visit the estate regularly and take money from the chest until it overflows. I advise you to immediately invest in infrastructure at first - the value of the estate will increase, and tourists will begin to leave more money. Yes, and the chest will become deeper.

How are we going to spend the money? Let's see.

  • healers for a fee, they will cure us if Ezio's health has suffered in battle or during an unsuccessful fall. They will supply potions - very effective - and poisons for blades.
  • Blacksmiths they will sell new weapons and armor (the range grows as the story progresses). They will also help reload the secret pistol, replenish stocks of smoke bombs and throwing knives.
  • tailors they will sell additional "pockets" for knives and potions, as well as repaint the suit, if suddenly Ezio wants to change his image.
  • gallery owners will sell excellent paintings by masters of the Renaissance. Investing in paintings will increase the value of the estate and the profit from it. You can admire these paintings on the second floor of your "palazzo".
  • Heralds for five hundred florins they will kindly convince the people that Ezio is a nice fellow and should not be sought for him for murder.
  • Ticketers fast travel stations will instantly deliver our hero to the desired city at sparing rates.
  • One hundred and fifty coins can buy services of courtesans. They will flirt for us with whoever we point the finger at. Groups will agree to help us for the same amount thieves And mercenary warriors.
  • Finally, ten florins can be throw in the streets, enthralling the simpletons and slowing down the chase (the guards dressed in berets, by the way, are not averse to picking up a couple of coins themselves). Throwing florins can get rid of the bard's unwanted attention. In the crowd gathered at the sound of coins, you can hide. If Ezio wants something strange, then with coins scattered on the ground, he can “buy” a broom from a passing janitor to fend off the guards with it.

The main item of expenditure for our hero is new weapons and armor. But if you immediately start putting the estate in order, then from the middle of the game the accumulated hundreds of thousands of florins will simply have nowhere to go - even shout “Enough!”, even if you don’t shout.

"Eagles are flying!"

The map and mini-map in the game are designed to be easy to read at a glance. You won’t have to think long about the meaning of the icons, and in extreme cases, the developers have saved up a detailed transcript of each.

Not all icons appear on the mini-map (there are too many of them), but only the most important ones. Story mission icons are always visible. If Ezio is close to the side quest start spots, they will also appear. If his anonymity is violated, the pictograms of the leaflets "The guards are looking for them" are immediately found. At the edges of the map, a transition to another area is usually visible, and arrows show fast travel stations.

However, the map does not open immediately. Initially, it is masked by the "fog of war", which can be dispersed for each individual area. You need to climb to the very top of the high tower (marked on the mini-map), jump off the eagle's perch (Shoo! Shoo!), sit there yourself and perform "synchronization" - that is, inspect the surroundings.

It is not necessary to do this everywhere, but synchronization opens up new opportunities on the map, and it’s an occupation - don’t beat a lying person, since Ezio knows how to climb the towers. And the view from the towers is also beautiful. It is very easy to descend from these "key points" back to the sinful earth. Jump - and we are already at the bottom. Under each synchronization point, someone kindly placed a cart with a pile of hay. Do not try this at home.

For your information: if Ezio jumps not on soft hay, but on hard pavement, then up to a certain height, a blow that could take some of his health can be softened by pressing the "Forward" key and thereby forcing the hero to roll.

The poles on the towers are not the only places where you can safely and beautifully jump into the hay. Pigeons will help us find convenient points for jumping! For some reason, these cunning birds settle in such places and leave heaps of droppings there. Although who knows - maybe it's the townspeople who specially put carts with hay in the place where killers slipping on the litter most often fly onto the pavement ...

In addition to saving time, leaps of faith have two other uses. Firstly, they allow you to correctly encrypt from the chase. Secondly, with their help, you can penetrate the forbidden territory in order to get closer to the victim. The guards on duty below do not notice the assassin who has collapsed into the hay. Is there something that falls from the sky? Come on in, there's nothing to see here! Six o'clock and everything is calm!

Movement

Assassin went from point A to point B

Movement in the game is both simple and complex. It is very easy to learn how to move Ezio's carcass tolerably from place to place. But there are enough cunning tricks and non-obvious rules.

We will move at a pace only when it is necessary to draw attention to ourselves as little as possible. There are two types of step in the game: normal and accelerated. The first is good for disguise in the crowd, the second - for tasks with surveillance or escort.

If, while striding broadly, in addition to using his left hand, Ezio will begin to carefully push the crowd. Usually no one is outraged, not even the guards. But the work of the hand still does not exempt from the need to maneuver.

Run

Running itself is not punishable. If the guards are not looking for Ezio, then they will not lead by ear if he jumps around them. The problem is that on the run it is very easy to run into passers-by or the same guards, and for this they will not be patted on the head.

However, by quickly maneuvering with the mouse, Ezio will easily bypass crowds of people even on the run. And this is good, because the "push" technique is not a panacea - the hero will still stumble, or even fall to the ground.

Even more dangerous in this sense is sprinting. The good news is that sprinting is ideal for escaping or chasing someone. Our hero cannot get tired and out of breath, so even in ordinary movements from place to place there is no reason not to use sprint. The main thing is not to run into people.

And here it is worth saying a couple of affectionate things about loaders and bards.

Loaders walk the streets with large boxes in their hands. If they drop this box (and they drop it with any extraneous influence), they begin to resent loudly, run after Ezio and attract unnecessary attention. But this is not the worst. Worse, the loaders do not look where they are going - they usually turn their heads somewhere to the side and count the crows. But with all this, they suspiciously often go on a collision course with Ezio, calculating lead as well as torpedo computers.

It is impossible to strangle the loaders, but something must be done with them! Fortunately, their weakness is precisely their "pointing" accuracy. If you're running down the street and a loader is looming ahead, assume that he's on a collision course and change your trajectory to make sure you pass him. Still, loaders do not possess homing properties. Unlike bards.

Bards are evil incarnate. Alone or in groups, they love to jump out in front of Ezio and beg for thalers, singing stupid verses to the accompaniment of their lutes. If the assassin runs, he will easily outrun the bards and leave them behind, and if he collides, he will at least knock the lute out of their hands and scare them.

But these bad people love to pop up in plot points when Ezio has to follow someone unnoticed. You won't be able to bypass the bard - he will jump forward again and block the way. It is easy to neutralize a scoundrel by throwing money on the ground in front of him. But where is moral satisfaction? Take out your weapon and the singer will take the hint. Or strike him, and the bard will also shrink, although he will begin to wail plaintively.

Another way to get a bard to fall behind is to "grind" him against a wall so he can't jump out in front of you. For some reason, they don’t know how to jump out from the other side.

swimming

Falling into the water is the easiest way to shake the chase off your tail. However, not the most convenient way to travel at all. Nevertheless, from time to time the plot and need will drive Ezio into the canals of Venice.

If a guard noticed you from the shore, you can dive and swim away under water.

Overcoming obstacles

There is nothing easier than driving Ezio to the roof. Press "Forward" + "High profile" + "Legs" - and alga! Choose by eye the trajectory along which you will chase the hero, and direct it with the mouse where you need it. You will simply be surprised at how easily the assassin flutters between balconies, logs, ledges, boxes, cornices and chimneys.

Just as easily, he runs on rooftops - however, if you look closely, you can notice some paranoia about cliffs. It is very difficult for Ezio to get them to jump down if there is no roof. But this is even convenient - the hero will only ask again: “Bwana, do you really want me to jump into this huge terrible abyss?”

When Ezio climbs the wall, clinging to protruding bricks and all sorts of other irregularities, it is recommended not to touch the “Feet” key unnecessarily so that the hero does not inadvertently try to jump into the abyss by pushing off the wall. It happened. Anyway, stalemate no: you can drive our assassin onto any tower - unless you have to look for a suitable path from the bumps.

Sometimes you need to jump with a push from the wall - for example, if the path up leads between two walls. To do this, we hold down "Profile" + "Legs", in addition, we do not direct the hero in any way. It happens that you need to jump from the wall to the beam on the left or right. Then you have to direct it by pressing the desired pointer key.

To make the hero hang on the edge of the roof on his hands, press the "Left hand" (unarmed). Ezio comes down from the edge of the roof and hangs. One more press - and he releases the eaves. If we fly far, we quickly grab the ledge below with the same “hand”. So you can descend from a height very quickly. Trying to grab a ledge with the Left Hand always makes sense if Ezio is knocked down from a height by a stone or an arrow. The same rules apply to beams: climb - "Up", go down and hang - "Left Hand", jump - "High Profile" + "Leg".

In Venice, the hero will learn the "jump climbing" technique. The new way looks tricky, but in fact it is simple: Ezio, hanging on the unevenness of the wall or cornice, makes the usual jump, but up (“Up” + “Profile” + “Legs”). So he can climb a ledge higher than usual. True, in order for him to grab it in a jump, you must release all the keys and quickly press the "Left Hand". If you don't, nothing bad will happen. You can try again.

For your information: if Ezio is climbing the stairs, leaving the chase, sometimes it makes sense to kick the one who climbs behind, so that it would be disrespectful to chase a good person.

If I had a horse...

There is nothing easier than stealing a horse. Outside the gates of each city and estate, they are placed to choose from - of any suit and configuration. Sat down and went. The control of the horse is exactly the same as that of the character: if the peasants do not get under their feet, it makes no sense not to gallop. You can steer both from the keyboard and from the mouse.

The best part is that the guards do not care about the hijacker. Where will he go from the submarine? He wants to enter the city - volens-nolens will leave the horse outside the gate. If you jump off on the move, Ezio will amusingly ride over the croup of a crouched horse and land in the tail area.

Horses jump over small obstacles and fences, but apparently rugged terrain puzzles them. You can fight on horseback, but the game offers to do this only once at the very end. However, if you correctly place the horse or approach it yourself from the right side, it can kick enemies. In case of problems with the new owner, the horse itself will take a couple of steps towards him so that he can quickly jump on it and give a tear.

And if you really really want to show style, you can jump from a height right into the saddle.

Theoretically, on a horse, you can relatively quickly get from anywhere to anywhere, if only not within the city walls - the horse flatly refuses to go there. In practice, it is more convenient to buy tickets at fast travel stations. They can deliver both to the city center and to other areas on request.

"I'll kill you boatman!"

If you have not felt like a gondolier for a long time and want to return the forgotten sensations, the entire boat park of Venice is at your service. Standing behind a pole, Ezio can quickly and safely cut a path through the canals. That's just the management is very uncomfortable and resembles a bike from GTA: San Andreas- to move forward, you need to quickly move the pole.

If you wish, you can steal a boat from another gondolier, since the guards on the water are unable to do anything with you.

Murders

I'm cloud-cloud-cloud

Disguise is an important part of being an assassin. There are various ways to keep Ezio from being noticed, and other townspeople play a very prominent role in this matter.

Take, for example, passers-by. If the hero carefully "fits" into the walking group of three or more people, he will be invisible to the guards. You can determine the moment of "invisibility" by Ezio's loss of color and by the sparks under his feet. If you stand with the group or go along with it, the guards will not see Ezio at close range. The same state of "invisibility" can be achieved by sitting on a bench next to other tired travelers.

But what if you need to get closer to the victim, and passers-by go the other way? You can carefully move from group to group. We have a few seconds for this, until the guards noticed the hero. But if Ezio hesitates, the suspicion of the guards will grow rapidly.

In battle, in front of enemies, it is useless to try to blend in with the crowd. After a secret murder, Ezio will also not be able to immediately "fit" into the group, since at the sight of the corpse, passers-by will panic and scatter.

Advice: benches don't always provide the best vantage points for looking around, so sometimes it's worth turning on the "situational camera" and first-person view.

Courtesans- better than the assassin's girlfriend. And although Ezio will have both the opportunity and the desire to evaluate their professional qualities, in this game they are used a little differently than in GTA. A group of courtesans, hired for a hundred and fifty florins, surround Ezio, giving him a mobile "cocoon of invisibility". Even if some guard starts to be interested in documents, the girl from the group will quickly distract him. Sometimes they fall behind to flirt with the guards for no reason, but usually quickly catch up with the group. They can be ordered to stand still or follow the hero - according to the situation.

More often than not, though, you'll use hired courtesans as a distraction. For example, there are sentries guarding the scroll of the Altair Code, they are bored. Gotta cheer them up! And now, from around the corner, an assassin taxis out, points to the law enforcement officers with his hand, and a group of courtesans arranges a flirting attack on the poor sentries. The guards step aside for a pleasant conversation with the giggling ladies, and for about half a minute the passage to the scroll or down the street is free. Reception always works, except for the rarest plot cases. After a conversation with the guards, the courtesans consider their task completed and disperse.

group thieves can also be hired for the same one and a half hundred coins.

For your information: you cannot gather half the city in your retinue: only one team of mercenaries can accompany Ezio. Hired others - released these.

Thieves will not be able to make the hero invisible. But they perfectly accompany him on the roofs and distract the attention of any archer, stunned by the sudden crowding in the reporting territory. Even if the thieves are a little behind, do not be afraid - they will quickly catch up with the hero. They can also be ordered to stop. The rooftops are their home, and it is not for nothing that they often loaf there.

This is interesting: and once I saw a group of thieves teasing an archer standing on the roof opposite. Tellingly, the arrows flying and sticking into different parts of the body did not spoil the fun at all. Nails would be made of these people!

Thieves remove sentries no less effectively than courtesans - except perhaps less pleasant for the guards themselves. They run into unsuspecting guards, pretend they want to rob, and immediately flee, luring them after them. The path through the guarded street or to the treasure is free! Guards can chase thieves for a very long time. And of course, after executing the command "Face!", The thieves disperse to their own business.

Mercenaries do not run on rooftops. They stand on the streets, defiantly waving axes and waiting for someone to hire them. They, in general, are also suitable for distracting the guards. After all, if you're being poked with sharp objects, it's hard to remain indifferent. But they can also be used in combat to bind the enemy. Fighting alone is sad, a team is more fun. In addition, hitting in the back is both more pleasant and safer.

"And the control?"

Money, rubbish, disguise, horses - all this is decay and vanity. Assassin lives for secret murders and fulfills himself in them. And here the possibilities for the hero are simply enormous.

Most often, a hidden blade (later a pair of blades) is used to kill. Here comes an assassin in the crowd, passes by the victim, and after a moment she falls, passers-by do not understand anything, and Ezio is already moving away to mingle with the crowd a little further away. The main thing is to use the sight key in the process, otherwise you can inadvertently sew a peaceful citizen. Developers, on the other hand, do not like useless cruelty and can even punish them with forced “desynchronization” and loading from a previous checkpoint.

If, however, not just pressing the Right Hand key at the right time, but together with High Profile, Ezio will kill effectively, reliably, but in front of everyone. Not our method, but it's possible.

Sometimes it happens that there are no crowds around, and the guard you are going to sew is already worried. If you close the distance very quickly and strike, he may not have time to switch to combat mode. This can and should be used at the beginning of the battle to reduce the number of enemies. So, archers on rooftops often stand and stare at the city landscape, making it possible to sneak up on them from behind. But if you run up to them, although they will hear Ezio, they will hardly have time to react.

Killing from the air is very reliable and convenient. If Ezio is a level higher than the victim, he can kill her with a scruff jump. When he has two blades, it will be possible to get rid of two guards at once if they are next to each other.

Killing from behind the edge of a wall would do credit to any secret agent. There is, imagine, an archer at the edge of the wall, smoking - and an assassin lurks right under him. A quick blow with a blade, a grip on clothes - and the archer disappears into the darkness. Others do not notice anything unless they are standing nearby. You can, however, by pressing "High Profile" in the process of killing, jump out onto the wall.

If nothing in the crowd prevented Ezio from overtaking the goal, then the bench will not interfere either. We sit on it for the time being, wait for the victim to pass by, and then - chick! - and she's already in heaven.

If you want to portray yourself as a Little Dead Girl, you can hide in the well, from there strike and throw the victim down.

Heaps of hay provide very rich opportunities. Of these, not only can you strike a passing victim - you can immediately hide the body in them.

Finally, aesthetes can try to stab the victim with the help of his own bodyguard. Poke him carefully with a poisonous blade, and when he loses his mind and starts swinging his sword left and right, the one he was guarding may also be hit.

Enemies

Often the game presents situations where the main character cannot escape from the guards, but on the contrary, he must fight his way somewhere or protect someone. There is nothing to do here - you have to stack the guards or enemy fighters in piles.

And since the enemies sometimes prefer very different techniques, let's start the conversation with their types.

Dodger

We will get acquainted with this specific type of guards from the very beginning of the game. It differs from the usual dexterity, speed and agility. Only dodgers are able to catch up with Ezio who gave a sprint and hit him in the back in order to knock him down. While other guards stand below and throw stones, dodgers easily jump over beams and roofs.

How to protect yourself from them? You can run fast across rough terrain and hope that even the dodger will fall behind. You can wait until he breaks away from the main group, quickly turn around, finish him off - and calmly run on. Even a short exchange of blows will make the dodger tired and out of breath - it will take him a few seconds to regain strength.

Finally, since the trickster is running on rooftops, why not push him off the edge? Even if he does not fall very high, you will gain time.

In battle, dodgers are not very strong - they do not have special armor, and increased dodge will not protect them much. In addition, they are somewhat more cowardly than other types of guards. One way or another, in a fight there are few problems from them.

The same cannot be said for the strongmen.

Strongman

Huge, clumsy, armored from head to toe, strongmen are visible from afar. It is almost impossible to put them to flight, and with their presence they cheer up other guards. The strongman is not able to lead the chase, but in battle he is the most dangerous of all, since he usually carries two-handed weapons and loves crushing blows, which are very difficult to oppose.

In battle, they do not get tired, and it is useless to fight against them with small swords. Only a two-hander can be effective against a two-hander. The only exception is a pair of hidden blades.

You can pick a strong man for a long time, but there are ways to make your life easier. For example, try to go behind the back. Or jump up to a hill where he can't reach, and from there jump onto the guard with blades drawn.

Another good technique against a strongman is disarmament. The situation on the battlefield changes dramatically when he loses his two-handed weapon, and Ezio acquires this weapon.

Seeker

Seekers will appear towards the end of the game, and you can recognize them by their spears or halberds. They were nicknamed so for the ability to look into suspicious haystacks or wells where Ezio might be hiding. If the hero is being chased by a group of guards led by a seeker, hiding will be more difficult. The benches, however, are ignored by the seekers.

In combat, they are dangerous in that they can knock Ezio off his feet with a sweeping blow of a spear. Getting close to them can also be difficult - but they are perfectly amenable to disarming. And if Ezio is armed with a two-handed weapon, then he can try to break the enemy spear with a crushing blow.

Weapons and Equipment

Ezio will not immediately receive his impressive arsenal of cold, chemical and firearms. You will have to start small - namely, with fisticuffs.

Fists

Ezio will use his fists when he has nothing else at hand, or when, on assignment, it is necessary to beat the enemy, but leave him alive. In this case, however, even fists will not always save - it is quite possible to kill with them. Therefore, in cases where it is necessary to detain an evader, but not accidentally kill him, you will have to contrive and use the “knock down” technique instead of fists.

Start a fistfight - also good way grab enemy weapons. In addition, only without weapons in the hands of Ezio will be able to fill the enemy's eyes with sand and debris.

Advice: at the first opportunity, buy metal heels for fists at the blacksmith shop. The damage will be increased, but the pocket will not be pulled.

Hidden Blades

Knives and daggers. Ezio can only carry one small melee weapon.

In battle, they are not very useful. Of course, daggers are fast, but their length is not enough for full fencing - it's better to use hidden blades.

Medium melee weapons

This is how you can answer all the claims of the strongmen. True, at first this weapon will have to be taken away from them, since the assassin cannot carry a two-handed weapon with him.

The low speed will make it difficult to quickly parry blows, but the damage compensates for this. In addition, two-handed weapons have a special strike - crushing. Enemies cannot parry it. Moreover, if the enemy tries to parry with a spear or halberd, the shaft can break.

For your information: with a fragment of a weapon, you can continue the battle. But it doesn't always make sense.

To apply a crushing blow, you need to hold down the "Right Hand" key, and then release it. The strength of the blow depends on how long the "swing" is maintained. The only bad thing is that at this moment the character is vulnerable and any blow from the side can "knock down" the use of a special skill.

For your information: special skills are learned for money on training ground the estate of Monteriggioni. There you can also study different archetypes of enemies in battle and practice combat techniques.

Polearm

Spears and halberds are another type of weapon that allows you to grapple on an equal footing with those who brandish them. Ezio also cannot carry a spear with him, so he will have to get polearms in battle.

This type of weapon also has its own special move - a sweeping blow that knocks enemies down. He, too, "charges" and can also be interrupted by a blow.

For your information: if an enemy is knocked down and lying on the ground, they can be killed with one hit. The same can be done with an enemy who is bound by battle and has turned his back on Ezio. That is why it is very useful to take mercenaries with you “on business”.

Throwing knives

I would not say that they are great for battles. Their usual use is to eat sentries, most often archers on rooftops. For ordinary soldiers, one knife is required, for "hardened" - two. It is only important to throw a knife not anyhow, but after pressing the “Aim” key. In addition, knives tend to end. In general, this weapon is situational, although for fans of throwing there is a special skill for knives - throwing several pieces at once with a fan.

This skill is applied according to the same rules as the crushing blow. Hold down the key, then release. We make sure that at the time of the "charge" no one poked us with a sword.

The stock of knives is replenished at blacksmiths. Tailors can sell additional pockets for storing knives.

Poison Blade

This weapon can be described as "do not sew a mare's tail." It's funny to see how an enemy stabbed on the sly first sways, then starts swinging his sword in a crazy way, and then falls. But in battle, it is not easy to come up with poison to use, and in the ordinary life of an assassin, too. If an enemy gets close enough to stab him with poison, why not poke him with a normal hidden blade? Unless we want to cause chaos and confusion in the area.

This is interesting: which is characteristic, the body of a character who died from poison does not bother passers-by as much as the body of a person killed with cold weapons.

The poison is replenished at the doctors. Tailors can sell additional poison pockets.

smoke bombs

In battle, smoke bombs, in general, can also be used: throw them under your feet and, bypassing the enemy from the back, poke him with a knife. But one subtle moment interferes: once in the clouds of smoke, Ezio himself experiences considerable discomfort and almost loses his combat effectiveness.

Smoke bombs are purchased from blacksmiths.

Pistol

The six-shot pistol hidden on the forearm is a magnificent weapon, only a little anachronistic. You should not, however, assume that with its help you can conduct firefights with the guards. The scope of its application is greatly limited by a small distance of destruction (twenty meters) and the need to aim for several seconds before each shot.

We can say that a gun is a weapon for the lazy. Only he gives the assassin the opportunity to eliminate the victim without any special tricks from a distance that allows him to avoid the unnecessary attention of bodyguards. Even with the help of a pistol, you can remove a guard who is in a conspicuous place without giving himself away.

The guards are unfamiliar with such weapons, so until the first shot they won't be bothered to see Ezio aiming. True, if she is already looking for him, she will be interested - not in a gun, but in the hero himself. However, it is possible to use a pistol to weaken an enemy unit before a fight.

Even with the help of a pistol, you can scare someone - some frail, timid, lonely guard. To do this, you need to aim, but not shoot. True, for what it may be needed - it is difficult to say.

In a hot battle, you can shoot at the enemy at close range, but don't expect a big effect. And no one will let you aim anyway.

You can only reload a pistol at blacksmiths.

Armor

It makes sense to buy improved four-piece armor (bracers, shoulder pads, breastplate, greaves) as soon as it appears on sale from blacksmiths. Like the scrolls unraveled by Leonardo, armor increases the character's health. From time to time, armor has to be repaired by blacksmiths - if this is not done, it will “break” and will not provide the necessary increase in health.

The exception is Altair's armor, which Ezio will receive for visiting six dungeons. It doesn't degrade in combat and is better than any other armor in the game.

Capes

Ezio's capes are very peculiar equipment. Initially at the disposal of the hero standard cape without any beneficial effect. But, completing story missions and collecting collectible feathers, our hero will eventually acquire three more.

Cape of the Medici Lorenzo Medici will be given to us for special merits. Put it on - and you can do any atrocities in Florence and the surrounding area. The guards, of course, will try to kill you on occasion, but the hero's fame will not grow - he will remain incognito.

Venetian cape, which we will get closer to the finale, works in a similar way, but "works" only in the Venice area.

Cape Auditore(it is the most difficult to get - you need to collect all one hundred collectible feathers, which are here instead of flags from original game) works in a very unusual way. If Ezio puts it on, then his fame immediately becomes one hundred percent and the guards chase him everywhere and everywhere. But as soon as he throws off this cape, fame disappears.

Combat in the game looks something like this: the enemies surround Ezio as best they can and attack him one at a time. He rushes from one enemy to another, beats them, hides behind his own blade, strikes back and makes sure that he is not hit from behind. From time to time he manages to break through the defense of some weak enemy, and the camera shows a spectacular fatality. If the guard is too dexterous and strong, he has to take down his health gradually.

Now - a detailed story about each combat technique.

Combat entry and exit

The "Aim" key, which focuses Ezio's attention on one particular enemy, is a purely console feature. In the general case, you can not use it, but cut everyone in a row - to whom God sends. But sometimes you can't do without it - when shooting from a pistol, when throwing a knife ... And also when trying to escape.

So that Ezio does not jump between enemies, but tries to leave the battlefield, you need to remove the sight by pressing the same key and quickly run away.

capture

If you grab an enemy, you can do a lot of interesting things with him: knock him with your foot, hand or head, throw him to other enemies, knocking them down, or even throw him on some counter that will collapse and is guaranteed to kill him. Finally, it can be thrown off the roof.

Advice: try not to take the fight while near the edge of the roof or balcony. If you have to fight, always try to keep the enemy between you and the edge.

You can grab the enemy only when Ezio's hands are free. And do not expect that the hero will be able to grab anyone with a guarantee - this does not work against strong and dexterous enemies.

For your information: the easiest way to determine the strength of the enemy is by the headdress. The weakest wear berets, the strong wear helmets, and the elite guards wear helmets with all sorts of bells and whistles.

Hit

With a fist, a blade or a broom - a blow, it is a blow. They pressed the "Right hand" button - they tried to get the enemy. As they say, there is a time to stroke heads, and there is a time to hit them.

Combination

If Ezio will knock on the enemy evenly, inflicting the next blow at the same moment when the previous one is done, he can thereby perform a sequence of blows - a combination. Effect: The enemy bends and retreats. Even if he parries all blows, his health still drops.

Block

If you press not just the “Right Hand” key, but in addition to it, “High Profile”, Ezio will not hit, but will stand in a block, trying to reflect the blows of the enemy. It is important to know that for this you need to be facing the enemy, not your back, so if some emboldened guard swings from behind, turn around to him. This can be done instantly.

Blocking is a very important technique in the game. It not only protects Ezio's health, but also allows him to counterattack.

Counterattack

Immediately after parrying an enemy strike, respond with your own. This is the counterattack, the best combat move in the game. With it, you can break through enemy defenses and instantly kill without wasting time on cutting down his health. Get into the habit of counterattacking at every opportunity. It's terribly helpful. Wherever the blow comes from, block and immediately counterattack.

A counterattack will work as an opportunity to instantly finish off the guard - it depends on his strengths and skills. That is why in battle it makes sense, first of all, to attack the weakest guards - it is easier to cope with them. And in order to kill a strong opponent, you can first try to “cut down” part of his health.

If the enemy is in no hurry to hit, there are tricks for this case.

Call

"Tank" move - Ezio loudly taunts the enemy, challenging them to battle. In this way, you can bring the guard out of balance, make him leave the block and try to attack. And we only need this for counterattacks.

Throw sand

An interesting skill that allows you to slightly disorient the enemy and reduce his defensive abilities. They collected dust from the ground, threw the guard in the face - and we go around him from the side while he rubs his eyes.

You can use this technique only when Ezio's hands are free. We hold the "Right hand" and release at the right time.

Disarmament

Another trick that can be used when Ezio has nothing in his hands. With it, it is very convenient to snatch weapons from heavily armored guards.

To do this, wait for the enemy to strike, and at the same moment strike yourself ("Right Hand"). If you did everything right, there is a chance to get hold of - albeit for a while - an excellent weapon.

Evasion

Not a bad way to protect against heavy weapons. When an enemy is swinging, it often makes sense to press the Legs key while in High Profile. Ezio bounces back from the blow. If you also hold down the "Right Hand" key at the same time, Ezio will dodge attacks. You can correct the position of the hero with the index keys.

Now you know everything you need to live, work and fight in Renaissance Italy. The next stop is the passage of the game plot!

PASSING

The plot tasks of Assassin's Creed 2, in general, are not very difficult. Only in the second half of the game do battles begin to play an important role, long and sometimes somewhat tedious. have time.

However, there are a couple of problems with the plot. Firstly, with chapters 12 and 13, the developers slightly changed their sense of proportion - as a result, at the very end of the game, the plot sags a lot, and game process slips into boredom. The reason for this is banal: these two chapters were not originally included in the console version of Assassin's Creed 2, they were added later, and in development, apparently, someone did not follow them.

The second problem, which was already mentioned in the review, is a few strangely unbalanced tasks and game moments, which are so complicated (and suddenly so difficult) that they can spoil the impression of the game. We will dwell on them in the passage in more detail and tell you how to overcome them with “little blood”.

Let's get started!

The escape

Desmond Miles sat in his cell, looked at otherworldly inscriptions on the walls, did not touch anyone. And then, out of nowhere, Lucy comes running and arranges for us to escape from Abstergo, capturing not only the hero, but also valuable data from the local Animus.

During our short dive into genetic memory, we will learn the concept of actions with different parts of the body. Baby Ezio will have to move his arms, legs and head at the order of his father. Only after that the birth of a new Auditor will be considered completed.

Back in 2012, follow Lucy, do what she says. Take a look, if you wish, at the surroundings with an eagle eye. The only more or less serious fight is at the very end of the mission - in the garage. Although there are a lot of guards, they all seem to be knocked down by themselves - it will be very easy to hit them on the tinsel.

After a trip in the trunk to a secret hideout, you will get to know the local cell of the assassins - the nimble techie Rebecca and the irritable intellectual Sean. Examine your next house carefully and talk to Lucy and new acquaintances - the next time you will see them very soon. It's time to go back six hundred years, to the Renaissance, in order to reveal the secret of the "Shards of Eden" and learn from your ancestors the skill.

1. Blissful ignorance

Boys are always boys. It's time to reacquaint yourself with game concepts, old and new. Follow the instructions on the screen and cuff the young Pazzi. Then - clean their pockets. Money will be needed for treatment.

You should have seen the other guy. Follow your brother - he will lead to the doctor. He will cure Ezio, but the scar on his lips from the thrown stone will remain with our hero for life.

Brother rivalry. And here are the first lessons in the skill of overcoming obstacles. If you don't make mistakes, it will not be difficult to overtake your brother on the way to the roof - not on the first, but on the second attempt.

On a note: so far, your enemy is not the guards, but the groups of "militants" Vieri de Pazzi on the streets. Follow them with Eagle Eye.

Nightcap. Jump into the hay, find the window to the lady's room and climb into it. When heartfelt communication with Cristina Vespucci leads to trouble, escape from the guards on the rooftops.

Messenger. Regular mail order. Pazzi fighters are on duty on the streets, so move on the rooftops.

Payback for change. Ezio's battle sister seeks revenge. Her young man turned out to be that rake. Grab the scoundrel by the breasts and slap him in the face.

Petruchio's secret. The younger brother Ezio demands to find three feathers on the roofs for some purpose known to him alone. Time for the task is limited, so do not hesitate. Feathers are marked on the map and are easy to see from afar.

Family friend. Here we will meet Leonardo da Vinci. There are no particular difficulties in carrying loads.

Special delivery. Another postal task, in which it is recommended to overcome distances on rooftops. If you want, practice a quick descent to ground level. If you jump, do not forget to roll so that your health does not suffer.

This is interesting: during many scenes with dialogue, the camera can be rotated slightly, choosing the angle.

Prisoner. Almost all the men of the Ezio family ended up in prison, and the hero himself is also wanted. It is unreasonable to demand a meeting in the general order, so we will have to climb to the very top of the highest tower of the Palazzo Vecchio. The approaches are guarded by archers. You have two options: either avoid them hard, or eliminate them one at a time. Before you jump to the ground, synchronize on the roof of the tower.

Inheritance. Eagle Eye will help you find Ezio's secret door. We finally have a more or less decent killer outfit! As you exit the room, prepare for battle. After repelling the first attack, climb onto the roofs and run along them to Uberto Alberti. Pay attention to the strange character behind him.

Last Hero. Listen to the thief and run away, avoiding clashes with the guards. Break away from them and hide somewhere until they stop looking for you.

2. Escape plans

Disguise. The courtesans and their mistress Paola will give Ezio a course in hide-and-seek in the crowd as a young fighter. Go with them where you need to, make sure you learn the basic rules. They will come in handy very soon. And theft, on the contrary, only harms us, so immediately forget the acquired skills and get rid of the habit of maneuvering in the crowd in the “free run” mode.

Trump in the sleeve. Since Ezio is wanted, getting to Leonardo da Vinci's house will not be easy. Fortunately, the city crowds will help the hero hide. When Leonardo, the big prankster, repairs the mechanism of the hidden blade, kill the guard with the newfound weapon so that the genius does not poke. Take the body to the workshop "to other bodies."

Judge, jury, executioner. To get to the traitor Uberto Alberti, you will need to go through the guarded entrance, blending in with the crowd. If desired, you can hire a group of courtesans to accompany you. Approaching Uberto, quickly inflict a killing blow and flush from the guards vertically up the boxes, and then along the roofs away.

To the bottom. Another learning task. Ezio needs to get rid of his wanted criminal status and become "unknown" again. To do this, we have three ways, which we have already covered in the guide.

Arrivederci. It is not safe for the Auditore family to be in Florence, so Ezio must get his mother and sister out of the city. The main thing is not to get lost. To overcome the post at the city gates, use the services of courtesans.

3. Rest in peace

Help on the road. And here is the battle ahead. Fortunately, you won't have to fight off the ambush alone - Mario came to our aid from the Auditore estate. The main thing is to distract everyone who decides to attack their mother and sister.

Home Sweet Home. Finally you can relax. Villa Auditore is a wonderful place, except for the gloomy second floor of the mansion. Mario will teach you how to use the local shops.

Repetition is the mother of learning. Training task. Talk to Mario and he will teach you the basics of combat, and then he will test you. You can repeat the materials already covered as much as you like.

What's happening. A fast horse will take Ezio to San Gimignano, in the Tuscan countryside. Find Mario with a squad. Your task is to penetrate the wall into the city and open the gate from the inside. Remove the archers and run to the gate, killing everyone who decides to interfere with you. Open the gate and join the fight. On Mario's orders, go through the city with fire and sword, exterminating the guards you meet. When Vieri's men join the fight, don't get carried away with the fight, but climb the tower where Vieri himself is hiding and finish him off.

New plans. Using the game menu, find in the database and read the letter. After that, look for the pieces of the Codex marked on the map. Talk to Claudia - now she is an accountant and is always ready to show all the figures on the estate. The architect who has appeared in the room next to her is a living menu for buying improvements for Monteriggioni. There is only one rule: buy everything you have enough money for. The sooner the villa rises in price, the more money will drip into the chest.

When Mario shows Ezio the six-locked Altair costume, Assassin shrines will start to appear on the map. To get six keys and get the legendary armor, you will have to solve puzzles and fight. However, this is not required to complete the story.

4 Pazzi Conspiracy

Do what you preach. And again - a visit to Leonardo. He will decipher the pages of the Codex and give out the second arcane blade, and Ezio will learn how to kill in a jump or from cover.

Fox hunting. And in this task you will be taught how to stop the fugitives, and skipping a lesson is highly discouraged. The rule, in general, is one: when Ezio is very close to the pursued, press the “right hand” key, and, if you are lucky, the hero will knock him down in a jump. Why you can not just give a slap in the face - it is not clear.

See you. It turns out that we were lured to him by the local king of thieves, the Fox. Run after him across the rooftops. When a marker appears on the map, follow it.

Novella Mystery. The first tomb of the assassins is required for passing. Fortunately, there is nothing serious in it. You just need to overcome a few obstacles, which Ezio already knows how to do, then collapse into the hay, kill one guard and run after the second, trying to keep up much (however, this is not very important, since the guard will wait for you in case of something).

When you come across a locked door, use the beam above it to get to the opening mechanism. Do something with the guards who have come out to the noise. There's one more chase to come. Move in a parallel course, bypassing the barriers. Do something with the last group of guards. It remains only to clean the chests and pick up the first key.

Wolf in sheep's clothing. And here is the historical attempt on the Medici. We cannot prevent it, but we can protect Lorenzo by kicking anyone who dares to attack him in the ass. When the attackers run out, take Lorenzo Medici home, trying to avoid street fights (however, this can not always be done).

Farewell, Francesco. Francesco Pazzi must die. To get to it, you must first get rid of the archers. When the victim starts to run, run after him, ignoring everyone who tries to stop you.

5. Spinning the holds

Four beats. Here you don't have to do anything at all. Talk to Lorenzo Medici on the bridge - he will thank you for saving him.

Biting blade. And Leonardo da Vinci, in turn, will teach you how to use a poisonous blade and tell you where to replenish the stocks of poison. Drive to your Villa Monteriggioni.

evasive maneuvers. Talk to Mario again and learn defensive moves - dodges and dodges. Remember how to take away weapons from enemies - in the future this technique can be very useful.

On a note: There's a little twist in the plot here. The next four missions can be completed in any order.

Herald. The task is quite difficult and a little boring. Antonio Maffei - our "client" - yells apocalyptic prophecies on the roof of the highest tower. It is guarded by archers. Ezio's task is to get to him by standing around the towers and the ropes stretched between them and kill him. Finding the path along the walls is quite easy, although it is long and rather winding. You can't turn your back to archers. All of them must be neutralized.

This is a bug: keep an eye on Antonio's cries. If they stopped, it means that a bug overtook you and Antonio is no longer on the roof. There is nothing you can do here - just load the mission from the beginning.

Behind closed doors. The task is very similar to what it was before: you need to get behind the walls of the fortress and open the gates to friendly soldiers. But this time the enemies are seriously pressing, and you can fight them off for a long time. Try not to drag out the fights, use your partners to distract the enemies, and hit yourself in the back. Through the roof of the house, jump onto the wall, from there - into the courtyard. After dispersing the enemies that have jumped up, run to the gate from the inside and open it. It remains only to kill the victim, running somewhere nearby in pajamas.

Come out and play. To kill Bernardo Barnocelli, you do not need to use any special tricks, even if the developers claim otherwise. Climb onto the roof next to the green area on the map, make sure you can see Bernardo and his bodyguards (Eagle Eye will help). It remains only to catch the moment, make a few jumps, run into the "client" and stick something sharp into it.

It is not the cassock that makes a man a monk. And here the developers, as if having read our thoughts, decided to complicate the task: the victim, having discovered the killer, will quickly escape, failing our mission. The action takes place in a monastery, Stefano da Bagnone hides among the monks and keeps guards disguised as monks nearby. But getting to it is not so difficult if you use the roof.

Jump into a pile of leaves on a cart (no one cares, of course), wait for Stefano to pass next to you, and quickly kill him. Don't forget to escape under the cover of a couple of smoke bombs and then tear down some posters in the city.

With such friends. This is a fun mission. You need to not only kill Jacopo De "Pazzi, but also follow him to find out who else is involved in the conspiracy. Having found the target with the Eagle Eye, sit on the tail. You need not to arouse his suspicions, but at the same time not to miss for a long time If suddenly he passes next to the patrol guards, it is better to take a detour out of harm's way.On the ruins of the amphitheater, find the place of view indicated by the developers and watch how the conspirators treat Jacopo unkindly.

After the scene, quickly press the key shown to you to free yourself from the grip, and run away from the guards. There will be many of them, and you still need to finish off Jacopo, since the conspirators seem to be unable to complete anything. It is best to rush into a feigned flight, lure the guards away, and make a detour yourself, return to the "client", arrange a "control strike" for him, and then run - already genuinely - through the fields and gardens away.

6. Rocky road

I will cleanse this city of villains!

Drive. Talk to Lorenzo Medici and get a cape, under the protection of which you can do any dirty tricks in Florence without increasing your wanted level. Go to Leonardo's workshop. Business calls us to Venice.

Roman holidays. To get to Venice, you first need to overcome the long and dangerous Apennine Mountains. The easiest way to do this is on a horse, but at the beginning of the journey, it is very convenient that we meet Leonardo da Vinci, who is also going to Venice. He has a flat tire, and after a little repair, Ezio will join Leonardo. And everything would be fine, but on the road, of course, we were ambushed.

This is the first and only chase of its kind in GTA style. And in addition, it is very difficult, since gouging or turning over the wagon is a piece of cake. Maneuver on a narrow mountain road, trying not to crash into boulders, fall into the abyss and avoid falling into pools of burning oil. Protect the wagon at all costs. Shake off the "boarding team" with sharp turns. If the attacker got to Ezio, he will have to be reset "manually".

The easiest part of the journey is to cover the retreating Leonardo. This is just a fight, and besides, Ezio can hide from the knight on the roof of the house.

On a note: then it will be possible, if desired, to visit the long road in the Apennine mountains again. There is nothing but landscapes and rare chests with valuables found here and there. But no matter how useless this area was for us, the developers did not take it away from us, and this is good.

Boarding ends. A tutorial mission in which Ezio will play grandfather Mazai and meet Caterina Sforza, an interesting historical character. The rescued girl will be met towards the end of the game under very dramatic circumstances.

For a long time we were in the shoes of Ezio Auditore di Firenze. It's good to be back with Desmond for once. However, you will have to do, one way or another, jumping and all kinds of acrobatics. Definitely, Desmond acquired the abilities of his ancestor through the "leakage effect"! To show Lucy your skills, turn on the alarm - two buttons below and two buttons under the very roof of the hangar.

It seems that the “leak” also has side effects that cause our hero to hallucinate, as well as very vivid and colorful dreams.

Looks like we're back to Ezio again. But no, around us is clearly not the Renaissance, and the hero looks somehow too much ... antediluvian. Is it Altair? He is! Some mysterious character runs away from him, demonstrating good acrobatic abilities. Who could it be? Rather, in pursuit!

Most likely, the main problem for you will be the balcony on the tower, which even the owners of the consoles complained about. There is a way to climb the “elusive” beam, although it is not obvious: you need to sit like an eagle on the railing of the balcony on the side, turn your face to the beam, and then jump onto it.

After a piquant digression into the genealogy of Desmond Miles, we return to Animus 2.0 and, accordingly, to the Renaissance.

7. Merchant of Venice

Greetings. Oh, this wonderful Venice! It is so good that even the developers could not resist a little excursion. But don't relax, and when Leonardo tries to hug Ezio, hug him back by pressing the appropriate button. Each has its own shortcomings.

The scar will remain. Another fun mission. A thief named Rosa, who stole our wallet on a mission earlier, got into big trouble. She will be wounded, and our hero, like a true knight, will rush to her aid. Protect it from the guards, "tank" enemies at any cost. When Rosa collapses to the ground, we will have to drag her to the gondola, where she will be picked up by a comrade-in-arms in the class struggle.

Now Ezio needs to cover this gondolier and Rosa, accompanying the boat by jumping along the wall and "shooting" the archers along the way. The boat is not moving very fast, so we have time for action. At the end of the journey, having handed Rose over to your comrades, do not relax. You have to assist in a difficult operation.

Bricks. Our new acquaintance is a strange revolutionary thief Antonio. Talk to him and get a task to kill three traitors. Again, a small plot twist.

The escape. A thief named Hugo will meet you on the roof of the cathedral and explain the disposition. It is necessary to free three groups of comrades-in-arms from the cells. In short: kill the guards, free the prisoners and bring them to Hugo. It is advisable to defend them fiercely later, but the task is counted even if only one prisoner survived from each group.

Meet by clothes. Hugo again, but this time at the docks. He will ask you to clear three chests with a fresh batch of uniforms for the guards. To do this, you will have to distract the guards guarding them. Then you will need to steal the gondola and bring it to the agreed place.

House cleaning. Antonio found traitors in his ranks, and they must be punished. Find them and punish them. One can be thrown imperceptibly from the ship into the water, another can be jumped from above with a cheerful jagular, and the third can be knocked down from the roof with a stick.

Repetition is the mother of learning. Take Rosa's climbing lesson with the jump technique seriously. It makes it possible to climb walls, even if the hero cannot reach the next ledge. Without it, you will not pass the game, and even where the distance between the ledges in the wall allows you not to jump, new technology will greatly speed up the movement and make Ezio's life easier.

Faster than fast. And this is the test that Rosa will give us to find out how well Ezio now jumps on the walls.

Everything must happen. During a conversation with Antonio, get ready to press the correct key so that Ezio correctly completes the Italian proverb after the interlocutor.

To get to the target, first kill five archers. Then check in with Antonio and clear the barrier of guards - the easiest way to do this is to hire a group of thieves. Climb onto the roof (that's where the recent lessons come in handy), find Emilio and kill him.

8. Need for inventions is cunning

One field of berries. Ordinary surveillance. I think the phrase "follow the white rabbit" exhaustively describes its passage. If Ezio is not confident in his abilities, courtesans are always at his service. They will also help you get through the guard posts.

If it doesn't work the first time... Explore the palace with Rosa and Antonio for possible entry points. It will be easy to get to the first two viewpoints, and the third one will have to climb the tower. Then go to the next point, where with the help of boxes, cranes and other convenient things, climb onto the roof of the palace.

Advice: leave Antonio behind first, climb higher and only then call him to you. Crowding when conquering peaks is unacceptable. Accidentally pushing a partner from a height and thereby failing a mission is a shame.

Who does not take risks does not drink champagne. When the hero rides Leonardo's flying machine, you don't have to do much. No matter how good a pilot Ezio is, there will still be a mouth full of earth. However, if you want to fly longer, keep in mind that the up and down keys are inverted, like in flight simulators.

A good start is half done. It is impossible to fly to the palace by a winged car - it is too far away. However, Leonardo had a brilliant idea. No, do not attach a motor to the car. He decided to use ascending air currents to support the machine. You can organize them with the help of four large fires. Guards, of course, will try to prevent the violation of fire safety. But that's Ezio's business. Use Eagle Vision, find the guards marked for death in the four indicated places and kill them.

Rarely flying passenger. Easy and fun mission. You will be told that you can kill the archers on the rooftops, but there is no need to do this: just zigzag towards the palace, flying low over the fires to climb higher.

Having flown to the palace, go around the courtyard on the roof (carefully - archers, they must be killed quietly) and go down the stairs to the window. Now it remains only to catch up and kill Grimaldi, escape from the guards through an inconspicuous exit in the corner - and disappear into the big city.

9. Carnival

And in Venice, meanwhile, the famous carnival began. Acrobats, fire-eaters, musicians, dances, luxurious clothes - and all around masks, masks, masks. Ezio's Wanted Level will not increase during the Carnival.

Knowledge is power. Go to Leonardo with a stack of Codex sheets under your arm and sign for the pistol. How many tasks will it make easier! How many headaches can be avoided with it! Practice, as usual, on stuffed animals.

The girl is in trouble. The conversation with the owner of the brothel is interrupted in the most dramatic way: the maniac has killed one of the courtesans and is running away. Looks like Ezio has a job! But here's the horror - the maniac took a hostage on the street and threatens to kill her if Ezio approaches him. He is determined to use the knife. What to do? Eh, if only there was a gun... Wait, there is a gun!

The nun knows. Another difficult mission. Okay, not that hard. Return to the brothel and after talking with sister Theodora, go to the carnival.

We run. In order to get into a closed holiday and get to Marco Barbarigo, you need to win holiday contests and win a pass mask. The first task is a fairly easy race of sixteen key points. If you don’t see where to run next, slow down and look around.

Capture the Flag. But this task is very difficult. Technically, the essence of it is the usual "capture the flag". But your opponent is very fast and agile. If he is the first to capture three flags in the square and take them to his base, it's bad. To take away the flag from him, it is enough to hit him. He can take the flag from Ezio in the same way. If the enemy took the flag first, do not try to catch up with him - it is almost useless. Instead, notice where his base is, meet him there, take the flag away, and get out.

Roundup on tapes. One of two places in the game where pickpocket skills come in handy. You just need to, referring to the map, "steal" as many ribbons from the girls as possible.

You can't get good by cheating. Fight. First, a fair fistfight. Then, when the bribed guards come, you can get weapons.

Explosion. Nevertheless, the pass mask was given to the favorite. There is nothing to do, you have to steal it. Find a bad person with Eagle Eye. To distract the owner of the mask, use courtesans.

With a pass on your face, enter private party. However, our troubles are not over yet. The subject robbed by us bursts into the holiday in a rage, and the guards begin to look for the thief. If Ezio is discovered, the mission will fail. Hiding in the crowd will have to be very careful, as the guards disperse groups of people on their way. Maneuvering, wait until the new Doge Marco Barbarigo himself appears, and kill him with a pistol. Leave the guards through the channels.

10. Force majeure

Bad turn. Find Antonio and he will bring Ezio up to date on the latest developments.

Fighter in a cage. In order to raise the mercenaries to rebellion, it is necessary to free their leader from the cage - the mighty warrior Bartolomeo. The algorithm is simple: they killed the guards at the cage, released Bartolomeo, brought him home, making sure that he was alive.

We don't leave ours. Bartolomeo is free and his "lover" is safe. Now we need to free his fighters. The algorithm is the same - they killed the guards, freed the soldiers, helped them kill a new batch of guards.

On a note: in this mission, unafraid townspeople will often come under Ezio's arm. Be extremely careful - if you inadvertently kill a few, the task will fail.

To battle! And this mission will have to tinker. Order your soldiers to stay behind and not get involved in a fight if guards loom ahead. Kill the guards in the place where you need to put the soldiers. Whistle yours to come. Repeat.

With one sword, two birds with one stone. Climb up the tower and give the signal. Jump and join the fight. You need to find Dante (Eagle's Eye) and lightly beat him (it's best to try to disarm him). When he starts to run, chase after him. The guards will try to stop you, but you can get away from them on the roofs. Kill both Dante and Silvio Barbarigo before the time limit runs out.

11. Alter ego

Everything will come to those who wait. After a conversation with Leonardo, you will have one more shadowing. Go around the barriers of the guards on the roofs. After the scene, kill the courier and take his clothes.

This is a bug: if before the scene some guard decides to check who it is that is following the courier, after the scene there will be no way to hide, so be careful.

Spectacle. Grab the chest with the "Shard of Eden" and go after the second courier, diligently avoiding any collisions. After the skit, there will be a fight with Rodrigo Borgia. He is strong, but neither he nor his guards can do anything against a dozen healing potions, especially since then Bartolomeo, Theodora, Paola, Mario, Fox and for some reason Nicolo Machiavelli will join the battle on your side.

After a scene in which a lot of interesting things will turn out, the chapter will end.

12. Attack on Forli

This is where two boring chapters begin, strongly lubricating the ending of Assassin's Creed 2. The road is paved with good intentions to know where - it would be better, as in the console version, these chapters were skipped. However, there is nothing to do - let's get started!

Warm welcome. We return to Forli with Katerina and Machiavelli. But here's the bad luck - it suddenly turns out that the town and castle of Forli have been captured by enemies! What Ezio should do - I think it is not difficult to guess. Fights, fights and more fights. On the boat, get into the city through the secret entrance, diving under the grate. Open the gate.

Bodyguard. Fights, fights, fights. Protect Katerina and Nikolo.

Hold the fortress. Fights, fights, fights. Kill enemies on the ground and on rooftops.

This is interesting: when I was doing this mission, immediately after it was completed, two friendly guards came out of the air next to Ezio, saw the dead enemies, Ezio standing above them, and ... in general, both had to be killed.

Godfather. Quite an unpleasant mission to free two hostages, besides children, - and in addition, for a while. Katerina's daughter, bound, is lying in the yard near the wall of the house behind the gate. Untie it without spending a lot of time killing the soldiers.

Get on your horse and ride to the lighthouse. Katerina's son is at the top. There is no way around the enemies, so you have to kill them in large numbers very quickly, watching the timer. If you try to bypass them and climb the tower, you will be knocked down by a stone or an arrow.

Checkmate. Catch up with Chekko, avoiding collisions with the guards covering him if possible, and kill him. Alas, Ezio himself was mortally wounded, and the "Shard of Eden" was taken by a mysterious monk with nine fingers.

An apple from an apple tree. Go to the monastery and kill two guards so that the grateful monk will tell you who to look for in the city. Return to Forli, go to the market and use Eagle Eye to find the monk you need (you can also recognize him by his bald head). He will immediately rush away, and your task is to knock him down in a jump. It is useless to poke your fists in the back - the monk will die (right on the run, yeah), and the mission will fail.

13. Bonfire of Vanity

Our enigmatic monk is none other than Girolamo Savonarola. The Shard of Eden explains his sudden rise.

Fiasco in Florence. Make your way to Florence (it has changed a lot under the new government), avoiding meetings with the guards if possible. Talk to Machiavelli. He will bring Ezio up to date, telling what happened in the city for last years. While guarding Nikolo, get to the Pitti Palace.

To overthrow the power of Savonarola, it is necessary to eliminate nine of his henchmen. He hypnotized someone with Shard, someone followed him voluntarily. One way or another, if all nine die, the people will be freed from the power of the artifact and revolt. You can kill them in any order.

Still life. To kill the artist, you need to get close to him along the wall, recognize him with an eagle eye, and then catch up and poke him with something sharp. Here and after each of the nine murders, you will then have to run away from the guards.

Up the career ladder. Eliminate the attacking guards, catch up with the captain, stick it in and turn twice there.

This is interesting: I didn't even have to kill him - in fright, the captain himself fell off the roof, being very far from Ezio. This is the word about "balance" in the additional chapters.

vertical mobility. Catch up and kill the noble citizen before he reaches Savonarola. Immediately after the start of the mission, turn right and climb the boxes onto the roof to get ahead of the victim on the roof.

Last Rituals. It is not necessary to assemble a group for this task - tea, not Borean tundra. Climb to the dome of Santa Maria del Fiore - the victim has settled there. A few guards won't cause much trouble.

Port authorities. And now - attention! - you have to do the worst mission in the whole game, which clearly shows what happens if you forget to test tasks for balance in the supplement. The situation is this: the victim - the head of the port - sat on the ship in the port. It's guarded by a dozen guards! Of these, on the deck of the ship, in the "forbidden" territory, - eight!

But on the instructions of Ezio, you cannot show yourself, otherwise the task will fail. That is, someone saw you and raised the alarm - done, load the task from the beginning. For some reason, the developers do not care that after the death of the head of the port, the alarm will rise one way or another. And from the ship - where would he go? But still, you can't show your face. So the scriptwriters decided, the programmers embodied it and the testers missed it. In terms of its complexity, this mission is only a little short of the last "helicopter" task of GTA 4.

But enough of the lyrics. I will give you an algorithm that worked (however, not the first time) for me:

  • Carefully kill the archer on the roof to the left of the ship.
  • With a careful double blow, we kill two guards at the stairs leading to the pier. If you're lucky, the guard on the dock won't raise the alarm.
  • After waiting until the patrol on the pier comes close to the ladder, carefully shoot him with a pistol and hide. If you're lucky, two heavily armed guards will jump out of the ship and onto the dock.
  • We will swim to the stern of the ship and hang at the very side. Let's wait until the patrol on the port side approaches the stern. Let's throw it into the water.
  • We crawl along the stern to the starboard side, throw off the patrolman into the water there.
  • We crawl out to the port side and throw the patrolman into the water. Do not even try to repeat the same technique with a patrolman at the starboard side - it will not work.
  • We return to the stern, carefully crawl out onto the deck at the helm. We approach the guards standing with their backs to us and with a quick blow we simultaneously kill both.
  • Only after that you can jump on the back of the harbormaster.
  • We breathe a sigh of relief. If you have completed this mission, the rest of the game will be a cakewalk for you. harder this there will be nothing.

Point strike. To kill the doctor, blend into the crowd and get close. Guards walk back and forth across the square, but there are a lot of people around and there is where to sit in case of danger.

To the hayloft. The developers want us to hide in the hay, but nothing prevents us from using a gun. One shot and it's done. You can lie in the hay to make it easier for yourself and eliminate a couple of guards patrolling the neighborhood.

Sworn enemy. There are no problems here at all - go to the position on the roofs and kill the leader of the mercenaries with one jump.

Judgment Day. The priest will preach for some time under the protection of the guards, and then step aside and go to the courtyards. Kill him there. Eliminate the guards along the way - there will be no problems with them.

All power to the people. When Savonarola wants to use Shard, throw the knife by pressing the appropriate button. Run after the guard, catch up with him and finally take the long-suffering artifact.

Mob justice. Push the crowd and kill Savonarola before the fire breaks out.

Ezio will then deliver an inspirational speech that no one in the crowd seems to have understood. In any case, two boring chapters behind us, and before us - the last mission!

14. I came, I saw, I conquered

By order of Mario, you will have to go through the cities and find all the pieces of the Codex that you do not yet have. They are obtained in the usual way: distract the guards with courtesans, enter, open the chest - you're done.

Mark on the map. When we have all thirty sheets of the Code, we will need to solve an easy puzzle. Turn on Eagle Vision and expand all the sheets so that the outlines form a schematic map of the world.

Luck. Here we are in Rome, at the Sistine Chapel. Move along the irregularities of the tower to the fortress wall, eliminating the first group of guards. Pull the lever and open the passage to the next section of the wall. Again the battle, again the guards. If the doors are closed, climb the towers. When they offer a horse, sit down and jump along the wall (this is a must, because if you pass the "horse" section on foot, there will be desynchronization and you will have to boot). Hiding in the hay is not necessary, but it is possible. Height helps against heavily armed guards - play "king of the hill" to make your life easier.

Advice: when Ezio is knocked off his horse, lure the enemies to the croup so that the horse helps the hero by kicking the guards. It's not that very useful, but it's funny.

When Ezio finds himself under the vaults of the Sistine Chapel, you will have to slow down: if the hero is discovered, you will have to boot. It will be easy to go through the first room - the monks stand in groups and do not pay attention to the man in the hood, and the guards walk one by one. In the second, you will have to sweat a little - the most dangerous are the guards at the end of the room.

The reward for you will be the opportunity to look at the drawings in the Sistine Chapel. Pope Alexander VI, aka Rodrigo Borgia, reads prayers, and it will be very easy to get close to him on ledges and planks unnoticed. Jump - hit!

This is a bug: if Rodrigo suddenly disappeared at the moment of striking - it's okay, it happens. Parrot the crowd of unarmed bishops for fun, return to the fortress walls and jump from them to boot.

Of course, the pope will not so easily agree to fall from the dagger of a murderer. It's going to be a fight, and a tough one. Fortunately, Ezio will use the same technique against the head templar that his former boss used against Altair hundreds of years ago. Fight aggressively, don't spare healing potions - you won't need them anymore. Scratch Rodrigo's health, and Ezio... will receive the second lethal blow to the chest in recent years.

Nails would be made from this assassin! He nevertheless overcame the pain and went after Rodrigo to the secret dungeon, in which all secrets should be revealed.

Perhaps only a mind that has become clouded after a terrible wound can explain the fact that Ezio, with a hole in his chest, suddenly took off all his weapons and decided to arrange a wall-to-wall battle with the Pope. Fortunately, the fight will be easy: it seems that the developers inserted it here only so that the player had something to do with his hands during the last dialogue between Ezio and Rodrigo.

When Borgia is finally defeated, Ezio suddenly decides to let him live. After all, someone must have been poisoned by wine in 1503, otherwise there will be a “butterfly effect” in one single DNA.

In any case, the time has come to reveal the secrets, and in the dungeon of Ezio Auditore di Firenze, who is also the Chosen One, he will meet Minerva, a divine being, a representative of that mysterious race that the Shards of Eden created in time immemorial. The conversation will, however, be somewhat one-sided, as the radiant citizen with her monologues practically does not pay attention to Ezio's questions ("Minerva, who were you talking to just now?" - "Shut up, Donnie, you're off topic").

The developers did not wait for favors from nature and combined end credits with combat and dialogue, so that the players certainly do not miss them. However, no matter how smartly Desmond fought with ancient blades, the main villain of our time, Dr. Varren, still escaped from us in Assassin's Creed 3.

And that means you've completed the game. Congratulations!

Introduction

The release date of Assassins Creed (Assassin's Creed) for PC has been postponed for a long time. And now it happened - the porting of the game to personal computers is completed.
Action game Assassin's Creed (Assassins Creed) takes place in parallel during the 3rd Crusade and today. A mad scientist and his dandelion assistant have kidnapped a guy named Desmond. According to the hypothesis of these scientists, the DNA of every living being contains memories of its ancestor. Desmond became a guinea pig in their experiment, but he was not chosen by chance - he is the ancestor of the Great Assassin Altair. Dr. Animus' invention can read DNA data and replicate bits of ancestral life. After some persuasion (With elements of threat), Desmond agrees to participate in the experiment. And now, after the interactive movie, the game Assassin's Creed (Assassins Creed) begins.

We can say that the game is divided into two parts: the future and the past. In the future we play as Desmond, in the past we play as Altair. Playing as Desmond, we are in the laboratory and only a couple of rooms are available to us. We can say that the game for Desmond is like a quest. Entering the Animus, we see the genetic spiral divided into blocks. It is these blocks, or rather parts of Altair's memory, that we will explore. We are waiting for freedom of action, but not complete. Inaccessible areas will be blocked by "memory partitions", which will be destroyed according to the story. In this walkthrough of Assassin's Creed (Assassins Creed) we will analyze all 8 plot kills and the most difficult moments of the game. And of course you will receive a portion of advice.
Let's go.

Victim #1: Tamir.
Memory Block #2

There are no special tricks in killing this death dealer. We go to the center of the bazaar and watch the scripted scene: Tamir deals with one of his workers. We stand quietly on the sidelines. Further, under the guise of a monk, we follow the victim. When Tamir comes up to the counter and starts talking to the merchant, we approach from behind and stab Hidden Blade. We have about 5 sec. before the arrival of the guards, so do not hesitate and run to the bureau.

Victim #2: Garnier de Naplause
Memory Block #3

Go northeast towards the Hospital.
When you are near the entrance, or rather the steps, try to join the group of monks.
Watch a beautiful scene and join the crowd, in the company of "holy guys". Do not forget to keep the camera in the most convenient position, view the area for threats.
After an unpleasant scene (Knees ache!) We return with our monks to the right side (To the left of the exit).
We do not lag behind the group and look out for a tall man (you will immediately notice him). This is our "client", namely Garnier. Take your time and don't attack right away. Consider the most effective method of execution: There are many obstacles between you and the victim, namely a crowd consisting of some strange people. When they hit you, they immediately raise the alarm! Therefore, we remain in the company of the monks and follow them. Sooner or later we'll get our chance. You need to wait until the doctor moves away from his "guard" and begin to act. We choose a target, make a dash and ... kill from a jump. Yes, that's how simple and brutal it is. Now it remains to deliver the pen.

Victim #3: Talal
Memory Block #3

When you reach the northeast corner, pull out the map and look for the nearest squad of monks. Use their help to get past the guards on the steps or infiltrate the rooftops to the west.
Just sign in open door to start a long video. Now we move along the corridor. Well, we are finally surrounded. After the cutscene, we start the battle. We try to kill enemies with counterattacks, but do not forget to scatter especially arrogant subjects in order to thin out the ranks of the enemy. After the massacre of the last of the adversaries, climb the stairs and get rid of the archer a level higher. Then climb up another ladder to the roof.

*Hint: Don't forget to hold left shift while running (Pushing People).

Here is Talal... Runs away. Start the chase: We try to close the distance as much as possible, select Talal as a target and perform a jump kill (Hidden Blade). If it doesn't work out, don't despair. Sooner or later, Talal will be at an impasse and a standard sword fight will begin. After the scene, we flee in the direction of the Bureau of Assassins.

Victim #4: Abu al-Nuqvod
Memory Block #4

We leave for a rich area, to the palace in the south. This time the palace will be full of people. Move along the walls and then blend into the crowd. After you lose control, get ready for trouble. How sad everything is ... We follow what is happening until we have to run. Started: We run to the left, to a small building in the corner. We climb it and get to the second floor. We move along Once on the roof we turn to the south. You can try to jump to the balcony and kill the victim, but do not lose vigilance and watch the minimap. If you notice Abu leaving the balcony, you can be sure that he will try to escape through the south exit. In this case, you can wait for him at the very exit or jump onto the balcony and start the chase, after turning off the target fixation function. You can take shortcuts by jumping over obstacles, such as railings. When you overtake the "fat man", expose the hidden blade and arrange an execution "in flight". After the scene, we run to the bureau, and then to Masaef.

Victim #5: William Montferrat
Memory Block #4

Heading south towards the Castle. Stop at the square and blend in with the crowd. Again, be careful and beware of the crusaders. After the scene, go through the gate. The crate piles are the main problem of this mission. Try not to crash into them, so as not to slow down. Also to the south you can find a group of monks that you can join. Walk with them, and you will find yourself in the zone where William is pushing his speech. Wait until the line of soldiers "breaks", expose the retractable blade, run into the resulting "hole in the defense" and strike ... Let's spend a little time on escape tactics: After the scene, run, pushing the knights towards the gate. They are closed! Run to the northern corner of the fort, into a dark alley. There will be a ladder against the wall. Climb up it, jump and climb on the back, which is in the corner. Climbing onto the roof you will find yourself in the garden. Don't stay there for long, as soon as the horizon is clear jump onto the wall, then onto the wooden platforms and there you are outside the castle walls. Now the way lies in the bureau.

Sacrifice 6: Majd-Addin
Memory Block #4

Slip past the guards and move towards the marker. Try to join the priests, to the right of the "scene". Together with the "whites" we go past the guards up the stairs to the stage. Do you see the guard near whom the monks stopped? You can hug him or leave him alive. Unfortunately, for a successful assassination and for historical reasons (Maid's speech is very unusual), we will have to allow the killing of three captives, and when our target approaches our brother, we will make the so-called assassinate. Of course, you can run out and kill the victim in a jump, before the massacre of the captives begins, but this will not work. The main thing is that the guy in white survives. After Addin's dying speech, we quickly free our brother and climb the stairs (In the north, a couple of meters from Addin) to the roofs. Next comes the standard run in the office.

Victim #6: Jubair al-Hakim
Memory Block #5

Go to the building and climb onto the roof in any way. As soon as you are on the roof, a guide-scene will begin. Go along the roof and go down the stairs to the balcony, from where you can watch what is happening. As soon as the insolent people start burning books, you have to find Jubair. Most of the time it's in the southeast corner, but you might have it somewhere else. You can kill everyone quietly, sooner or later you will come to Jubair. Once you find him, start the chase. A standard jump kill will end the pointless chase. Escape on the rooftops and try to break away as quickly as possible.

Victim #7: Sibrant
Memory Block #5

*Tip: Stock up on ten daggers for this mission.

Go to the docks, trying not to catch the guards' eyes, and then go to the crowd of onlookers. Let's watch the scene. A man with a horned helmet is sailing away on a boat ... If you dug up the information before starting the mission, then in the pause menu you can read that the northern part of the docks is devoid of guards. So we head north and see... drunken sailors and townspeople... Anyway, try not to contact either the townspeople or the piles of boxes. After walking around the docks for a bit, look east: you will see a platform in the water with a guard on it. Wait until he turns away, and quietly commit a massacre. Now jump from pillar to pillar until you reach the lighthouse. Kill three guards. Also try to kill the archer on the platform, although this is not necessary. If you removed the archer, then move towards the ship. Climb aboard, but not literally. Altair should "hover" at the stern, so that the camera peeks out a little, and you can follow the movements of Sibrant. Wait for the moment when Sibrant passes into the front part of the ship and starts talking. This is your chance: Quickly climb aboard, secure the Sibrant as a target, and run as fast as you can in his direction. As soon as you watch the scene, get down from the ship, and run as fast as you can to the lighthouse. If you have removed the archer, then you should not have any problems: you have not been noticed yet. Then go back to the bureau the old way, i.e. along the pillars and across the northern part of the docks.

Victim #8: Robert de Sable
Memory Block #6

Head to the southernmost quarter. To get to the funeral, you can join a group of monks or try to find another way ... When you get to the burial place, just get lost in the crowd and watch the scene. When the ceremony is over, prepare your blade for battle. Yes, to battle. If you haven't fought with a hidden blade before, now is the time to learn. In fact, you will only need the blade for amazing counters. The plan itself is very simple: when Robert attacks, you can "kill him". Of course, this will require some luck and patience, but in the case of the blade, the kill will happen instantly. You can also try to fight with a simple sword or run into the city, but it is very difficult to win. After the scene, break away from the Templars and by all possible and impossible ways get to the bureau...

Wow, how interesting! Turns out it was a trap! Instead of Robert, we are fighting a Templar girl. After talking with the head of the bureau, we go to Arsuf, which is located near Acre. Once on the territory of Arsuf, we fight our way to Richard. After a long dialogue, we have to fight with a couple of Knights. Nothing complicated. After the massacre of them, a battle begins with Robert himself. We take out Hidden Blade and make one single counterattack

Victim #8: Al Mualim
Memory Block #7

*Tip: Using knives will speed up the fight many times over*

Go through the village towards the fort. You have to fight with a group of your former associates, so can you throw them off the ledge? Then another group, larger than the previous one, will attack you. After dealing with her, go up the path to meet your new allies. After a short conversation, go in, or rather push through, into the territory of the fort. Go to the backyard of the fortress and watch the scene.
With this Boss, use a blunt scuffle with a sword. Naturally, counterattacks will also help. The fight is not difficult at all.

*Tip: During any of these fights, you can risk using the blade. But remember: A successful blade counterattack = 1 corpse. Unsuccessful = your corpse*

The next enemy has impressive dimensions. Do not even try to "throw" him, use counterattacks with a sword. After another scene, Al Mualim is finally left alone. It only takes one hit. Just hit. Now the battle will be transferred to the lower part of the courtyard. Keep beating him until the screen goes back to normal. As soon as the fog disappears, draw your hidden blade and make one last counterattack. Watch the last scene and return to the real world.

The final

Exit the Animus. Desmond now has the Eagle Vision ability. The images and symbols that Desmond saw between missions when he went to bed become real. Words appear on the walls... written in blood. They can only be seen when "Eagle Vision" is activated. When viewing such inscriptions in the bedroom, credits begin. If you are patient and watch them to the end, then the game continues. But, only in the form of a choice of memory blocks. That is, the passage of already passed sections.

Some Tips

1. Entrance to cities. The guards at the entrance to the city are a big problem. Of course, you can try to engage in open combat, but most often this leads to death. It will be optimal to climb on the side of the sticks near the haystacks and jump from one to another, above the guards. In 90% of cases, they will not notice you. You can also help the inhabitants by protecting them from the guards and join a group of monks.

2. Often, during the execution of tasks, several quest NPCs are displayed on the maps. You can't interact with them (only hit). As long as you are close to them, they are silent. The solution to this problem is simple: sit at a distance on a bench between two residents and press the action key, after turning the camera towards these same NPCs. Let's listen to what they are talking about - then everything will become clear. You can also try following them.

3. To use the help of the monks, you need to save a resident of the city, in the area where these same monks live. Most often, residents have to be saved from the guards themselves.

4. Many people have problems in missions after talking with the assassins in the bureau of each of the cities. After the conversation, the mission is not updated. Most often this happens due to the fact that you have not opened the districts of the city (They are blocked by the "memory partition"). To open new areas, you need to climb the observation towers (marked on the map). From them you will see closed areas, and your goals will be marked with diamonds. All previously inaccessible parts of the city will become open. After eliminating these targets (minimum 4), go to the leader of the assassins for a special order.

5. What to do after killing targets? The first thing to break away from the chase. Huts on the roofs, wagons with hay on the streets, parkour and the inhabitants of the cities themselves will help us with this. It is worth moving with the "Push" key pressed. After they lose sight of us, it is necessary to get to the "Bureau" of the assassins located in each of the cities. There we give the bloody feather (proof of the murder). After completing the assassination, we will go to the fortress of the assassins, in the mountains, where Altair will be taught new moves / attacks.

6. Always have a supply of throwing knives. If you run out of them - Look for bandits walking the streets of each of the cities. Sneak up on this delinquent, "grab him as a target" and press the appropriate button. +5 knives in your pocket.

7. Beware of Templars and Crusaders. They know you by sight. If they see it, they will raise the alarm.

8. Think of an escape route before killing. It's not very pleasant to flee from 30 guards.

9. After the last battle, when you find yourself in an abandoned laboratory, search every room. Found "pens" are the keys to computers. Now imagine that you are a hacker: We enter the mail of employees and brazenly read their messages. Do this for every available computer in every room. Now you know the spooky details about Assassin's Creed 2.

General information:

Achievement difficulty: 3/10

Offline: 50 perXONE (1000 ) and 51 onPS4 (34 , 15 , 1 , 1 )

Online: 0

Estimated time to get all achievements: 50-70 hours

Minimum number of passes: 1

Missable Achievements: No, but keep an eye on the trophy"Reduce, Reuse, Recycle/ Shrink, Reuse, Recycle", which requires you to have 100 trinkets in your inventory. If you sell less than 100, then you will have to farm new ones for a very, very long time.

Unknockable/buggy achievements: 1 (“ oldHabits/ Old Habits - DO NOT clear locations as Aya in the story mission "Aya: Blade of the Goddess". If you do this, the trophy will become unobtainable and you will have to start the game from the beginning and go through all the locations again.)

Does difficulty affect achievements: No, you can do everything on easy difficulty.

Introduction:

Welcome to the Assassin's Creed Origins trophy/achievement guide! This is a light platinum, but slightly laborious! To date, in the origins of the largest game world among the games in the Assassin's Creed series. The open world is massive and you have to clear all the locations (question marks on the map). There are a few quick and easy different combat trophies, but nothing too hard. This time, the authors of the game have greatly reduced the number of traditional collectibles in the game. There are no feathers or anything like that. Only 12 circles of stones and 5 hermit points, but since they are considered "locations", you still have to visit them.

Glitch Warning - trophyoldHabits/ Old Habits”:

In the main quest "Aya: Blade of the Goddess", you have to play as Aya for a short time in the story. If you clear any location while playing as it, the “ oldHabits/ old habits” becomes unavailable. The only way fix it - start the game again and clear all the locations again. If you're playing on PS4, you can make a copy of your save before you start the quest (PS4 Settings -> Manage Saved Data). You will have to complete this quest towards the end of the game. In the event that you accidentally pass through one of the locations, you can load the saved copy and do not have to go through the whole game again from the beginning.

Step 1. Playing through the game, leveling skills for the corresponding trophies and collecting trinkets (trophy "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle/ Shrink, reuse, recycle")

The first step is very simple. Complete the story. After the story, you will still be able to freely move around the world. Along the way, you can tackle the trophies in any order you want. You can complete different trophies as you progress through the story, or leave them for a while after you complete the story.

Focus on the skills required for the achievements first as you progress through the game. Don't worry about skill points, as once you reach level 40 (max) you'll have enough to buy everything. Abilities required for trophies:

  • Sunrise and sunset
  • Sleep Dart
  • Poison Dart
  • domestication of animals
  • Reinforced bow "Predator"
  • Desert Warrior
  • One Master level ability (Hunter, Warrior, Seer)

The only trophy to be on the lookout for is "" for which you need to sell 100 trinkets at a time. You'd better start saving trinkets from the very beginning of the game to avoid unnecessary farming at the end. To see how much you have already collected, go to your inventory and scroll down on the right side. Below the animal loot you will see your trinkets. You can have multiple copies of each trinket. If you want to make money, then sell weapons, but until you collect 100 trinkets, do not sell them at all. Even after collecting them, it's best to back up your save before selling (PS4 Settings ->

Step 2Kill Qetesh and Reshef (trophy “TheHarderTheyfall/ The harder the fall”)

Qetesh and Reshefa are two war elephants. They are the most difficult opponents in the game. You will be able to find them in Nome Uab (marked with a white question mark on the map after synchronizing the area's viewpoint). Before you fight them, you need to level up to level 38. They are max level 40. You can complete the battle with them on a low difficulty level.

Step 3. Finishing various trophies

Finish off all combat trophies that you didn't get as you progress through the game. You can still get them in free play after the story.

Step 4: Complete all locations (trophies)oldHabits/ Old Habits”)

Locations are marked on the map with question marks after synchronization on viewpoints in that area. You have to get to every question mark on the map and complete some activities there. The gaming world is truly huge, so it will take most of the time on the way to platinum. The last question mark you will find on the Sphinx in Giza after completing all the other locations. You must collect 50 silica from ancient tombs to complete the Sphinx of Giza location. Silica is not difficult to find, every tomb has it, and there are definitely more than 50 of them.

See"

Please note that you need to complete the story first in order to get the "Old Habits" achievement. The trophy won't unlock until the story ends! If you have completed all the locations, but the trophy has not opened, then you must complete the final story quest and it will unlock.

Kill an arena boss with a Furious Strike.

This can only be done in Gladiator Arenas. You are automatically sent to the arena of Crocodilopolis in the main quest "Maw of the Crocodile" and must take part in several battles here. After that, you can restart arena boss battles as often as you like. The Arena of Crocodilopolis is located on the territory of the Oasis of El Faiyum.

In the area of Cyrenaica you will also find a gladiatorial arena.

Choose any arena boss. At the end of the fight, you must press + ( + ) to deliver a furious blow. The attack is activated only when your adrenaline bar is full (it fills up when you hit enemies or take damage from them). Just leave some health for the boss and then use this move to finish it off.

Win the first racetrack competition.

For this trophy, you need to win (get 1st place) in the Winged Nike Victory Tournament. This is a series of three races. In each round, you get points based on your position in the race. The competitor with the most points earned in three races wins. So if you even finish 4th in one of the rounds, you can still win if you finish 1st in the other two. You will not receive a trophy for completing the tutorial race (it is recommended to complete it to learn the mechanics of this mode).

Road Rage / Road rage 20
Destroy an enemy during a race at the hippodrome.

The hippodrome can be found in the location "Nome Canopus" in the north of the map. You unlock it during the main mission "Medjay from Egypt".

Run a racetrack challenge (not a tutorial race), then focus on one opponent and constantly ram them throughout the match. Stay close to him and press / when aiming at him. Especially at the corners, you can ram opponents quite easily.

The Harder They Fall / The harder the fall 50
Defeat the war elephants Qetesh and Reshef.

You will find two war elephants Ketesh and Reshef in the Nom Uab location. Once the single viewpoint in that area is synchronized, white question marks will appear on the map. War Elephants can be found at the southernmost question mark of the Nom Uab location.

You can go there at any time. However, since elephants are level 40, it is highly recommended that you play through the story first and level up to at least level 38. If your level is lower, then you don't stand a chance. You can also select a low game difficulty in the options if you are playing on a higher one.

Defeat both elephants by attacking their legs. Defeating both will unlock the achievement.

Slasher / Slasher 10
Kill 3 enemies with one hit.

This is very easy to do once you have completed the story and reached level 35 or above. By then, you will be able to kill any low-level enemy or animal in one hit.

Find a group of animals, run up to them on your horse and kill them. You will instantly kill three if they are close enough to each other. For example, many predators stand next to each other in the swamps of the Heraklion Nome location.

Alternatively, a more creative way is to knock out opponents with punches. While they are unconscious, you can build up a number of them lying next to each other, and then slaughter them all with a melee weapon in one hit.

The Arrow Whisperer 20
Kill an enemy with a Predator bow from 60 meters or more while controlling an arrow.

To do this, you will need the Reinforced Predator Bow skill. You can now hold / to aim your predator bow and fire a guided arrow. You can control the arrow as it flies towards the target.

Words of Wisdom / Words of Wisdom 5
Visit all the hermitages.

There are 5 hermits in the game. Finding them all will not only earn you a trophy, but also one skill point for each hideout. This is the fastest way to get ability points at the start of the game.

For the first time, you will be able to do this after completing the main quest in the starting location of Siwa. After that, you will open to free movement throughout the map. You can also do this after completing the story.

The hermits have carpets that the player can interact with. Scan the area by holding down to make it easier to find the carpet. You must interact with the carpet (by clicking on on PS4/Xbox One) for the hideout to count as found.

They actually appear on the map as question marks after synchronizing the nearest viewpoint. This makes finding them a little easier. If you have trouble finding the exact location, remember to sync your viewpoint and get to the question mark displayed on the world map.

Circle of Life 20
Give the corpse to the predator to be eaten.

The best place to do this is in the village / fast travel point “Yw Huts” in the east of Heraklion Nome. This is a village in the swamps and there are always crocodiles swimming near the village.

Kill any person (doesn't matter if it's a non-hostile NPC or an enemy). Lure the crocodile to land (important: it must be on the ground, not in the water) and throw the corpse in front of the crocodile's eyes. Now quickly run away so that the crocodile stops chasing you and starts eating the corpse. As soon as you leave the battlefield, the crocodile will eat the corpse.

It can also work even if the crocodiles kill you next to the corpse. They will focus on the corpse right after you die and the trophy will unlock. It's a little buggy and sometimes takes a few tries to get. Animal artificial intelligence is not the smartest and sometimes they just don't go to eat a corpse.

Remember that you cannot get a trophy in the water, it only works on crocodiles and you need to leave the battle so that the predators start eating the corpse.

Seven Farmers / Seven peasants 10
Complete the side mission "Seven Peasants".

Seven Peasants is a level 30 side quest in the Nom Uab region in the southeast of the map. The quest is located north of the only fast travel point in the region. You must be level 30 before attempting it. The quest itself is very simple, but if you have any problems, then refer to the video guide.

The Festival 20
Complete the "Death Bringer" side mission.

This quest takes place in the "Lake Mareotis" area. This is the second region you visit in the game. Upon reaching this area, some quests will automatically be marked in your journal. Complete the level 7 quest line. After completing the side quests "Ambush in the Temple" and "The Hidden Vow", the quest "Bringer of Death" will start automatically. This quest ends during the arena battle with the boss enemy.

This quest line is automatically marked in your journal, so it's hard not to notice the quest.

Shadow of Egypt / Shadow of Egypt 30
Kill 10 enemies in a row without being seen.

You will have many opportunities to get this trophy. There are also many camps/closed areas where there are many enemies.

To perform a stealth kill, approach someone from behind and press / or, while looking at them from a high place, press / to jump down on the enemy and kill them. You can also use bows (preferably a Predator bow or a hunting bow) for stealth kills. The main thing is to remain unnoticed.

Smash! / Shmyak! 10
Destroy 100 objects.

You will find many breakable objects (vases, etc.) inside the tombs. You have to explore all the tombs for the trophy" oldHabits/ old habits". Break vases with melee attacks. Many of them can also be found around towns.

Also in most enemy camps you will be able to find oil pots that can also be broken. You will probably be able to get this trophy without any problems as you progress through the story.

I Know My Land 30
Open the whole map.

Very simple. When you cross the borders of new areas, they open on the map. Just go through the borders of all locations and you will unlock this achievement. You don't need to sync viewpoints for this achievement, as required in previous parts series.

Raider of the Lost Tomb / In Search of the Lost Tomb 20
Explore the tomb.

In Assassin's Creed Origins you can raid the tombs (many are located in the pyramids). You will be able to deal with them as soon as you complete the main quests in the Siwa starting location. After these tasks, the entire map will open for you to explore. For this achievement, you only need to complete one tomb.

In total, you have to explore 19 tombs. The easiest way to find out their locations is to purchase the "Tomb Map" from the online store (open inventory and press the D-pad to the right). You automatically receive 200 units of online currency for free after the first few main tasks of the game. This is enough to unlock the map of the tombs from the store.

Tombs are labyrinths. You need to light the torch to see anything in them (hold the joystick to the right to pull out the torch). Inside, your main task will be to find the ancient tablet of the tomb. This is considered "completing the tomb". The tombs also contain silica, which is the material needed for Isu's secret armor (requires 50 silica). Silica are yellow glowing stones. locations" that are needed for the trophy " Old habits / Old habits".

Ship captains are marked with a red icon on the map. Naturally, they are found only in water. When you zoom into one of these places, the game informs you about the restricted area and approaching the captain, who needs to be killed. You can also see the outline of the ship when you zoom in. They usually spawn in Lake Mareotis. Go to such a symbol and kill everyone on the ship. Repeat a total of 8 times.

Kill a poisoned level 35+ enemy with a torch in less than 30 seconds.

This can be done in the Cyrenaica region (in the northwest corner of the map). Enemies with level 35 and above move along the streets of the city of Cyrene. You can easily find them with Senu's eagle.

You need the Poison Dart skill to get the trophy. Be sure to equip poison darts in the equip menu. To activate them, hold and throw them at an enemy (he must be level 35 or higher). You will see a purple mist around the enemy, indicating that they have been poisoned. Now quickly kill him with the torch (hold to pull out the torch).

It's best to wait until your level is 35 or higher so you can deal more damage to the enemy and they die faster. This achievement can also be done after completing the story.

Free as a Bird / Free as a bird 10
Use eagle mode for a total of at least 30 minutes.

Archer of the Month / Archer of the Month 20
Perform a headshot with a bow while in the air.

Buy the Desert Warrior ability. Thanks to this skill, you can slow down time when aiming a bow while in the air. Jump down from somewhere, aim in the air and shoot the enemy in the head with an arrow. The enemy must die from this. You can weaken the enemy in advance so that he dies with one shot. You can do this in any restricted area/enemy camp as there are a lot of enemies there.

It's easiest to do with a light bow. It shoots very fast and is easy to aim.

BOOM! / BOOM! 10
Kill 30 enemies by hitting a bottle of oil with a fire arrow.

You can light your arrows by getting close to the source of the fire. Then shoot a flaming arrow at the oil pot next to the enemy. You need to fire from the pot to kill the enemy. This is best done in enemy camps/hideouts/fortresses. There are a lot of such places and almost always you will find pots of oil in them.

There are also legendary bows that always shoot fire arrows. These rarely drop and are difficult to obtain, but if you find one, it will be easier for you to get this trophy.

You don't need to kill 30 enemies with one pot of oil, as it's a cumulative achievement (all such kills per playthrough count).

Rider's License / Driver's license 10
Use all modes of transport at least once.

All modes of transport include:

  • Sailboat - civilian version with white sails (found on the water).
  • Sailboat - army version with red sails (found on the water).

  • A wagon is a cart drawn by buffaloes. They meet near Alexandria (a large city in the north of the map).

Most of these vehicles are used in story missions or side quests.

Old habits / Old habits 40
Complete all zones.

Glitch Warning #1:

In the main quest "Aya: Blade of the Goddess", you have to play as Aya for a short time in the story. If you clear any location while playing as it, the “Old habits / Old habits” becomes unavailable. The only way to fix this is to start the game over and clear all the locations again.

Glitch Warning #2:

Some of these locations are not marked on the map after all viewpoints are synchronized. One area most commonly affected by this glitch is the Qattara Basin on the border to Siwa and the Black Desert (the southwest corner of the territory). There is a place with two treasures called "Hotep" and for some players it may not be displayed on the map.

Locations are marked on the map with question marks after synchronization on viewpoints in that area. You have to get to every question mark on the map and complete some activities there. The gaming world is truly huge, so it will take most of the time on the way to platinum. The most difficult places to complete are the tombs and papyrus mysteries. If you're having any issues with them, check out the guides below:

See" Raider of the Lost Tomb / In Search of the Lost Tomb"to learn about the location and passage of all the tombs.

See" Elementary, My Dear Bayek"to learn about the location and passage of the mysteries of the papyri.

Important: The trophy won't unlock until the story ends! If you have completed all the locations, but the trophy has not opened, then you must complete the final story quest and it will unlock.

Run For Your Life! / Run for your life! 10
Flee from angry behemoths 3 times.

Behemoths are located near water, for example, you can find a hippo lair in the southwest of Heraklion Nome (question mark on the map after the viewpoint is synchronized). Just activate 3 behemoth fights and run away from them every time. In the Nome Sapi-Res region, you can also find many of these animals in the rivers. Use your Senu Eagle to find them.

Elementary, My Dear Bayek 30
Solve the mystery of the papyrus.

In Assassin's Creed Origins, you will come across papyrus mysteries during quests and while traveling through the open world, marked with a question mark on the map.

After finding the papyrus with the riddle, you can read it in your inventory. You are given an incomprehensible riddle (the text is visible when hovering over the icon in the inventory). In the texts of the riddles, there is a hint of a possible location of the solution in the open world. You will have to look for them on your own, trying to navigate the clues in the papyrus. In the video guide you will find all the locations of the papyri, as well as all the clues in chronological order according to the plot.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle / Reduce, reuse, recycle 10
Sell 100 trinkets at once.

It is highly recommended to work on this trophy from the start of the game. You must save 100 trinkets. You'd better start saving them from the start to avoid unnecessary farming at the end. To see how much you have already collected, go to your inventory and scroll down on the right side. Below the animal loot you will see your trinkets. You can have multiple copies of each trinket. If you want to make money, then sell weapons, but until you collect 100 trinkets, do not sell them at all. Even after collecting them, it's best to back up your save before selling (PS4 Settings -> Manage Saved Data). If the trophy does not open, then you can restore the save and collect more trinkets. They can be sold at a merchant by holding (sales menu).

After completing all the story missions, clearing all the tombs and side quests, I only had 30 trinkets (40 hours of game time). Trinkets are mostly found during the completion of locations (white question marks on the map). They are especially found in underwater locations.

They can also be found as random loot in enemy camps. Make sure you always scavenge enemy camps and dive the seas to find trinkets. After completing all other trophies (completed all locations and finished the story) you should have just over 100 trinkets.

In the merchant menu, they are marked as "Sell unwanted items." Just don't select this option until you have 100 or more similar items in your inventory. For a trophy, you don't need 100 different trinkets, just 100 of any (you can have the same ones).

Again, as a reminder, you must back up your game save before selling (PS4 Settings -> Manage Saved Data).

Namaste / Namaste 20
Speed up time 30 times using the Sunrise and Dusk skill.

Dawn and Dusk is a skill in the ability menu. Its mono purchase for 1 ability point to unlock. You can then hold / to fast forward time. Hold / 30 times to cycle through the time of day.

You still need 8880... 10
Reach level 20.

A story achievement not to be missed. You will automatically reach level 20 at the start of the game when completing the main and side quests. Activities open world(completing locations, viewpoints, papyri puzzles) also give experience. In addition, killing enemies gives you some experience points.

Stargazer / Stargazer 20
Complete all 12 circles of stones.

Assassin's Creed Origins has 12 locations with gems. All of them must be found in order to complete side mission Bayek's Promise. For this, you will also receive a reward of 3000 experience points.

The locations of the stone circles are marked on the map with white question marks. However, question marks also indicate other types of location such as treasure, bandit hideouts, and more. When approached by a question mark, it reveals information about what type it belongs to. Simply put, by exploring each question mark on the map, you will find all the stone circles, but in the video guide below, you will discover the exact locations of all the circles at once.

After finding the stone circle, you must match the pattern of the stones with the same arrangement of stars in the sky.

Master Diver / Experienced Diver 20
Complete 15 underwater zones.

Go to areas with large seas or rivers, such as Lake Mareotis. Synchronize all nearby viewpoints in these zones so that question marks appear on the map. Now head towards the question marks in the water. These are underwater locations, usually sunken treasures. Complete 15 of them. You'll have to do it anyway for the trophy" oldHabits/ old habits".

Defy Authority 10
Defeat the Phylaks.

Phylaki are powerful opponents, marked with a red helmet icon on the map. Kill one of them and confirm the kill after that (press / on the corpse) to earn the trophy.

See " set- upDate/ Blind date”.

Assassins Creed is a game that has captivated millions of gamers around the world. Despite the fact that the first part of the series was released on PC exactly 10 years ago, the story of the game continues and develops, and it is still fun to play. But getting rid of the game is not easy at all. Passing the next part, you involuntarily want to return to the roots, and go through all the parts again, but at a higher level or 100% synchronization.

In addition, it is 100% synchronization that will help you fully understand the history of the ancient killers, and will also fully reveal to you all the secrets and secrets of the game.

Assassin's Creed.

1) The famous sword - Excalibur. Not far from Acre is the camp of the crusaders. In this camp, you need to find a large pit, the edges of which are surrounded by boards. In it you will find the same sword.

2) Toward the end of the game, the main character discovers a new ability in himself, thanks to which his powers of observation increase. With this strength main character finds strange drawings and inscriptions in the room with the animus and his bedroom. Those who have already played this game will understand that these are references and warnings of object 16 about the coming end of the world, but on the first playthrough, these symbols cause a lot of feelings. So what are these symbols and what do they mean?

2.1) There are some notes near the animus. To read them - you need to read in reverse order and from below. This entry talks about the particles of Eden, and that with their help it is possible to control people, and to resist those people who will use them for such purposes.

2.2) At the other end of the animus is a similar puzzle, only made in the form of a triangle. This is message 16. It reveals a little about the fate of Desmond's predecessor.

2.3) In the corner of the room on the steps is a drawing of an Aztec pyramid.

2.4) Not far from the pyramid you can find a drink: “Yona guni”. This is a reference to one of the islands of Japan. Scientists believe that once upon a time it was inhabited by an ancient, advanced civilization.

2.5) In the other corner of the room you can find drawings of animals - a spider, a monkey and a hummingbird. These are copies of drawings discovered by the first aviators in the Nazca desert.

2.6) There are a few more mysterious and cryptic references to the outside world. These include: a pyramid, at the top of which is the apple of Eden, a pentagram, the all-seeing eye of the Masons, the ancient Egyptian symbol of the eye of Ra, and others.

2.7) There are strange symbols in Desmond's room too. Some again hint at the spicy Ena Gani, there is the omega logo, the numbers again hint at 12/21/2012.

3) After passing Memory Block 6, don't rush to go to sleep, wait for Widdik to leave the room, then go talk to Lucy. It is in this fragment that Lucy will make it clear to Desmond that she is an assassin and his ally. She will do this with a gesture, bringing her left hand to her chest, bending her ring finger.

Game myths.

In addition to the plot, in the game you can pass additional missions, as well as kill crusaders (60 people) and collect flags (420 pcs.). These activities will take a lot of time, but, unfortunately, the game is not rich in rewards, and for completing these quests, you will not receive any rewards. When the game first came out, there were rumors that if you collect all the flags and kill all the crusaders, you will get the crossbow from the first demo. Much to the dismay of many users, this is a lie.
